Awesome catering service for my Mother in law's 80th birthday. Chef did not disappoint. Used AEC for my last event and everyone asked if I was using the same caterer, when I confirmed, everyone said they will be there! Loved the food and presentation! Awesome service, beautiful attitude.

I had the September dessert box and it was absolutely delicious!! 11 out of 10 delicious!!

I don't know where to start. Do I start with the AMAZING customer service from the owner or do I start with ALL the amazing food she has along with desserts. I just got the Sweet Potato Honey Bum Cake and OMG it is moist and perfect. I warmed it up with a glass of milk.

I was a vendor at a pop up event and the food smelled delicious. Lunch time rolled around and I purchased the Shrimp and lobster Mac N Cheese. The shrimp was BOMB, the lobster Mac n Cheese was FIRE. It was so good I ordered a personal pan to go. Decided to get my husband a plate and asked for a catfish dinner. I don't eat catfish because the few times I tried it, it tasted very fishy. Listen that catfish was so good I'm mad I didn't order myself one to go. Whenever I'm on that side of town, on the weekend I will be checking for Almost Everything Catering. Try them you won't be disappointed

Mannn have you tried her cinnamon rolls??? I'm absolutely THRILLED with my dessert box! I've been following Tryphena for a while, but this was my first order--and WOW, it did not disappoint! I had no idea what treats would be inside, so the excitement of unboxing it was off the charts! I spent the whole day happily munching on cake, cookies, and turtles. I have ordered food from AEC twice and it is some of the best food I've ever had. I did the Valentine's Day bundle and it was absolutely perfect. So much delicious food - it made for such a beautiful, memorable night. I have also ordered the peach cobbler cupcakes and the jungle juice for Thanksgiving and YUM! In addition to great food, the service is always reliable. I have only picked up but each time my food is ready exactly when said it will be and it is extremely well packaged. I know she also delivers but I have not tried that yet because I live in the boonies. If you want a delicious, home-cooked meal then you are missing out by not trying this food. Everything I've tried has been delicious!! From the Bang Bang Shrimp to the Lumpia , Oxtails Dinner... Banana Pudding is to die for as well as the Strawberry Cheesecake . The presentation was nice and the food was really good. The pasta was perfect for me. My husband had the ox tails, jerk rice, Mac n Cheese and yams! He loved it! The yams were seasoned well with nutmeg, vanilla, and Cinnamon. The jerk rice was tasty and spicy as it should be and full of flavor and spices. The richness of the ox tails was a treat! The Mac and cheese was traditional and delicious. Who said "There's no such thing as a free lunch."? This morning I went to a coat give away in Brookdale Park with Renia Webb. There I witnessed the magic of a beautiful community warming their neighbors bodies and souls. Best Peach Cobbler! I was looking for something other than pie for my boyfriends birthday and he requested a peach cobbler. I looked high and low to order one from a bakery and came across Almost Everything Catering. I was able to put my order in on Sat and it was ready for pick up Tuesday just as requested. This was by far one of the best peach cobblers I have ever had. The owner was quick to respond and able to accommodate my request. She saved the day with this cobbler!! Fixins should honestly bottle that stuff and sell it by the gallon because it was THAT good. One thing that caught my eye on the menu was their Kool-Aid soaked pickle. I didn't try it this visit, but next time I'm definitely ordering one of their sandwiches because it comes with the sandwich plates and I'm too curious not to. The food, service, and atmosphere all came together to create an experience that felt like family. Now let me start off by saying that I am sad to state the the majority of my reviews end up being low-starred and critical. This one is different! I've been following Tryphena's journey for quite some time, but have not been able to support her with orders previous to this. Peach cobbler! If I see it on a menu, I'm ordering it - period! I caught her post for orders on FB and I immediately screamed "me me me". She responded quickly and I panicked because I thought I had given the wrong information for my invoice (it just hadn't been sent yet). When she found out that I was working a 6am-11pm shift the day of pick up, she offered to deliver. This is unheard of in the bay and absolutely floored me. I received her cobblers with the graciousness and smile of someone sharing a story about themselves that brought them the greatest joy ever! I waited my entire shift until I got home to try her cobblers with my family and her homemade cobblers blow all other cobblers I have had out of the universe. Each and EVERY barbecue spot that has a cobbler, I have tried and they are predominantly good, but Tryphena at Almost Everything Catering - I am not only loyal to this cobbler, but I may be addicted! I started out purchasing her catfish dinners on Fridays back in 2016. Those were mom/daughter days and no cooking on Friday. The food was seasoned to perfection and delicious. Now that we are in 2023 I have had the pleasure of sampling more of her creativeness. From Zebra Cookies, personalized Lobster Mac & Cheese, peach cobbler and now her very own seasoning mix.
