It included fried and baked chicken, bbq ribs and links, turkey wings, dressing, macroni & cheese, greens and cabbage mix, tri-tip, ribeye, lasagne, green beans/brussle sprouts and romaine salad along with dinner rolls. They arrived on time, set up was quick & the food was on point all the way down to the deserts. Tracy was very a tentative to the needs of my family and friends. My guest were able to take food home with them and at the end of the repass he left the extra food for the homeless which touched my heart. Unfortunately I have to admit that although the food is good the owner is not dependable. He may or may not follow through. He has on two separate occasions after communicating with me making a deal and then suddenly stopped communicating. Never followed thru with a contract. The worst part is the complete cease of communicating no matter how many follow up calls, text or emails sent.. after you confirm price and selections.....it is not fair to your clients who are dealing with time sensitive matters. Just say you can't do it so the potential client can move on. read more

I went to a birthday party Dixson's catered and everything was real deal delicious. Here's the menu: Macaroni, potato and ceasar salads, rolls, fried and baked chicken. Tender and tasty baked salmon over rice, delish turkey wings and dressing, BBQ: ribs, links, chicken and brisket, mac n cheese, greens and string beans with down home peach cobbler and banana pudding! It all looked, smelled and tasted delicious! The guys who served were all very polite and professional. I didnt get pics of the food cuz I was gettin my plate filled. They just catered my uncle Paul's celebration of life and I wish I had 3 plates but I got a little bit of everything & everything was fire! Dixson Delights catered our staff holiday event for approximately 150 people. They did a great job and the food was good! The food was delivered on time and they provided the food trays to keep the food warm. The menu was plentiful...fried chicken, jerk chicken, salmon, ribs, links, Mac and cheese, potatoes, green beans, seafood lasagna, Brussels sprouts and the list goes on. The staff enjoyed the variety of dishes. There were plenty of leftovers. The desserts were a big win as well...peach cobbler, banana pudding and brownies. Delicious! Great customer service. Our Lady of Lourdes Church in San Francisco renamed a renovated hall in honor of my Grandma Liz and Dixson Delights catered the ceremony. I am a good cook myself so I know what good southern food taste like and they put the hammer to the nail. The food was to die for!! My only regret is not giving this review 3 1/2 years ago. Mr. Dixson is not only a master in the kitchen, but he is an accommodating professional who goes above and beyond for his clients. My brother used his services a year after I got married, and in spite of difficult vendors and planners, Mr. Dixson delivered. People still come up to us and rave about our wedding food.
