It is a very nice and clean studio and the classes are small, usually around 5 or 6 people and no more than 8. The utilize both the tower and the mat. With the classes being small, the instructors can watch and make sure that you are doing all of the moves correctly. Although you are paying more than you would at a gym, it is completely worth it as the quality of instruction is that much better. You get a better deal if you buy the classes in packages. They have classes ranging from beginner to advanced at all times of the day. They also offer private, duet, and trio classes in which you can utilize the reformers. You can conveniently sign-up and pay for classes online. Pilates is a great way to increase core strength and flexibility. It is also a great way to switch up your routine from weights and cardio. I would definitely recommend the Pilates Loft to anyone who wants to give pilates a try :)

Patricia taught my class and let me tell you, these small incremental moves really do pack a punch. Days later my legs were still jello. She was so kind and was great a cueing. I love when an instructor isnt judgemental but is helpful and inspirational and she was all of those things. The women in class were nice. It seems like many of them have been going there snd are familiar with one another. After class a few women made it a point to talk to me and made me feel welcome. It gives off a very community driven location which is something we should all be looking for in a fitness studio.

The Bar Method is the first and (so far) only place that has motivated me enough to stay consistent with a workout routine. Before choosing The Bar Method, my workout buddy and I had tried other Barre/Pilates places. What made me choose The Bar Method over the others to start: -the amazing promos and affordable pricing; have to be mindful with budgeting in this economy y'all (send me a message if you want a comparison chart LOL fr) -honest; transparency with pricing and information, unlike some others -flexibility; there is NO membership sign up fee, there is NO membership cancellation fee, there is NO minimum commitment, they allow membership freezing for up to 3 months (just let them know the month before) WITHOUT a freeze fee for 2 times a year, there is no penalty for class cancellation 2 HOURS before class starts (there IS a fee if you cancel after this window and/or if you no-show, but you can call before class to explain if there is an emergency and they are understanding in these cases), and you can come to class 10 minutes late max (DO NOT make a habit of this tho!! You pick your spot online and they provide the weights and yoga blocks for the class. The studio provides lockers to keep your stuff in, all you have to bring is your own yoga mat, grippy socks, towel, and water bottle!! Inside the hot mat studio its around 100 degrees so the towel definitely comes in handy, you WILL sweat. Cute little studio and all of the employees were so nice. Can't wait to come back for another class!!

The reformer classes are great and my go to classes but ai recently tried out the mat class and I was humbled. The weights are smooth and easy to hold, not dumbbells. The instructor was great, she modified for my shoulder impingement and I was still able to get a great workout. Class sizes are small, which is ideal. The studio was cute and well maintained. Its also right by Jeffs bagel so you can grab a quick coffee after class. Definitely worth trying out.and they have multiple locations so wherever you are in town, theres a studio within your reach. My personal fav is this winter garden/ocoee location.

From the size of the classes and amazing instructors I truly found a workout routine that not only motivates me but is starting to make me feel confident in my body! Every instructor I met truly brings a new perspective but truly pushes me in a way I could never do on my own in the gym. I love that the classes are never too big so even though it's a group workout you still get personal attention when you need assistance and guidance. The music varies in a good way. The only thing I wish is that my location had more options in class variety outside of level 1 and 2. The owner is also very nice and helpful whenever I have questions the instructors can't resolve right away. It may be a little pricy but I am grateful to find something that helps me kickstart my fitness journey in a way that motivates me in all the best kind ways.

She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I even had a cute little welcome note on my machine! I had never heard of Lagree Pilates before but I wanted to give it a shot and I really enjoyed it. The workout was tough but felt sooo good, and there are options for levels of modifications. I especially loved the incorporation of mindfulness and the guided meditation (optional) at the end of class. We both went home for summer and called to freeze our plan, so that way we can return in the fall. The receptionist mentioned she would freeze it until August when we were able to come back. However, I was still charged for the next month. When we called back, they said that's "not how they do it there" and I wouldn't be able to get a refund, although we had called before to freeze it for this month, and we won't even be able to use the membership since we are not currently living in Orlando. The receptionist was rude and could not except the fact that maybe they messed up in their end, and kept blaming it on me. Would not recommend for college students going home for a semester or anyone who would not like to get scammed.
