Danny and his crew are great! I own 3 large commercial buildings and he has handled all my security needs! Also installed a killer home movie setup at my house. Super friendly and professional. Thank you Danny read more

I had a hard time deciding to give 2 or 3 stars on this rating. I will start off saying that Daniel is very competent at what he does. I liked him and felt that I had the right guy for my work. However, for some reason he really missed the mark on the work he did for me. The best way for me to approach this review is just to give you the details of what transpired on the job he did for me. I hired him to put up 3 Tv's in my house, and one TV mounted on the outside of my house in a courtyard area. He was also hired to connect my audio receivers to speakers that were already installed throughout the house and outside in the courtyard. He also installed a security camera outside facing the driveway entrance to the property. We decided on a time for him to do the work. He was late for the appointment, but did call ahead to tell me he would be late. When he showed up he mounted my 60" TV in my living room and hooked my audio up to my speakers for my audio system then told me he would have to come back on another day to finish the job because he was overbooked that week due to the Super Bowl. He came back about 10 days later and mounted the outdoor TV and a small TV in one of the guest rooms. Again he told me he would have to come back to finish the job another day. I had to call him and hound him to get back out there to do the rest of the work. Meanwhile only 4 of my 8 speakers on the audio system were working which he said he knew, but failed to tell me. I had to call him several times to get an appointment for the rest of the work. He told me he was in a car accident and couldn't make it himself, but would send one of his guys. The other guy came out to finish the job but only got the security camera installed and strightened out the guest room TV which was lopsided on the wall from the original installation. He also couldn't finish the job. I just got exhausted of calling him to finish the job and gave up. The last TV was never mounted. I decided just to do it myself, because even though I had spent hundreds of $s he just couldn't finish the job. He also damaged some moulding in one of the bedrooms which he told me about,(but didn't repair), and said he would make up up on the price. I don't think he made anything up on the price. I don't mind paying a high price for very good work, but to have all of the miscues and hassle that I experienced on this job, I definetley overpayed, and had to finish the job myself. One other thing to mention, he sold me a sound bar for the bigger TV, and told me he would save me money by giving it to me at his cost. I found it one Amazon for $50 less than he charged me with free delivery with my prime account. Really ashame, because I think Daniel is a nice guy, and his heart is in the right place,(never felt like he was trying to rip me off), but he just seems to be a bad businessman, and despite all the other good reviews, his work is mediocre at best. Buyer beware!! read more

I have used Daniel's service on multiple occasions for home and for business. His pricing is very fair and his attentiveness to detail is very admirable. What I most appreciated was his willingness to go the extra mile to make things absolutely right. When he ran into roadblocks he didn't just "make do." Instead, he suggested alternatives and made sure the finished product looked and sounded just right. I'm sure we'll have continued need for AV Addiction service in the future, and as long as Daniel is the main guy I will always be using him. read more

We can't thank Daniel enough. We lived with a number of problems with our home theater installation for a long time. Solid estimate ... the job cost exactly what he said it would and ... in just a few hours and surprisingly fewer dollars than we expected, Daniel did the job. He installed a new (very reasonably priced) tuner, tweaked the whole setup and sound, and programmed a great remote (I had tried several and my wife hated them - and so did I). Our system is now everything we had hoped it would be. On top of the good service and components, we enjoyed Daniel! A really nice young man ... and we recommend him highly. read more

Daniel was spectacular at installing my home theatre. There were many obstacles to overcome to make the job look and sound great. Daniel is both expert at physical installation of flush mount speakers, TV, etc. but also very bright in setting up the computer components of my system. I waited a couple of months before writing the review, just to see if everything continued to work well. It does. I am very pleased with my home theatre system. It looks as good as it sounds. Strongly recommend Daniel and AV Addictions. I don't write many reviews as most products and services are ordinary and not worth the effort. This review will help to steer customers toward a very satisfactory installation process. read more

Been trying to get a hold of Daniel for six months to assist me with my A/V needs. I am hoping I can receive a call in January. No response to phone calls and text. Nice guy but very hard to contact. read more

Still no word from Daniel or anyone at AV Addictions. Such a shame. I guess I have to lower the rating for him and look for someone else to fix this issue. read more

I had one of the guys come out to my house to get me a quote on an installation, he walked me thru what I needed with a new home theater system but I never heard back, he was supposed to email me a quote but I never got anything, not a call or email. Guess they didn't want my money. read more

