Had two sessions and neither time really worked. Both times, all the color came off with the scabs. The worst part is the shape was different each time so when the ink lifted off my skin and left behind a red hue, the shapes were all messed up. It's been two years, nothing left but a sunburn look which is still going strong. Not worth it. read more

TEMPORARY eyebrows tattoo!!! So I did my 3D eyebrows tattoo on April and Erin did a great job she's gifted all my friends were amazed the way she drew it was perfectly done. BUT on May the color starts to fade off not sure what kind of ink they're using. I called them and Erin's mom who usually answer the phone advised me " to use WHATEVER I used to use before the tattoo was done " until the touch up appointment . I went for the touch up appointment on last week of June and when Erin saw me she goes " you must've USED something for your eyebrows that YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO!!!" I was like I called in here and been told to use the pencil to darkened the color. Day after day the color fading off now it's gone! I called them today and Erin's mom advised to send pictures of my eyebrows along with pictures of my current face wash I'm using daily I feel like they will blame me for using that face wash which I usually get it from any store. I did a lot of research and looked at a lot of pictures. I found places that did this procedure for quite a bit less money; however, from my research, Erin has the best credentials, most experience, and highest reviews. Even with all of that I was scared and nervous. I have had experienced people wax or thread my eyebrows and sometimes they came out beautifully, sometimes they came out terribly. Having my eyebrows microbladed and permanently defined by someone (anyone), was naturally still scary.....BUT THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING and I am only 3 days into healing! Erin is truly gifted at what she does. Her timeline of healing and expectations is exactly on point. Immediately after the procedure I was like oh my gosh.....my eyebrows were beautiful, but... big, bold, dark, and prominent....this, as she states, is to be expected. Like I said, I am in day 4 and they are settling in and healing nicely and they simply look gorgeous! I must add that Erin stresses the post care instructions are to be followed to a "T" to acquire the best results. She says, in many many ways, it is all about the "DRY HEAL"; no sweat, water, etc....she does give the okay to lightly apply Vaseline for a shower after the third day - but I have opted to not even do that and I am refraining from any water or products even coming close to my brows until at least my full ten days. Shoot, I paid good money to have my eyebrows be brought to life and am going to do my part to make sure they stay "alive"! Here's the deal: Microblading is considered a tattoo; however, it isn't like the connotation, that comes to my mind at least, when I think of tattooed eyebrows, it is and looks completely different. On Erin's website and Facebook, her gallery only depicts Caucasian or light skinned women - do not let that discourage you either. I have a darker brown skin tone (half black / white) and my results are great! One of the best things I have ever done for myself! I went to Erin to have my eyebrows done September 2016. I drove 5 hours from St.Louis to see Erin. I didn't take getting my face tattooed lightly, so I had done extensive research about what to expect including blog experiences, company websites, yelp reviews, and YouTube videos. Once I walked in, I was greeted by her mom, who was unfriendly, to say the least. She went back to tell Erin I was there, and I waited about 20 minutes to see her. When I saw Erin, she had a student with her taping the entire thing on her phone. Erin did ask me if it was ok that she was there, but naturally, because it is so awkward refusing in front of somebody, I felt obliged to say yes. Erin's "consultation" was about 10 minutes long, it felt rushed. She asked if I had any photos of brows I wanted to emulate, so I showed her photos of myself when they were drawn on (I wasn't wearing any makeup at my appointment), I also told her that I wanted them to follow the natural shape of my current eyebrows. She literally GLANCED at the photos and began to draw on my eyebrows, which gave me a bad feeling since everything I had read and watched in advanced showed that the consultation is the longest part of the appointment. Once she was done, I looked and was taken aback because they were very arched and a lot thicker than how I draw them on. When I brought this up to her, she reassured me that they wouldn't be as thick as she drew them, that was just the illusion the pen gave. So she sat be back and numbed me and left me while the numbing agent began to kick in. Upon her return her and her student started discussing colors, and mixed up some and didn't even consult me, which should have been a red flag. Keep in mind, I was finding this whole experience very intimidating because her student was filming, so it was not a very comfortable atmosphere to voice my concerns. I put it down to nerves and thought to trust her since she was an experienced professional. Once she was done, I saw my eyebrows and immediately felt regret. I didn't even look like me anymore. They looked nothing like how I draw on my brows... they were thick slugs plastered above my eyes. I will upload photos to show the difference. I told her that the color was too dark for me, but she told me they would lighten