I purchase most of my skincare products online due to convenience, but sometimes it's easier to have someone take the time to explain products instead of having to do all of the research on your own. It's for this reason that I'm a repeat customer even though I live nowhere close to this location.

A pleasant surprise! My first time visiting a beauty supply store. The store is roughly half hair…read more(wigs and extensions) and half beauty products. Everything is neat and organized. They also carry a small selection of Asian beauty care products. I spotted a couple of face masks, eye patches, and the biggest steal for me was the 60 Korean pimple patches for $7.99. Employees are nice. This store is located in a busy plaza, next to Walmart. They have a wide selection of false lashes featuring: strip lashes, lash clusters, magnetic lashes, and more. They have something for every lash lover from natural styles to dramatic ones. There's also several unique lashes that I typically don't see at mainstream beauty stores or online. One thing to note is the store sells some dupe items such as fragrances and bags. They're obvious dupes, so not an attempt to mislead customers. As with any beauty supply store, it's always a good idea to pay attention when shopping, as some beauty supply stores carry dupes alongside authentic products.

They carry skincare items as well as makeup for both women and men. I even saw eyelash extensions! I needed a Dr. Jart+ Silver Label BB Cream, but could not find the revamped (2015) edition being sold anywhere! I knew Sephora sold Dr. Jart+, but they don't carry the Silver Label. I even looked online through Ebay and Amazon, but there were only the previous two versions of the silver label. I thought I would have to fly myself to Korea to get me a tube of this magic. BUT, lucky for me, I finally found it at BK Cosmetics. SCORE!!! The two ladies, Lisa and Wookyung, really knew their products, and, instead of walking out with just Dr. Jart+, I walked out with 2 other Clio BB Creams, 2 Vonin lotion sets for the men in our family, and a bunch of samples. If you don't see the product you want on display, simply ask the workers, and they'll magically pull it out from behind the counters! Haha. That was literally what they did with all of my products. They work on a points system, so if you're new, ask them to start one for you. They keep a record of what you've purchased, and after spending $200 (which is pretty easy when it comes to cosmetics), you get $20 credit! 10% in rewards is a REALLY good deal. This location is so convenient for me, because I don't have to drive all the way to Fullerton or Cerritos to get stuff, and because they really do carry such a wide variety of cosmetics and skincare products. Thanks Lisa and Wookyung for your friendly service, for making my day, and for saving me a trip to Korea!!!

I visited when the store opened at 10:00 am it's well staffed very clean and neat. Stocked with some of the best makeup products all brands and so much more. I'm definitely going back next week and checkout the store. I saw soo many interesting lipsticks, perfumes and body sprays that are calling my name. . My only complaint was that the store had several workers up front yet they only opened one register. I asked a woman if she was open and she said no. And it was packed I'm on crutches and the staff at the register area were standing around lallygagging that was very annoying. I found the gift card I came for and another neat gift that I think my daughter would like and I was outta there. Until next time, Just me Shawn C.

It was so amazingly organized and well put together, but these past months I have gone I don't get the same customer service as I used to and the lady never greets me and other people from what I have seen. The store is supper unorganized now and so much lashes are not in stock like they used to like the ioni collection which are favorite. Alot of product is never in stocked when I go. I wish they can at least train the workers to be at their fullest potential and be friendly. My favorite workers there when I would go all the time was genesis and another girl who had really pretty lashes all the time who I never see anymore. Both are the sweetest most amazing workers who always made my shopping amazing.

We were looking for birthday gifts for a Hello Kitty obsessed tween. This place did not disappoint- there were so many options to choose from, from makeup, to purses, bracelets, nail gems, face products, even sleeping masks. Everything is reasonably priced- not too cheap, not too expensive. I came back again for another Hello Kitty obsessed tween, but there are so many other cosmetic products to choose from. Definitely coming back again. Note: you may not be able to find them on Google or Google maps, but they have plenty to show on their IG account.

I forgot to buy a crochet hook and they had that too. The prices are good. So it's a one-stop shop. Instead of explaining all of my available options or helping me find a solution, the manager, KALEY ,only offered store credit and seemed uninterested in assisting further. I was actually the one who suggested an alternative solution based on my own retail experience. I felt that customer service should have been more proactive and helpful. During my visit, several employees appeared distracted and more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. I also asked about a specific perfume, and the employee assisting me didn't seem familiar with the product I was asking about. Overall, the store felt disorganized, and the staff did not appear knowledgeable or engaged. Unfortunately, the experience came across as unprofessional and left me frustrated.