Daniel is a lifesaver, and he really knows his stuff. I decided last minute to have a Super Bowl party so I bought a new 60 inch samsung and tried hooking up the surround sound myself. I couldn't get any sound through cable so I called Daniel on Super Bowl Sunday. He answered his phone when no one else would! He walked me through the problems and fixed the sound issue, saving the Super Bowl party. I will always call Daniel in the future for all my audio video needs. Don't make the mistake I did and try to hook this stuff up yourself - call Daniel!!! read more

These guys answered my questions and helped me get the TV mount I needed ASAP. Very professional. Very honest. I love it when people do what they say they will do. Thanks Daniel! read more

If I can give it zero stars I will. I just want to say these people are very unprofessional RYAN& DANIEL!! They didn't finish the JOB installing security camera system!! Ryan was suppose to show up on August 3rd no show! Then we reschedule and again NO SHOW. OK 3rd time is a charm we reschedule again and ryan car broke down and couldn't make it. Ok gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to give him another try (since my mother did pay $120 on the 1st visit) so here I am September 3rd we reschedule for 12 o'clock took the day off work and 12:30 came around and NO SHOW called ryan no answer left text no response. So I call the phone #number on yelp and spoke with Daniel he told me he was sorry and will show up at 5:30 pm and to make long story short its a NO SHOW!!! Like don't waste my time making miss hours of work. Looks like I have to find another company to finish a JOB they started!!! Oh and not to mentioned they made a hole in one of the bedrooms they did fix it and patched but I just can't believe they will act this way! I have a business myself and I will never run it the way they do! read more

Very impressed with Av Addictions' customer service. I called today to ask for service and Ian, came in shortly after and was very nice to my coworker and very informative. He advised us on what to do and what may be the problem and we greatly appreciated his honesty. We are very pleased with this company and will definitely have him come back for our future audible situations. read more

Daniel did an amazing job at an amazing price! He hooked up and mounted two TVs, routed ethernet cables to all my devices in different rooms. He was professional and the work was very clean! read more

I called AVaddictions through a referral from a friend. The owners name is Daniel and he prompltly came to my home to give me a quote to mount a new television, install new wiring and cables, and hook up all related audio equipment Daniel also recommended newer versions of audio equipment that I should consider. All of the recommendations were very reasonable and Daniel handled all the ordering and delivery. This was much easier (and less expensive than buying through Best Buy or even Amazon as I discovered). During the appointment and installations Daniel was ontime, courteous, and clean (which is very important to me). The new system is outstanding and easy to use. Everything is now working I could not be more pleased. I cannot give a higher recommendation. read more

Daniel is the best! He will do the job as promised and if you ever have any issues he will come back and make it right. His prices are the best around, hands down. He is very knowledgeable of the product and knows what will work best in your home. My job was a full home, multi-zone, indoor/outdoor system including 5 monitors, 7 zones, in ceiling speakers, universal remotes, apple TV, DVD's and home networking. The system delivers super high quality sound and it works great for our family of four. I can't say enough good things about Daniel and you would be lucky to have him do your work if he's not booked up. read more

Job well done! Our outdoor speaker system sounds awesome, the quality of the work is great and the price very reasonable. Daniel and his team also did a great job with the installation of a 10 camera outdoor security system, all the wiring was done very cleanly and professionally. Daniel also took the time to show me how to use the system both at the DVR station as well as online. He ran into many obstacles with my home network and recommended a few changes to set it up correctly and for all of my devices to work seamlessly; we proceeded with his recommendations and now my connectivity throughout the house is much better, Daniel has a very solid understanding of wireless networks and can (with the right devices) set it up very quickly and correctly. Despite many set backs the job was done quickly and within budget, Daniel and his team went the extra mile to ensure everything was working and even though he spent more time than originally estimated, he honored the quote he gave me without any additional charges of any kind. My overall experience with Daniel and his business AV Addictions was excellent, I highly recommend him and I will most certainly hire him for any future installations. read more

I am pleased with the service received from AV Addictions, Daniel, Owner. He was professional and patient. We had a doctor appointment that went over time and when we called he was understanding and allowed us to switch to a later time. We hired him to install our Apple TV and adjust sound settings in our home theater. We also asked that he bring a HDMI cable needed for the installation. He handled everything effectively and efficiently and took time to show us how to operate system. He also installed the HDMI cable in another room TV. Thanks Daniel. We appreciate your service. read more

I had a renovated home and decided to add audio in most of my rooms. I called AV Addictions who came by and consulted with me on what was best for my needs. We had to split the progress in 2 phases and now that it is finished I am impressed. Reasonable prices, professional work, and the Daniel (owner) is easily accessible. Daniel answered my questions quickly and he knows what he is talking about. His crew is friendly and efficient and appears to be trained to do the same quality of work that Daniel is accustomed to. Daniel made recommendations on how to maximize my system to the fullest without pushing to buy any particular product. I have some other work that will need to be done and I will be going back to AV Addictions when I am ready. I would recommend AV Addictions to anyone looking for reasonably priced audio in their home. read more

