I would definitely recommend Zane Hirtzel to all of my friends, you can tell he really cares about his clients and what is best for them and not what is best for himself. Eventually the owner intervened and came over and basically said the whole system needed to be redoneand gave me a quote for $21k . So why didnt the first guy tell me that and save me $2k. I decided to go with them since I thought they knew the system already. Boy was i wrong. I put done $15k and it took them 4 months to finally finish installing system. All they kept telling me was trhey didnt have enough programmers. When then hire some. The system works better but still has glitters and then they over bill another $1700 . which I refuse to pay . They never told me about additional cost or get my permission. I would stay away from this company .

He also worked very well with our interior designer and our contractor. The project had to be done in pieces (at his suggestion) based on other construction work going on around the TV. The recommendations, his work approach / style, and project execution were flawless. The sound, picture quality, and overall viewing experience are amazing. We love just listening to music through sonos. David installed a 75" TV, two in ceiling speakers, a sonos soundbar, sonos subwoofer, connect amp, and another tv in another room. He told me what was doable, what was not worth the expense, and what to do instead. He was honest and creative about what could be done. They were competitively priced, and didn't have the "you dont know what I'm talking about" tax that I was getting from others. On the day of, they came out and got it done in a few hours. Mounting Canvas TVs (great TVs, horrible mounting system), setting up Sonos bars and hiding the cords in walls so it fits seamlessly. It honestly looks like a painting when not in use when there arent cords ruining the aesthetic. They even had a drywall guy that came the same day for the work outside their scope. I've got home networking projects coming up and will defintely use them again. Give them a try, you wont regret it.

Cory and his team set up our wifi and TV/audio system a few years ago. We were incredibly happy with how detail oriented and communicative he and his team were. Everything was installed as he said it would be, and he made sure we understand how to work everything. His prices were also incredibly reasonable. Over the years, he has been available for phone calls when we've had little hiccups. Always friendly and happy to help make sure things are running smoothly. Recently, our remote started glitching. When he brought the replacement out, it still wouldn't work. He had the company to credit us for the broken remote and got us a great price on an upgraded remote. He then came back out AGAIN to get that set up. He could easily be charging us for all this extra work, but he isn't. When we offered to pay him for coming out and making sure the remote was set up correctly, he refused payment and said "I just want to make sure you have a working system." I had a hard time deciding to give 2 or 3 stars on this rating…read more I will start off saying that Daniel is very competent at what he does. I liked him and felt that I had the right guy for my work. However, for some reason he really missed the mark on the work he did for me. The best way for me to approach this review is just to give you the details of what transpired on the job he did for me. I hired him to put up 3 Tv's in my house, and one TV mounted on the outside of my house in a courtyard area. He was also hired to connect my audio receivers to speakers that were already installed throughout the house and outside in the courtyard. He also installed a security camera outside facing the driveway entrance to the property. We decided on a time for him to do the work. He was late for the appointment, but did call ahead to tell me he would be late. When he showed up he mounted my 60" TV in my living room and hooked my audio up to my speakers for my audio system then told me he would have to come back on another day to finish the job because he was overbooked that week due to the Super Bowl. He came back about 10 days later and mounted the outdoor TV and a small TV in one of the guest rooms. Again he told me he would have to come back to finish the job another day. I had to call him and hound him to get back out there to do the rest of the work. Meanwhile only 4 of my 8 speakers on the audio system were working which he said he knew, but failed to tell me. I had to call him several times to get an appointment for the rest of the work. He told me he was in a car accident and couldn't make it himself, but would send one of his guys. The other guy came out to finish the job but only got the security camera installed and strightened out the guest room TV which was lopsided on the wall from the original installation. He also couldn't finish the job. I just got exhausted of calling him to finish the job and gave up. The last TV was never mounted. I decided just to do it myself, because even though I had spent hundreds of $s he just couldn't finish the job. He also damaged some moulding in one of the bedrooms which he told me about,(but didn't repair), and said he would make up up on the price. I don't think he made anything up on the price. I don't mind paying a high price for very good work, but to have all of the miscues and hassle that I experienced on this job, I definetley overpayed, and had to finish the job myself. One other thing to mention, he sold me a sound bar for the bigger TV, and told me he would save me money by giving it to me at his cost. I found it one Amazon for $50 less than he charged me with free delivery with my prime account. Really ashame, because I think Daniel is a nice guy, and his heart is in the right place,(never felt like he was trying to rip me off), but he just seems to be a bad businessman, and despite all the other good reviews, his work is mediocre at best.
