He said the store layout was great with a relaxed vibe. Towards the back of the store there is work station to fix boards. Hubby says the best part of the experience was the customer service. For small price, he got new grip tape, assembled the wheels to his trucks and supplied the bolts. I'd recommend just dropping your skis or snowboard at a local shop at your destination and get it same or next day.

Boardshorts (about $30), bikinis, bathing suit cover-ups, sunglasses, flip flops, etc. were all present and well displayed. Most items bared the Rip Curl brand name but some were other well known lines like Rainbow sandals. Divided in half, one side of the store was dedicated to men and the other women with a few areas that both sexes would enjoy such as the wall of backpacks. And for $19.50, girls could purchase a sexy purple t-shirt that says, "Rip Curl Orlando," to mark your journey here. It's a nice store if you are a beach bum. She has a very petite face and has struggled for years to find one that actually works. Walt was so patient and walked her through everything step by step. He also helped her find basic swim gear, including a shorty wetsuit that fit correctly without leaking. While he was working with her, I explored the massive store and picked up fins, booties, and a full-length wetsuit. I love that they have so much inventory. You can really take your time trying different options and finding what fits best. I was able to compare fins with different bootie lengths and try on wetsuits that were actually sized correctly. Huge shoutout as well to the general manager Rachael and assistant manager Loren for their patience during checkout. My mom was able to drive her gear home, but I was flying back to Virginia the next day and stressing about packing everything. They reminded me about the free shipping over a certain amount, which was an epic stress reliever. Overall, I absolutely love this store. I wish we had something like it where I live. Ladies, the fins are sized for men unfortunately, so pick the size that is about 1.5 sizes lower than what you usually wear, based on advice I got from a staff member. Sure enough, as someone who normally wears a women's 11, the size 9-10 fins fit perfectly, and I didn't even bother trying any other sizes. There were plenty of fins for a variety of sizes available, and prices were competitive, reasonable, and accurate compared to their website. The staff member at the register was able to apply the 10% off welcome offer to my order, so I walked away with brand new fins for less than $40! Overall a very smooth process!

Since I was five I ran abandoned airport strips with my father, in High School I ran my first half marathon, countless 5K's in between, and at 20 I ran my first marathon. It's nice to find a starting point in your shoe journey. Upon entering I wanted to check out the gait test so they handed me a waiver and I bought some really cool (GUARANTEED) no blister socks! You can bring your own but I'm excited to put these no blister socks to the test. They specifically are looking at where you ankles land. Than they ask you about comfort and start consulting on what need out of a shoe. They have both runnings shoes and cross training. No need to be a distance runner to find "the one"!
