We have a decent sized house, and the Internet wasn't working consistently to all areas for a few years. The first tech who came out, was here for at least 6 hours and could not figure out what the problem was. The second company I hired, charged me a fee to come out and take a look. He was here for about 15-20 minutes and told me I needed to upgraded my equipment and charged me $200. He said there was something unplugged, which there wasn't. After he left the Internet was still not working properly. I found Simply Wired on Yelp, and boy am I happy camper. He came out for a free consultation, sent me a quote within a few days and a list of equipment I needed to purchase (my old equipment was a few years old and I just wanted to start new anyways). After receiving all the items, Brian came out and set it all up. My 'wire closet' or whatever it's called was so messy and full of old wiring and equipment that we couldn't even close the door. Not only can we close it now, but it looks amazing. He also used some of my old equipment to help boost the signal in certain areas. This project required all day, he worked hard on it and it was more difficult than he anticipated, somewhat due to his approach. I paid him substantially more than he asked due to the difficulty and his time spent. When he left for the evening, the project was not complete, but we agreed he would return to complete the job.....But, he never did. I called him several times and attempted to schedule a follow-up to complete the work, but he could not find a date that worked for him. He stated he had other jobs to do. I am very disappointed that Joe did not compete the job or follow up with an attempt to complete it. I finally got tired of calling him to schedule. The work that was completed is substandard and I am left with the problem of getting the job done another way.

Carmen during a conversation told me that they owned a Security Company called HiddenValley in San Marcos Ca. I called occasionally to see if my items came in. I waited for about two weeks, and went to the store, and met Gabriel a courteous cashier, and Gabriel told me she was receiving a lot of complaints from customers indicating that they had been waiting for weeks, and never received their orders. I went twice on different occasions to the store, and found that it had went out of business. I waited for about a month, and contacted Hidden Valley Security and spoke to Jose Guerrero the owner of Hidden Valley Security and explained my concerns. Mr. Guerrero indicated to me that he had boxes of equipment shipment that he had not opened, and he was going to open all boxes immediately, and call me once he located my order. If Mr. Guerrero did not find it, he would refund me my money. Me. Guerrero never called me, so I called him on many occasions, and he would not answer my calls.