up. Worse yet, they DIDN'T follow my natural eyebrow shape. The tails are not in line, so she shaved them off. This is the most asinine thing to me, I go in to fill in my sparse eyebrows, but because they don't match up I need to pluck the few hairs I have left? At the end of my appointment, she asked when my follow up was, and I told her I didn't have one yet - she then told me I should have made that appointment at the same time as my initial appointment but HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT? Isn't that the receptionist's job to ensure that the proper procedure is followed? She went to speak to her mom and came back to tell me that her mom would squeeze me in. When I went to the front desk, I spoke with her mom and she gave me a date 2.5 months out. It was a Monday, so I asked if there were any weekends available, to which her mom glared at me and sternly said "no, Erin is fitting you into her schedule." So I accepted the appointment. When I was directed to pay, she came around the counter to the ipad that was on there and SWIPED MY CARD FOR ME, then still stood there when the question came up about whether or not to add a tip, which felt very invasive. I did not want to tip, my experience with the mom and Erin was disconcerting and I wasn't immediately pleased with how my brows turned out, but I knew I had to come back and her mom was standing next to me so I tipped the most on the screen. The healing process was fine, but I never got used to my brows. She had put them in too dark, as I had feared. I am fair skinned, blonde eyelashes and eyebrows and dark blonde hair, and I had dark dark brown brows. A month before my follow up, I called to see whether they would even be able to do anything to lighten the brows up, a man answered and reassured me there were things Erin could do to correct the color. 2.5 months later, I was there for my second appointment. Erin told me to sit back immediately, as I was leaning back, I attempted to tell her about the color and where I would like some hairs added, but that I didn't want too much done, since I found my brows too shocking the first time. As I was speaking SHE rudely swatted my hand away from my eyebrows, told me that she knew what she was doing, she'll see what needs to be done, and that I didn't need to tell her, and then proceeded to start stabbing at my brows with the numbing needles. I didn't even know we had started. When she came back from letting the numbing agent start, I told her that I was leaving and when she asked me why, I began to cry because I was so overwhelmed by this terrible experience. But after I just read the negative reviews about you and your mother who runs the front desk, I realized I wasn't wrong when I felt your work was sloppy and the color faded after just a few weeks both on my brows and eyeliner. And you insisted on choosing the color for my brows. The color is way to Orange for my Kool color palate and the bit of brow that has lasted needs to be hidden daily. Your mother has acted like she has to protect you!! If your work was as Great as it could be, she would be more proud and less defensive. I had my eyebrows done by Krystle. A big disappointment! The shape is off they are not even at all. Apparently everyone could see that they are not even but her. And the hair strokes peeled off. Which means, I paid so much money for her to ruin my face and have a shadow above my eyebrow. And when I asked Krystal if she could at least refund me part of this big expanse, which could help me to pay someone else who could maybe do something with my brows and won't leave me this way, she completely refused. I would never send any of my friends to this place. Now I'm dealing with trying to cover this ugly shadow, ink above my brows with make up. I am a physician and think that approaching a permanent tattoo on my face with caution is a wise thing to do. It's been about a month since my follow up appointment. I have to say that I'm not that satisfied with my results. They don't look awful, but they aren't that great. The hair strokes are not defined or delicate looking. I followed 100% of her after care instructions, but the lines still blurred a bit. You should take note that the gallery images on her website are taken immediately after the tattooing and are not the final result. After the tattooing, your eyebrow forms a scab which falls off in about a week. Then you have a totally fresh layer of skin that still continues to heal and there is a little more flaking in the coming week. I am willing to accept the possibility that maybe I am just an unusual case, that maybe my body just didn't take it or heal the way it should. However, I think it's also possible that maybe her technique just isn't the best. What I do know though is that when I mentioned my concerns at the follow up appointment, her initial response was to ask if I followed all her after care instructions, which I answered yes to. Then she questioned me more specifically, like what I day I first showered, whether I dabbed or wiped the vaseline off, etc. It was like she just wanted to immediately shift any blame to me, trying to find something I did wrong. I wish she acted like she cared more about how to make it better now instead of trying to make sure she wasn't responsible. So after she questioned my after care, she asked how my eyebrows turned out when I got them done 6 years ago. I told her I didn't remember that well, but that they didn't blur that much. She then asked, "are you sureee??" which to me implied that it's normal that my eyebrows blurred. If that was the case, why didn't she just say that to begin with? Just seemed like she was taking any angle to avoid any responsibility of my eyebrow results. One other thing- her schedule is very busy and it's hard to schedule a time with her. You are supposed to have your follow up appointment 6-8 weeks after your initial session and the earliest they could fit me in was 12 weeks later. read more

