I was on vacation and couldn't do his service so he told me one of his friends referred this mechanic too my buddy. I warned him and he didn't listen and ended up taking the car there anyways. he did his regular maintenance services and what not, but then the mechanic there claimed it needed new pads cuz they were squeaking and low.. I checked those pads they have about 50% life left and they did have a squeak, which we all know it just needa a brake service. not an entire replacement. he takes advantage of people with less mechanical knowledge and what not knowing theyll fall for it anyways giving him the win and scam he was digging for. steer away and stay safe from this shop. upselling and scamming is his precision expertice.

Their staff are the sweetest people, always making sure you are taken care of. They are also super transparent, keeping you updated throughout the process and ensuring that everything is within budget (without sacrificing quality ofc) On top of all that, the shop's guest area is always kept neat and tidy with some nice performance parts on display, there is also abundant seating area. I took my car here to get…read morea very expensive, high quality exhaust installed, The GReddy GT Catback for my 2008 G37 Coupe. $2,600CAD after shipping and as a 18 year old it is quite a big purchase. You'd expect that when you purchase something so expensive, and bring it to a pretty high end exhaust shop, you would get service that is appropriate to the price. These guys essentially destroyed the y-pipe and my stock catalytic converters by welding them together instead of taking the harder (but paid for job) and mounting them together by the flanges. after they are finished with this pathetic work they call high quality, they charged me $550. not only that, they took the gaskets I had provided them with, not a huge deal but always scheming for just a bit more right? Say goodbye to the resale or reusability value of my 400$ ypipe and $1000 cats. Welding might have been okay if it was mentioned and confirmed by me before doing it but they just went right ahead without my consent. I will never be coming back and will recommend EVERYONE I know to never set foot in your "store". If you want exhaust work done, do not come here. So many places will do it cheaper and properly. Went here for a check engine light, he charged me for two diagnostic fees which I guess should have…read morebeen a red flag. Turns out it was just the thermostat and he fixed it for me for quite a bit of money. My check engine light came back on when I was 3 hours north and my engine temperature was almost red lining. The owners only suggestion was that I tow it down to their shop, right... he refused to accept any fault. Luckily, a mechanic friend diagnosed that the engine was missing about 2 L of coolant and Jane Park likely didn't purge and refill the coolant reservoir when complete. Again, Jane Park refused to accept any fault. He told me to bring it back in so they could check everything out again. He charged me for a new coolant cap, wouldn't even throw that in as goodwill. Keep in mind I'm 8.5 months pregnant at this time and he couldn't even throw me a bone, considering I was stranded 3 hours away from home. Won't go back. Women beware, unless you enjoy being called Dear and being jerked around.
