We live in Westchester and after much research on physicians I brought her to Dr. Goldberg for a free consultation on getting a tummy tuck. My wife has been exercising her entire life, she is basically an athlete. At 62 she looks at least ten years younger except for her midsection that had separated abdominal muscles and a "pouch" of skin caused by childbirth. Initially I was very impressed with his before and after gallery. Women in much worse shape had very impressive corrective reconstruction. Here's the rundown: My wife, and I couldn't be happier with Dr. Goldberg's work. He is truly an artist. In fact the results were better even then he anticipated. Her tummy tuck looks completely natural, like she never had children. Her tummy is flat and the local fat that surrounded her waist is gone. Not like a Dominican Republic special where they remove ribs to make you look like a caricature. ALL my wife's clothes fit her now, the clothes that she stopped wearing hiding in her closet... In fact shopping is a breeze. She has a brand new and cute bellybutton! For big jobs like this the Dr. works out of Dobbs Ferry- St Johns local hospital- 5 stars for the hospital as well. Surgery lasted five hours and she stayed overnight in a private room. The total cost of his services, anesthesiology and the hospital fees were very reasonable and the extra night there only cost an additional $500. Dr Goldberg's credentials are stellar and he has been working with this particular hospital for almost 20 years. The staff and nurses are very attentive. Other Dr's there also check in on you during your recovery. One nurse shared that she also works with the Dr. in his surgical suite out of his office on smaller procedures and that the Dr. takes his time during every procedure: he is a perfectionist and has safety redundancies at every step of the way. Even the meals at this hospital are of restaurant quality. Follow up visits are in his Scarsdale office right on Central Ave., with plenty of parking. His entire staff there is very accommodating, professional and pleasant. I would recommend Dr Goldberg to anyone.

They were pretty transparent, I did do my own research beforehand. It was my first time going under anesthesia and I had no issues. I am about 6 months or so post op, I am still healing, but I am 95% precent there and have had regular follow ups to make sure that I am healing well. I had an amazing experience here and am very satisfied so far with the results of my procedure!

I was here for an ENT visit and the visit resulted in a small procedure done in office, absolutely a positive experience. Lastly if you drive a large vehicle, say a Silverado or Tahoe size, it will not fit in their parking garage (trust me I tried unsuccessfully haha).

So he looked at me eye and asked me a lot of questions that immediately gave him a complete mental picture of my situation. He followed this with a thorough eye exam. Then he had me return for a biopsy of the "thing". I did return, he did the biopsy. (quick and painless due to his dexterity with a little numbing stuff) I left with a patch over my eye (which is legal in ny). I now am a more courageous person, having driven about 15 miles with one eye..... and i thank him for that. All in all, i think This is the best doctor i have ever been to. It is barbaric, but that's not why I'm here to leave a review. They literally ROB you. I had the most unprofessional doctor, Dr. C, in WHITE PLAINS location. It is a horrible idea that you meet your surgeon the DAY OF your surgery, so you don't even get a choice to see if you like their bedside manner, if you agree with their professional opinion, IF YOU TRUST THEM and you are already there prepared for surgery. So this is what happened to me. I immediately did not like Dr. C's ATTITUDE . She came in, not wanting to hear anything that I had to say. As she MARKS the tiny, tiny area, I proceeded to tell her that that's not what I wanted. That's too SMALL of an area for $5,000, which was labeled a much larger area for lipo during the consultation. I asked this 3 times over during the consultation to make sure the entire area I wanted fell under the one category. In the consultation they swore my entire area of concern fell under that one area. I felt so uncomfortable, and I asked her again, well, can you please mark it? So I can trust that you're actually going to go into the correct area. SHE REFUSED. So, exactly what I knew would happen, happened. I am SO UNHAPPY with my results. I feel that she even made my C-section scar worse. There is a part where it's bulging at one side more so than the other! They make light of the situation as if anybody wants to be awake during liposuction more than once. But besides that fact, they will NOT FIX IT WITHOUT A COST, a very high cost to be exact. So they SCAM you into getting TWO surgeries AWAKE and having to PAY TWICE. I am so upset. I would have never went ahead with the surgery. I went against my better judgment, believing her that she was going to do the actual area when she didn't even mark it before surgery, when she had an attitude about it. So basically lied to me, made me go through surgery awake and didn't even do the entire section that is labeled under that category. So this is robbery because they didn't forget to charge the full price of $5,000 for a 30-minute procedure.

I also had a very bad experience with a rhinoplasty done by Dr R. I understand that no surgeon is…read moreusing a magic wand, and there are limitations to what can be done or improved with plastic surgery. That said, I was expecting improvement- not perfection, which I believe is a reasonable expectation. During the consultation, we spoke about what I did not like about my nose and what outcome I could anticipate. The procedure was done, with no complications, but after the splint came off, my nose was very crooked! He refused to acknowledge this. I was so embarrassed, as all of my friends and family looked at me with obvious pity, but tried to be supportive by saying "maybe it will eventually level out!" He had also opted out of lifting the tip, stating that "while looking at your face on the surgery table, I decided not to lengthen the distance between your upper lip and nose!) That seems like something that should have been noticed BEFORE the surgery- not during! It was the primary reason I was having the surgery, and I was very disappointed that he made decisions for me that were not inclusive of what we agreed upon. On each follow up, I pointed out how crooked the bridge was, and that something was pinching me within the tip and had caused a blister to form. He continuously ignored my concern, or to even look at the ulceration. There was a level of arrogance I can not put into words, and I felt extremely bullied by his responses. Several weeks later, a piece of loose cartilage worked its way from the bridge of the nose up through the skin and out of my face, leaving a large hole. In addition, I had to use antibiotic gel daily to keep the infection inside the tip under control for an entire year. The pinching sensation has never gone away. Eventually, I sought help from another surgeon, who stated that the entire rhinoplasty would have to be re-done, stating that the septum had been perforated, the bridge was destroyed, and there was a piece of sharp cartilage sticking out above one of the nostrils under the tip. I had saved up for this procedure for a very long time, and am not one to indulge myself in lavish things. I wanted to feel good about being able to correct something that had always bothered me, but this experience was a nightmare, and I do not have the money to correct what he did. Since the surgery, I have developed a bump I never had before, my nostrils are uneven, the bridge is crooked, and the tip has fallen so much more. it is utterly sad. I have to live with this now. And the attitude and way he treated me when I tried to talk to him about these things was unbelievable!!
