I just gave Stephanie my budget, venue and event info and I trusted her to do the rest. Her delicious food knocked my event out the park - again! The passed hors d'oeuvres were fabulous and appeared as anticipated surprises each time they were served. Many of my guest approached me to tell me how addicted they were to their favorite appetizers. I already had good people and wonderful music but when you have outstanding food it truly takes your event to the next level. Love, love, love Perry's Catering! First off let me just say that their professionalism is exceptional! They were neat and clean, which is of high importance to me. The food presentation was outstanding, and the food.... Makes you want to slap your momma it's so good! I love the hints of Cajun spices and Louisiana-French background flavors (I don't know if that's correct but that's the feel I get) . I've ordered 3x in the past eight months for my staff. The staff loved every dish that was delivered. The tri-tip was nice and tender, the sliders was tasteful, and the staff could could not get enough of the baked beans, coleslaw, and potato salad. This review is far over due...This was my first experience working with a catering company, Perry's catering company was highly recommended by our Administrative coordinator when I worked for a multi-billion dollar technology company. Perry's catering hosted quite a few of our luncheons, I remembered the food being exquisite, my taste buds just danced with delight and I kept going back for more. With the combination of our coordinator mentioning to me how professional Stephanie was to work with I felt that it was a no brainer to hire her, no need for multiple meetings for a "tasting" as they say. Since this was the first time that I have hired a caterer I was very inexperienced, however Stephanie put my mind and nerves completely at ease with her efficiency to setting the menu perfectly to my taste and the anticipated tastes of my guests. The day of my event, Stephanie was on time, on budget and well prepared. The multiple appetizers that I chose were set out and consistently replenished at each station, each dinner plate was a master piece, and my guest couldn't stop raving about dessert and the overall experience! I have since hired Stephanie for larger and small occasions and she pays the same amount to detail. I still have friends and family in the Bay area so I travel back quite often and have to put together events periodically, working with her over the phone, internet and webex help to save me so much time, very convenient! We brought Perry's Catering in for a holiday party we hosted at our HQ in San Francisco. Stephanie was so amazing. She not only worked with us on menu options, but really cared about making this an experience and not just serving food. When she came on site to see the location she took note of not just the vibe and color scheme we were going with, but took photos of the decor we had hand crafted. Excellent food, by FAR the best catering I've used to cater luncheons at work. The chicken is smoked perfectly. The first catering dishes to where as there was nothing left over. I attended an event in Pleasant Hill yesterday that was catered by Perry's Catering in Concord. We were ready to eat at 11:45, but the food had not arrived. From what I understand, part of the meals were not delivered. We did not eat until 2:00. We were all very hungry and disappointed with our meals as well. My tuna sandwich did not have much mayo, was not cut in half, and I had no plastic ware or napkin. I would not recommend using this service. read more
