Erika Altolaguirre I contacted Perma Ceram when we finished putting down the new ceramic tile floor in preparation for the glazing. An extremely professional 2-brother team, Al arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule to start prepping the bathroom. Roy followed right on time. I immediately felt comfortable with both and was really impressed with their efficiency and expertise; after all, they've been doing this for 30 years. Our bathroom was in very good shape so the focus of the job was really to change the color. When the glazing was complete I was asked to inspect. I picked up on 1 tiny dot on the sink that needed some extra coverage, but other than that the job was truly smooth and perfect. Roy assured me that if I do pick up on any additional dings, they will come to touch up as part of their 5 year warranty. Clean up was excellent when the job was done. From start to finish the job took 4 hours (mind you it's a small bathroom). As an alternative to ripping out a perfectly good, vintage bathroom I highly recommend Roy and Al for makeovers like this. read more
