So we're up to exchange, Erica is trying with apply pay and card and nothing pops up. So she goes on to ask what's the date ? So I show her on my phone the receipt from Apple Pay date and time she says yea sorry I can't find it and is trying to push me away. I tell her well this is why I called before and ask if we can figure something out. She then tells me " Do you want me to magically make the receipt appear" she says you have to call customer service ! I was trying to show her on my phone and she's like yea ok very rude ! I'm not someone to argue or complain and I'm very patient and I myself go above and beyond for my customers but wow. So I Call customer service and they literally tell me I have to go back to that store. I ended up calling the Cerritos location and a very nice girl named Kimberly "very sweet" was trying to help me over the phone says yes we can pull up receipts for a week but at the same location. she was trying every way to help the situation even though it wasn't at her location and I very well appreciated that. Called back and Lori had to submit a ticket because seems like my purchase is somehow lost on that date ! Thanks to her, I found a jacket that matched my cowboy outfit; she even went the extra mile and sent one of her employees to their storage location to see if they had my jacket in a different color and the same size as the one I picked. Ultimately, I found my jacket to take to Mexico, and it cost me $109, and it was all thanks to her. Refer to the pic I posted. As soon as you enter it's on the right hand side. They have bread, flans, jello, fruit. Still lots of little things you can buy like shoes, cookware, pinatas+candy, food, candy etc. Feeling kind of sour aftertaste from the arcade games (that uses credit card system). I got $10 worth of credits and then all the machines suddenly turned off. Now I'm stuck with a half full card that only works at this arcade. Just like many shopping malls, this place is also slowly dying.

I'm really frustrated with Walgreens at the moment that I can't even think calmly to write this…read morereview. Walgreens needs to do a better job on how they refill prescriptions. I don't get why they have to call the doctor's office to confirm a refill which that doctor approved of months ago by sending that prescription with multiple refills. I see my doctor almost once every month, unless I have insurance problems or can't get a day off of work which is rare. I would understand if they were filling an opioid drug that someone can use to get high with, yes call make sure the doctor wrote the prescription or still wants the patient taking the meds. They have fallen behind a whole month before because they would try getting my doctor to confirm a refill, but since my doctor sent the monthly prescription, they won't approve a refill, which in return tells Walgreens not to fill anything. Then when I finally find out what the issue is, it takes me a couple of days to get in touch with my doctor's office since they aren't in everyday. Even my doctor's office doesn't understand why they need to call them to get an approval for a refill. The good things about Walgreens is the pharmacy is open everyday. Plus they send text messages when prescriptions are being filled or if something is wrong with the prescription. It looks like they're always busy, always moving. I know it's not the workers who are the problem, it's Walgreens all together and their rules and or policies. They also have a drive thru to pick up the meds, but I've only done that when there's no line, but even then I try to go inside.
