It's the best for a self care ootI found this location randomly one day, with a friend, and have been coming regularly ever since. The owners and staff are always so friendly and positive. You can immediately tell that they appreciate you as a customer. Here are a few things that this nail salon offers: a) Multiple types of pedicure options b) waxing services c) Manicures d) Massages I especially love the Herb Pearl Spa and Crystal Jelly Spa pedicures! They both smell amazing and my feet feel pretty luxurious after either of these pedicures. Located at the corner of High House and Cary Parkway in a shopping strip with Lowe's Foods, so plenty of parking. Came here for a gel manicure and decided to get a brow wax afterwards. The place is nicely decorated and they have very nice relaxing music playing. A young man did my manicure and was very good. A young lady did my brow waxing which was fine as well. Neither one was at all talkative, but professional and got me in and out quickly ( I did have an appointment) I noticed many people coming in for pedicures and there were lots of pedicure stations, so seems this is the to to place for that. Everything I saw seemed clean. The prices are not posted, so not sure how much either of my services were. I would return here. read more

Horrible experience! To preface the actual situation, we have been clients of this nail salon since inception and knew the many, many different owners. Vibe is strange now and no one talks. No music, no happiness or joy, and no customers. Lots of TVs on at once and it's a strange void. During my Pedi, close to mid-way, the nail tech started vigorously scrubbing the outside TOP of my left foot with an extremely rough "sandpaper like" cheap little purple block that looked like it was purchased from the Dollar Store - TWICE. My Wife was completely and utterly mortified watching this all unravel sitting next to me, mouth agape and completely at a loss for words. I pulled away the first time, and, once again. I am close to tears. "What is the reason you're scrubbing my foot in that area?" (All thin skin and bone) I inquired. Something was really wrong with this entire situation. I was definitely angry and quite confused. She scrubbed the flesh off my foot and next came the blood. Zero reaction from anyone but me and my Wife. Crickets. No big deal. She placed my foot BACK IN THE DIRTY WATER. I PULLED MY FOOT OUT WITH LIGHTNING SPEED. She wiped my foot off and dabbed a tiny bit of alcohol on my two wounds (which nearly made me jump through the ceiling) and I was given one single bandage. I told her not to touch me and stay away. I stood up, (very shoddy work at the mid-way through mark with uneven, unshaped and jagged toenails- should have been filed and neatly completed at this stage) walked slowly to the front of the salon, and sat down. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. They offered me nothing. A woman walked up to the front desk smiling (?) and said they weren't charging me. Seriously?? Excuse me?? I am bleeding and now it's running over the side of my flip-flop. Two gaping wounds on my foot and you think you're doing me a favor? NO. I paid the bill for my Wife while she removed her flip-flops, then helped me walk to our car. They weren't exactly busy with only three customers including my Wife and I. Now it makes sense why their rating is awful. Bad business speaks volumes. If they can afford to lose thousands and thousands of dollars in this terrible economy, top financial analysts would love to know their secret sauce. read more

After reading Jane Y's recommendation many months ago, I started using Beverly as my nail spa of choice. I am actually typing as I sit in one of their 10 pedicure chairs with the best massage features in town! The space is always clean, busy, and the staff is so friendly! A single TV is on, but not too loud. The polish selection is one of the best. They even have the newest OPI collection I just saw in a magazine. This review is written by a high maintenance girl, who has tried 8 other nail spas in the 10 mile radius and has been going to Beverly Nails since summer of 2012 and would NOT go anywhere else :) Why? Well.. They got great friendly staff (but not too friendly - you know the ones who talk your ears off?!), they understand what I say or ask for (unlike most other locations), do best pedicures, manicures, full-set, french, gel (you name it, and they do a great job), and.. if you're not satisfied with something while you're still there, they listen and make sure to fix it :) And their massage chairs work well for me. Last time, I was there when the state's inspector was there and I saw the attentive officer go through every small detail and give them A+ :) Yay for hygiene! Dropped in for a pedicure with my five year old. The ladies were friendly and offered a spa seat to my son where he eventually napped. Pedicure is a little pricey compared to what I'm used to paying (by $10) but avg to this area. Salon was clean and no pressure by technician to upgrade. read more

I've been going here every month for over a year now and every time I go in they become lazy with their work. When I first started going here they were super nice and I was always satisfied with my nails. Although, the last few months I've gone they've become rude and lazy with their work. Every time I've gone in I've had a problem with my nails, I decided to try and keep going. The last time I went in, which was only a few days ago, they were rude and made me and my mom uncomfortable. They would not give her what she wanted on her nails and we were both unhappy with how they turned out. My moms cuticles are cut up and bleeding even after a few days. read more

I took my stepdaughter in to apply tips with a gel overlay. I was not pleased with the results. She is shy to say anything negative, but she did admit she felt it was a sloppy job as well. The gel overlay was very thick, there were jagged spots under the nail, the paint job wasn't cleaned off the cuticle. We let them know we weren't happy with the results, and they did redo it with better attention to the details but they couldn't seem to make them have a natural feel. They still looked thick, and gel nails are meant to be more natural looking. I give them credit for redoing them, albeit with a bit of frustration and attitude from them. They did offer drinks and were friendly before we were unhappy. But honestly.. I don't care about drinks and massages and such. I want nails that look beautiful. read more

I had a pedicure today and actually, it looks great. The reason for the down grade is that my nail tech showed me the wrong price list - on purpose. By doing so, it makes it look like you should get the deluxe pedicure as it is a good deal. Shame on me for not examining the price list more closely, of course. But when I was paying I was surprised at the cost and another tech came up and told me that some of the women that work here do this on purpose to get you to upgrade the service. My feet were dry from swimming that I had done this past week.At one point during the appt, one area started to become cracked, and hurt, so I attempted to tell the person this, she sort of understood. I have never seen a person use the "cheese grater" to take off rough skin. It was sensitive at the time but as the evening wore on it was difficult to walk, and more cuts appeared. For the past 5 years I have left every nail salon frustrated at either the customer service, quality or price of the services I had just received. About 4 months again I decided to go back to Beverly's and I can say it's 100% the 20 minute drive. I have never had less than a superb experience. You are quickly and pleasantly greeted, I've never had to wait, the building and tools are very clean and I always love my nails. I've seen multiple people there and do not have one complaint. No language barrier, which often causes confusion at nails salons. You get a shoulder massage while your manicure dries and they do not disappoint. Be very careful...a salon that cheats you but not disclosing prices of certain items, while at the same time pushing services they want to sell. Went in for what I thought was a simple pedicure and was charged for extra for specialized nail polish color. In shock, called the owner the next day and she said customers were expected to pick up price chart and read. Very unethical and when I told her I would have to contact my credit card company for help, if she would not meet me halfway to find a resolution. She then continued to threaten me saying she didn't care what I would do but no way giving money back. So there you go, a salon that not only cheats, dupes their customers but clearly doesn't care about them either. Shocking in this day and age of the pandemic, where businesses are actually hurting for money and value the services they provide. Needless to say, she is being investigated by the credit card company for fraud and now that this is a matter of honor, she will be held accountable for duping customers.