Let me start by saying I have had my brows done by both Erin and Krystle. Both do a wonderful job. I went to Krystle last time for my color boost because it's near impossible to get in with Erin! For those people on here complaining that they don't like the work they had done- you all need to have realistic expectations and stop sullying a professional's good name. Yes, you may have paid hundreds of dollars for your service but do you even know how much time, money, care, etc. it takes to be a permanent makeup artist and business owner? Erin and her staff do excellent work, whether you believe it or not. Everything they did for you, products and time they spent on you, is not wasted. While you are fretting over some small imperfection, no one else sees what you see. It's probably a vast improvement from what you had before. You are the type that every business owner cringes over, THAT client which people wish would just disappear. I'm a perfectionist too and every little thing tends to bother me and there may be some small things I would tweak about my brows but all and all they are perfect enough that no one would ever notice. And guess what?! Brows aren't perfect naturally, how in the world do you expect them to be perfect with permanent makeup?! I have realistic expectations and no one ever sees the small things I freak out about. That's how I know it's ME and not them. There are so many factors, all of which Erin and her staff cover with you before and after your appointment, that can effect the outcome of your permanent makeup. Erin did my eyebrows in 2016. Right now I'm in process of removing this horrible made eyebrows from my face which is very painful. Eyebrows done by her are uneven nor placed where my eyebrows grow plus too tick hair strokes never looked like on the pictures she posted on instagram. This process has been long and drawn out so bear with me. I originally had my microblading done by a student after a friend highly recommended this location. The students were wonderful, and the young female working on me directly (one was shadowing and she was so sweet as well) was careful, took her time and did an amazing job. I was very pleased with my results and so excited to have my touchup done to make them even fuller. During the healing process, I followed the directions to a T, even going the extent of only using the bathtub versus shower for the first 15 days. My brows went through the scab and shed process and were healing very nicely. I did contact the shop because I was nervous when I couldn't see the color coming through and the receptionist (who happens to be the Owner, Erin's Mother) was very short with me, rude and asked that I text photos to Erin which I did. I never was able to speak directly to Erin, she only communicated through text which can be very hard to do seeing how emotion is impossible through text. Everyone was so defensive and rude that I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I was told that my followup/touchup would be with Erin but when I arrived Kim was there, not Erin and I expressed all concerns to her and she was very sweet and made me feel very at ease, despite me being upset that it wasn't Erin performing the touchup. Kim numbed me up well, and started working and toward the end of her work I noticed that it felt and sounded much different than the first time so I asked what she was doing and she stated very nonchalantly that she was shading them in. Now, I am not a tattoo artist or a eyebrow trained professional so I had no idea what that meant......3 weeks later I got my answer. By "shading them in" she basically made them look as if they were 1 solid block of color. All the definition and individual hair "strokes" were colored over and they looked as if I had gone to my local tattoo parlor and let a drunk artist fill in the lines. They were and still are AWFUL looking. Neither one is even. 1 is much shorter than the other and my left is so godawful it doesn't even line up remotely close to my natural hairline. I am forced to color them in and spend more time on them than I did before I ever started this process. I once again expressed my concern to the receptionist and after a couple of weeks I finally heard from Erin who agreed to check them out and touch them up for me. I got there and immediately felt so uncomfortable because Erin was very rude, and accusatory saying that Kim would have NEVER shade them in unless asked and I explained that I had no idea what that even meant! Erin "numbed" me and when she began the touch up I was in horrible pain and I asked that she numb me more and she said "beauty is pain" and continued working. She spoke very poorly of Kim and her work and her quality or lack there of in ink. I was so uncomfortable listening to her badmouth her employee, especially since she made it sound as though she knew her work wasn't to her own standards. I left, annoyed and in pain and as my eyebrows healed this time they weren't any better than before except now there were random strokes in odd places.Erin did lighten up as we went on, maybe because she could tell I was very upset? She said that she would make it right but that it would