Plain and simple, Daniel is the man. If you need AV services, not only do you get someone dedicated to making sure everything AV is working well in your house, but his prices are fair as well. I used him to hookup surround sound, Sonos, and Internet extension and he nailed it all. Use AV Addictions. read more

Daniel and his crew were prompt and professional. Daniel (the owner) and AVaddictions qualify as outstanding. We called Daniel in for a consult on my AV setup. I have a dedicated home theatre room and whole house audio setup. The problem was that the theatre had antiquated AV equipment, the previous owner hacked up the in-house wiring (the speaker system was not working), and the plasma in the master bedroom was poorly mounted and we had AV components/wires everywhere it seemed. Daniel came in and immediately provided expert recommendations for replacing/upgrading needed pieces of the equipment, installing AppleTV, upgrading the cabinet into an easy to use rack mounted enclosure, integrating the TV in the bedroom with the home theatre setup/equipment (thereby getting rid of components and cables in the bedroom), and setting up a whole home audio sytem that uses full internet access for streaming audio/radio or iTunes library. Daniel also completely replaced and integrated our backyard speaker for use with the audio system. He did this all within a reasonable budget given guidelines that we discussed in detail. I have used many AV people in the past and Daniel in my book is the best. A+ In addition to all that my wife LOVES the new system. read more

Technology makes me a little nervous, so when it came time to switch out an old TV for a new one, eliminate my Dish service, and reconnect all the other gadgets, like Apple TV, I knew I needed help. Daniel impressed me over the phone, so we scheduled an appointment. My job turned out to be more complicated than either of us imagined, but Daniel calmly persevered, even taking a trip to WalMart with me to ensure I picked up the right equipment needed to complete the install. His knowledge and expertise were clearly evident as he sorted through the various issues that were possibly affecting my internet service. And in the end, my internet service is faster than before, without upgrading the speed. I'm looking forward to some future projects with Daniel, from installing a receiver so I can take advantage of the speakers in my home to upgrading my living room ceiling fan to give me remote access and dimming capabilities. When you want these kinds of jobs done right for a fair price, call Daniel. read more

I called Daniel to give me an estimate on installing a wall mount tv and home theater speakers in our family room. He quoted me a fair price and did an excellent job. He concealed all visible wires, rerouted the electrical outlet, got me a great deal on the TV mount and even gave me advice on adding a center speaker. A+ job! read more

AVaddictions came out to install a small television in a bedroom and they did a great job. After installation, I decided I wanted it to be lowered and Daniel didn't hesitate to come out again the same day that I called. Daniel and his helper were polite and gave me a reasonable price. I really appreciate the service that I got and would use them the next time I need another installation.. read more

I highly recommend AVaddictions. Daniel's attention to every detail is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, capable, tidy and on time. He expertly handled an electrical problem when mounting our large screen television this week. My husband and I were very impressed with his ability to trouble shoot. He also took the time to adjust the cable settings to enhance the picture quality. There are many choices out there for handling media installation, Daniel has the personal integrity I look for in a contractor. read more

After working with AV Addictions, I have a brighter smile, get better gas mileage and don't scare tiny animals anymore. People no longer cross the street when they see me coming. Just kidding about the tiny animals! Seriously, I worked yesterday with Ian, one of the sharp techies. He showed up, went to work and reprogrammed my universal remote in a jiff. Then he hooked up a Roku for us. He was patient, professional and polite. Highly recommend Daniel and Ian. They know their stuff. read more

To all potential customers: This is to inform you that AVAddictions led by Daniel Soraci is not a legitimate business. He comes out and gives you outrageous quotes, puts your work off for days if not weeks and finally comes out and does the work but not professionally at all. He installed a surround sound in my house two years ago. I still have dusts and debris and mess around my house from his sloppy and unprofessional work. Among all other expensive changes, he asked me to pay him $700 for a receiver. He never gave me the receipt and the receiver which was supposedly brand new stopped working a few months ago within two years. When I asked him to come and check it, he gave me all the excuses in the world and gave me the run around for weeks. I had to go buy another receiver and redo all the connections after he refused to replace my receiver. His work is sloppy and not professional at all. If you want to have your work last a long time and have any professional quality go with someone else. I recommended him at the beginning to several other people in my circle of family and friends and they all have the same complaint. Be aware. read more
