The salesman onsite provided a wealth of knowledge on brush care as well as ideal technique for each individual item. Hakuhodo is well known to have the softest goat hair in the industry, and the artistry and quality of materials used surpasses that of any other that I have come across.

Faith and Michelle were the people contacting me about my appointments. During our call today Michelle complained that they had an hour set aside for me, which I apologized for and I explained what was going on and why I was unable to make my appointments. She told me it would be the third time I was rescheduling. I apologized and told her I have done my best to communicate with them why I was unable to make it. Given the way she spoke to me, I asked for her name and I asked to speak to a manager to which she responded that she was the manager. She rudely asked if I wanted to reschedule again. At this point I said no because I wouldn't even feel comfortable having to interact with her in person let alone have a procedure done here. I completely understand that time had been set aside for me as a potential new patient, however the lack of customer service is unfortunate.
