Her TRX class is one of my all-time favorites. Anel - My first-ever Pilates instructor and a big reason I stuck with it. She teaches a more classical style and clearly explains form and function, which built my confidence early on. Consistent warmups, always-changing flows, and uplifting energy that carries you through class. Jenni G. - A newer instructor to me and now a weekly favorite. She's super attentive (always remembers my lower back issue), offers great modifications, and gives cues that just click. Her flow and TRX classes are fun, challenging, and set to great music. A great pick for beginners or anyone leveling up. Stacy C. - Somehow both challenging and calming. She has a peaceful, encouraging presence and checks in with everyone during class with gentle corrections and praise. I love how she weaves in anatomy and form education--her classes fill up for a reason. One thing I will say is I've noticed there is often not front desk staff at this studio. Instructors seems to be able to help with any logistical stuff like scheduling a class or buying merchandise, but if you have questions about your membership, payment cycles, referrals/discounts or anything like that--you may be better off calling at a different time of day or just emailing the studio.

You'll feel right at home whether you're new to working out or an experienced athlete. They also offer fantastic deals, like 10 days for $10 (if you're new that's the best deal to start), and couple packages.
