My experience with Dr. Julia Ash/rheumatology Her assistant, Christine is meticulous and thoughtful about patient record integrity . These days, it's very complicated to have medical records distributed to your network of active physicians. Records that I had requested of another hospital did not make it to Westchester Medical Center/Dr. Ash on a timely basis. Christine walked me through form by form to make sure that all the teas were crossed and the I's dotted. I highly recommend Dr. Ash for her, no nonsense medical probing and expediency. The team here is managed well from appointment setting through the nursing staff who take your vitals through follow up. I would expect nothing else and nothing less of a teaching hospital. In order for me to see the doctors, I journey over an hour each way - well worth it to get the expertise and level of experience. The care you'll receive is efficient and thoughtful.

I had to repeatedly call about biopsy results with nobody returning my call. Eventually 3 weeks later I was told it was a fax issue. Very unprofessional! No apologies given. Substandard care, OCLI needs to do some QI with this practice.

I was texted and emailed once the glasses were ready which was fairly fast. Unfortunately I no longer have vision insurance so it wasn't cheap but their service and attitude was wonderful-I will be going here again when I need a new prescription in the future!

They were pretty transparent, I did do my own research beforehand. It was my first time going under anesthesia and I had no issues. I am about 6 months or so post op, I am still healing, but I am 95% precent there and have had regular follow ups to make sure that I am healing well. I had an amazing experience here and am very satisfied so far with the results of my procedure!

Instead of waiting weeks and flying back, Dr. Blau and his staff were able to fit me in almost immediately for a kenalog injection which completely resolved the issue. He and his staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Very happy with my results.