be a long process and I had to be patient. I appreciated her concern toward the end but I will NOT be returning to her again. I wish I had done more research and gone elsewhere or never begun this process at all because I am so embarrassed by how my eyebrows look now. They photograph great, I'll give them that! But in real life they look fake, over exaggerated, harsh and just plain silly. I regret using this unprofessional business and despite there being some happy customers, the bad should outweigh the good. I will never return for work to be done there ever again and advise that people do their research and not just trust the before and immediate after photos. Ask to see results months after treatment, DEMAND that they not shade you in. Know ahead of time that no one in this office is a people person and you will be made to feel uncomfortable and vulnerable. I appreciate Erin's "attempt" at trying to make things right but her work only left me with odd strokes in nonessential places, areas where she totally skipped and 1 eyebrow looking as if I have 2 separate brows. I also understand that I may get a respond back here, in hopes to "save face" but it doesn't change what has happened up until this point. *in response to Erin. First, I just would like to speck about KIM!!!!! It wasn't Erin that did my Brows but another Artist, and she was amazing, she literally sculpted my eyebrows to perfection. She had a wonderful attitude and spirit that completely calmed all the worries I previously had. I got back up and had to cry at the work she did, im so happy i just cant explain. Im so glad i found permanent tattooing by Erin. I have been drawing my eyebrows on since i was in 13 years old, im now 38. My eyebrows stopped growing in a long time ago. I have 5 kids so I don't have much time to spend on myself to get ready. I have been waiting years to find someone to do my eyebrows, and I'm so glad I waited and found this place. Kimberly is the one who did my eyebrows. Kimberly did an Amazing job tattooing my eyebrows on. KIM is amazing at what she does, she does excellent work. DON'T GO HERE. Erin is rude and doesn't care. Very defensive and lack of patience. Her mother at the front desk has poor customer service skills, no warmth at all. It feels as though they think they are doing you a favor. The 'Student" deal is not a deal at all. You will end up having to go back for fixes and they are not cheap. Just find another place that will treat you with respect for your patronage. Not to mention the money you will spend. Another point to consider is you always have to get touch-ups with permanent make-up and feeling comfortable with the staff is very important. I for one would NEVER go back there. read more

I was really disappointed with my experience at this business. I did a lot of research on the artist (Erin) and was very excited to have the procedure done. I booked my appointment months in advance and planned to stay in Chicago and travel to the studio the day of. I planned an entire weekend around this visit. I was nervous about the procedure and had a lot of questions I wanted to ask before having it done. After reading other client's reviews I felt that she would be understanding and patient and take the time to do a consultation with me before beginning the procedure. The day of the appointment I arrived early hoping I would be able to speak with her about the procedure. She was with a client, and told me to look online at photos of her work and return when I was supposed to. At this point, I already had a bad feeling about her just by the manner in which she was speaking to me as if she did not want to help me at all. I brushed it off and left, hoping I would feel better when I returned. I came back an hour later and she told me to come into the procedure room. I was expecting her to sit down with me for a minute and talk to me about the process, risks, what I was looking for etc... but instead she just handed me the waiver forms to fill out and told me to sit on the chair. I was quite surprised how casually she acted about this because it is PERMANENT and it is going to be on my face for a very long time. I want to know that the artist knows what I want. She didn't even ask me what I wanted until I asked her if she wanted to see some pictures on my phone from her website that I had saved. She seemed extremely disinterested about what I wanted and said she was going to start drawing the shape on. She spent about five minutes penciling in a shape and even made a comment about how she could tell I was nervous. When she was done she gave me a mirror to see the shape and I didn't like it because it was too thick. I told her I wanted them (eyebrows) thinner and she didn't seem too happy about it. It was almost as if she felt insulted that I didn't like what she drew. I think that as a permanent makeup artist, you should care about whether your client is happy or not and not be insulted if they have questions or want something different from what you like. She tried to change them but every time I looked in the mirror they looked uneven and I kept feeling worse and worse about the situation. She handed me the pencil and told me to draw them myself which made me very uncomfortable because I expected her to be the one to draw them evenly on my face. At one point, she even said to me "I have been doing this 11 years" when I mentioned I wanted to use brown ink instead of black. I was not trying to insult her knowledge at all, I was just trying to be clear because I read that black ink can turn green. Then all of a sudden, she said she was having stomach problems and told me that she would have to cancel and reschedule with me at another time. I felt like this was a lie because she didn't want to work with me anymore and needed an excuse to get me out of her office. She told me her assistant would call me to reschedule, and even said that she knew I came from out of town to do the appointment. So, I was out the money for the hotel, the money for driving there, and the entire day spent on visiting the studio. I think Erin does nice work, I only wish she was as patient and understanding to me as she was with all of the other client's on this site. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. read more

