I was attending by Paul, on of the owners and told him that I was told by McDermott Motors (my other local BMW shop that I have been using for 3 years) that my brakes did not need servicing unlike I was told. McDermott also told me that I needed a brake fluid flush, which Paul said was not necessary. McDermott also quoted me over $500.00 for a cracked coolant reservoir, where as Paul was able to do it for just over $300.00. Superior Auto tells it like it is - they will not get you for unnecessary work. Forget McDermott Motors! Hello Superior Auto and hello Paul! If you didn't have all those tattoos and look so intimidating, I would have hugged you!

He made it easy for me (not a car guy) to understand what steps I needed to take next, didn't bullshit me, and had his guys swap my tires for me. I was fully expecting to pay for all this service, but he told me not to worry about it, and gave me my keys back. Did he sense that I was a young guy with money issues or something? I don't know, but that gesture meant a lot to me at the time, and still does. First off my daughter has told me she never asked for this to be done. Secondly, it takes about 5 seconds to reset the warnings. Thirdly, the Audi has about 250,000 kilometers on it and has the oil changed every 5,000 kilometers. If there was an issue it would have been dealt with before.
