I've not written a review before now. I really wanted to do one because of exceptional service @Farids Auto Centre in Mississauga. Our car hit a gigantic pothole March 2015 on a ramp off the Gardiner Expresswsy eastbound in rush hour a.m. We had absolutely no idea that our oil pan was puntured, like a huge hole. Long story short - got towed to our dealer and had to get a new oil pan before any damage could be known. Dealer just wanted us to buy a brand new car. Got screwed over there with alot of untruths. Didn't have my dad for advice so i called Mohamed Bouchama @ Car Help Canada. He is very good - and that is where my best sound advice came from which led me to Farid's Auto Centre. FARID'S AUTO CENTRE is very clean, comfortable! All the employees were kind and helpful especially Farid himself and his secretary/right hand lady. FARID got us a used engine, installed and complete within a week. He was very particular on a certain one he found because it was more bang for my buck - which Is always best for the customer. No hidden/surprise charges. The only disappointment was the cost of a rental car - no economy cars that day? It was costly because it was a large car with bells and wh whistles that a disabled person can't afford and did NOT need to go to some appts. Ok, this auto body shop, is used for warranty work with my insurance company. When I read some of the reviews I was sceptical about bringing my car here. I have been here twice, and now I will definitely use them for all my cars needs. They are extremely professional, and kept me up to date with everything being done to my car. They are fair and honest. I highly recommend!! read more

although nobody likes getting car repairs done, I'm going to say its a little more pleasant here than other places. I know they are just a little owner operator type of company but thats ok. It keeps the price down. I have used this place several times and so far so good. Its cheaper than the big names and they also handle aftermarket warranties if you have a used car. So OK they dont have a big store attached to them to go walk around, but they have decent service at a more reasonable price, and for that, i can go for a walk down the road to the coffee shop and wait there. For general auto repair, I would rather give my money to the little guy trying to make a living than the big chain stores. This place is alright in my books. read more

This shop charges $65 for $43 oil change at Honda dealership. Shop added bogus charges such as "computer data storage" and shop fees on top to jack up the price. Not cool. It's okay if you charge more than others for oil change but you can't add made up charges to jack up the price. read more

If you get your van or SUV fixed here this guy will rip you off too! According to the other reviews on this website this shop is the best. If that was ever true then something has changed because this is exactly the place to come to if you want an aggressive bully to steal your money! read more