I hesitated to do this review before thinking very carefully about it as these reviews impact a business. However, since I would appreciate reading these reviews I feel like I should share. I extensively did research on permanent eyeliner because of how permanent of a decision this is. I loved the work I saw from Erin and that she trains. I felt like I had done my due diligence. I scheduled the appointment and felt even better that she was so hard to get into. A few days before the appointment I received a text from her office stating that I didn't pay my deposit (I should have seen this on the website so this is my error). I immediately took a break from work to call back and pay the deposit and continued to call to correct this. I did not hear back and this really concerned me. I showed up the day of my appointment and was unsure if I would even still have an appointment at this point. I showed up and Erin was friendly and gave me waivers and I seemed to have an appointment. Phew! Once Erin was ready for me she brought me over (after I watched her thoroughly sanitize the area-this was so thorough and great). I explained I was nervous and she was sweet and eased my nerves and I showed her pictures of what I wanted. Erin drew on my eyeliner and one of the lines on my eyes did not match the other eye and was thicker. She explained that because of how one eye sits and how I open my eyes more to view them, this distorts what others would actually see? Ok she's the expert. However, my gut instinct told me to leave right then. I was still not comfortable and she seemed frustrated and told me to draw them on. Ahh! Talk about uncertainty. I let the appointment continue and talk about pain! I was so uncomfortable and probably difficult to work with because it hurt so bad. Fast forward to the healing process which I followed exactly according to the instructions. I noticed big chunks of color flaking off and became nervous but remembered I was told to give it time and a follow-up would correct anything not perfect. The lower liner on my left eye completely flaked off and the eye I was concerned about when drawn on was bumpy and did not match the left. I realize everyone heals differently and I am by no means an expert. I had still planned (through my uncertainty) to come back to have this all fixed during my follow up but I had an unexpected health scare that required that I cancelled. As I looked at the work that was left I think it was for the best. Yes, I realize a touch up is needed before full opinions should be made but when I had the work evaluated it seems I am not the only one who is less than impressed. I HATE to leave poor reviews. I would like to say that my right eye does look nice but the left one is sub par and the actual experience was not great. I would recommend really going with your gut and expressing your concerns if you have them. I kept my mouth shut and potentially could have avoided some of these things if I had spoken up. I don't want the entire review to be negative because it wasn't all bad and Erin clearly does some excellent work. However, since this is so permanent I think it's important to share. I originally went in to be a model for their classes. The girls were all lovely. I paid a $50 dollar deposit to be a model. This process took a little bit longer as they are students and are training but under the direct supervision of Erin and/or Kim. My friend I actually got our dones at different times but both models. They shaped my brows, numbed me and began tattooing. This process took about 3 hours when I was finally done. I LOVED the shape they provided. I followed the aftercare to a T. After the 10 days it looked as if I barely had anything done to my brows. Very patchy on the right brow, and basically a tail on the left brow. You could not see any strokes, or shading. I was VERY disappointed but told myself that I would wait for the 6 week follow up with Kim. Fast forward, I went in to see Kim and explained my concerns. She made me feel a bit better, she assured me it was because they are students and don't have a very confident hand yet. Which is understandable, but I did expect a little more. (my friends brows turned out like mines barely there) She drew on my shape very natural. I told her I didn't want to them to come out looking too grey toned as that happens with eyebrow make up they tend to make me look ashy as I am darker complected. She said that would be no problem. The process was the same, drawing on brows, numbing and then tattooing. Kim, was great gave me her card and told me if I had any questions to contact her. After leaving I thought I should of gone a bit thicker on the brow. I texted her about my concern and no reply. A few days later the receptionist ended up calling me back instead which was a bit unsettling with me as I would have rather talked to Kim about