Sometimes it is hard to trust someone that shows up at your front door promoting new windows. My husband and I hesitated at first but decided to give it a try and listen to the rep give us a demonstration of the windows and introduction to the company. We were impressed with all the features that these windows had. We decided that those were the windows that met our needs. Shortly after proceeding with the purchase, they came in to do the formal measurements of each window. The windows were ready in less time than expected (4 weeks). That was great! The install day came, and the installer and crew arrived at the time promised. They were all cordial and professional. We were impressed with their coordination of work and how well they worked together. It took about 3 hours to get all of our windows installed and the transformation was amazing! We chose the dark bronze frame for the outside with almond frame on the inside. Wow wow wow! We also noticed the difference in the AC in the house! The house stays way cooler than before. These guys replaced all 13 of our windows. Immediately we noticed the reduction in external noise! It's awesome, they are also slightly tinted but you don't really notice it once installed. You can see the tint from the outside, which is how reduced UV protection should work! The team that installed the windows did a great job! They trimmed everything up really nicely and they count red a couple of challenges based on how the house is made but they discussed options and the result is perfect. The only thing we were surprised by is that the windows are about 4 inches narrower than the previous up us windows due to the frame, but for us this is a plus. We have six of the windows in the living area so there is plenty of light slightly smaller means less heat and in Phoenix that's a huge plus! We highly recommend these guys and the installation crew too! We priced these windows and compared to several competitors they were mid priced and the quality is on the high end so I feel we got an excellent value too! read more

We had our windows installed a week ago, and I have to say I absolutely love them! Right after the installation, I wanted to write a review just to describe how beautiful the windows are however, thought I would wait to see if everything they advertised was true. The biggest difference I noticed immediately was how much the windows block out the outside noise. We live three houses from a major road, and the sound of traffic is constant. Well, not anymore. It's so quiet!!! Next was the temperature difference. They weren't kidding. You can still feel the heat, I mean, we live in AZ. However, there is a definite difference, and my rooms are cooler. Performance windows just installed my 9 new windows. My house was built in the 80s so this was absolutely necessary. The Heat and dust that we're coming into my house is unexplainable. Actually, if you've lived here any length of time you probably understand:-) this team was professional, friendly, careful, and respectful with my home. When they were done, they cleaned up, double check to make sure they cleaned up, and explained how the windows worked. These windows look and give my home a fresh new updated look. I'm most excited about keeping the dirt and Heat out of my home. And I'm going to be able to keep the blinds open and enjoy the outside now. We had Heidi come and talk to us at our house. Usually my boyfriend doesn't give sells people a chance but he did for performance windows. In the end, we ended up agreeing on getting four windows replaced. They just replaced our window this past weekend and didn't an amazing job. I can already tell the difference that these windows had made because it's keeping out the heat. Eventually, we would like to replace more windows in the future but we are glad we got at least four replaced. They make everything so easy and we both appreciate that! I placed my order on 3/13/24 and I was told that installation would be in 8-12 weeks. I received a call to schedule installation of my windows right around the 8 week mark. The installation was done by Chris and his crew 5/13/24. I was impressed with Chris' supervisory skills and the respect his crew showed to him. The work was completed in a little more than 4 hours having installed 12 windows and a patio door. They laid down drop cloths wherever they worked and vacuumed and/or wiped up any messes that were made.There were a couple of insignificant issues that were rectified at once with professionalism and speed immediately. Initial consultation to get a quote was a bit sales driven, but rep was very pleasant and personable. Official measurements were scheduled a few days later with rep that was very prompt and efficient. Process and timing was explained well. Received call from installers to schedule install a few days ahead of time. Installers were on time and courteous. All parts of the inside and outside of house were covered and cleaned up after completed install. Manager stopped in while installers were working to check the job site and review warranty information. Windows were installed by noon and I could already feel the difference in one of the rooms that the A/C was not leaking out anymore. Overall good price for quality product and service. read more

We had windows installed yesterday and love them! From sales to install Performance has been great. They even were able to install sooner than expected as the windows were ready earlier. The crew that came to install was very polite and they took care to clean up well, even making sure to reinstall hardware for our blinds. Many from the company have shown they desire to have good customer service and have made sure to ask us how satisfied we have been with service. The windows are noticeably better at blocking the heat from the sun. We previously would close our blinds and blackout curtains in order to keep from heating the house, but with these windows we will be able to leave them open to enjoy the natural sun light. read more

We love our new windows! The entire process was very straightforward. Heidi was fantastic and helped us decide which type of windows would best suit each space in our home. We were quoted around 12 weeks to delivery initially, but were notified they were complete in about 8 weeks, and installed at 10 weeks. NEVER allow a solicitor to get information from you or try to push you around when they are uninvited to do business for you. If they had any legitimate marketing and advertising sense, they would have so much business they wouldn't know what to do with themselves. Edited to add: We've averaged 113° high temperature this week. We've actually had to adjust our AC settings up 2°. The cool air stays so much better that we don't have to constantly run it. Plus we have so much less dust in the house than we did before our windows were installed. We are very pleased with our Performance Windows. The installation was fast and easy. Performance has replaced the screens both time, no charge! (Yes, I fired the window washing company). The windows have been installed for almost a year now and we love them!