this. I did not like the way I was addressed during that conversation. She was very short with me, and had a bit of an attitude asking me questions like "well, did you discuss that with her at the time of the appointment?" I said to her I was wondering if that was something I needed to make another appointment for or since I was just there 2 days ago could she just touch it up. "No, You'll need to come back and pay another $150 in 8 weeks not 6 weeks." "Did you want to schedule that it will be a 50 dollar deposit to hold this appointment." My message to her was very detailed and if she would have read it she would understand my concerns. I did not need to be talked down to. Overall I loved the shape of the brows, they came out very natural. I am only on day 10 of the after care so they are still peeling. (which looks god awful as you cannot do anything to them while they are flaking off) The office is very pretty, clean and elegant. I think there is a lack of customer service on their end. I couldn't decide if I should give this place 2 or 3 stars. It's been about a year and half since I went in for 3D Microblading. When I first made my appointment I saw almost all positive reviews. It took months to get in which made me think she must be realllly good. I took the day off work to get in for an appointment. Following my first session I was happy with the results. I would have liked them a little fuller but the shape was nice. I followed all the aftercare instructions. But they still started to fade so quickly. I tried to get an appointment for the touch up and this took a few more months. It was a ridiculous amount of time and by the time I went in they were completely faded. At this appointment Erin blamed me for them fading saying it must be the products that I'm using. I told her exactly what I used and that I stay away from my eyebrow area. She basically don't use anything at on my face that's anti-acne, anti-aging...list went on and on. When I asked what should I use then, she struggled to come up with an answer. After my touch up, I completely avoided using any products on my forehead other than make up wipes so that I know nothing would touch my brows. Still they faded...and had a reddish tint. Also the pain was unbearable! I had even taken a pain killer before. She has to make these little cuts in order for the numbing stuff to penetrate and I wanted to scream. She kept saying it's just me and I must be super sensitive... no sympathy at all, just blame. She kept saying how surprised she was at how sensitive I am (in a rude way). Even if I was sensitive she could have been nice about it. I sucked it up and got through it though. I have to say, I can deal with not so great customer service and waiting for months if the work is amazing. That wasn't the case here. I recently just had my eyebrows done again at Chicago Microblading in Schaumburg with Havy which is what prompted me to go back and write this review. Havi was amazing! My eyebrows look so much better now- fuller, darker, more natural overall. I did the 6D procedure. She was super sweet during the whole procedure and it surprisingly didn't hurt! She also recognized that Erin did my brows before because of the red tint. She said she gets people after Erin and always notices the red. I will be going to Havi for all my yearly touch ups going forward. read more

I've wanted permanent eyeliner for probably a year now,and I finally decided to get it done. After doing hours of researching and debating, I decided to go with Erin; and BOYYY did she do amazing! I love it! It barely hurt at at all- only a minor discomfort. It's a little too thin right now but touch-up's are free for a year so I'm positive it will be perfect in a month or so. I met Erin about five years ago, in her previous location. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she saw that I was nervous about the procedure and took her time to explain everything and what I was to expect during the procedure and afterwards. I was very happy with her work that I came back to her to update my eyebrows. When I arrived for my appointment I found out that it wasn't her that was going to do my eyebrows but her assistant Kimberly Morgan, I was fine with that being that she was trained by Erin she would have the same standards as Erin, but I quickly found out that her (bedside manner) was horrible she was irratated because I was asking questions about the procedure. When I told her that I didn't like how she penciled in my eyebrows that they were too THICK she handed me the pencil and said "here then you pencil them in" which I did. She was so inpatient that while I was penciling in my eyebrows she left the room, when she returned and I showed her how I wanted my eyebrows done she was so bothered that I would question her or that I wanted them done differently then what she suggested that she prep me for the procedure and while preparing me she purposely was being very rough and making me very uncomfortable because it was very apparent that she was unhappy that I didn't want them done her way. I decided to leave and not have her do my eyebrows, on the way out Erin was standing at the counter and I tried to explain to her what happened and her reply to me was I should leave it up to the artist to do their work. I should have known when I walked in I was talking to Joann (receptionist/also Erin's mother) and she we were discussing the procedure and what I wanted, Erin came out of the side office and told her mother not to suggest anything that it would be up to Kimberly what she wanted to do.
