What can I say! I love Project 7 Yoga!…read more I have been coming to this studio on and off for years (starting back in 2018-ish). During the earlier stages of my time coming here, I'd usually only go to their Yin / Deep Stretch classes because I had a pretty solid work-out regime outside of yoga. So, the deep stretching was a great balance to my primarily cardio-based routine. It was not until last year, that I fully committed to a membership and it's been the best decision I have ever made. Though I am not a complete novice to the practice of yoga (as I have been doing it on and off with no real consistency since middle school when it was recommended as physical therapy to me by my doctor), I am a novice to being consistent with my practice of yoga. Signing up for a membership, has been the game changer. The instructors are amazing. Patient yet encouraging. They take the time to learn your face (and name) which just makes attending the studio feel that just more like a supportive friend group. Though, they offer primarily heat based classes, do not FEAR it. The heat is bearable. It's almost as if with each passing move you are sweating out the negative energy of the day, toxins, and any bad vibes you may have had following you that day. You leave feeling refreshed, inspired and deeply proud of yourself for showing up for YOU. Needless to say, I am a total fan of this studio. The space is clean and there is ample parking. They offer great membership packages as well as reasonable drop-in class prices. They also host various restorative events like crystal bowl meditations. And if yoga is your calling, fret not, because you can also go through instructor training under their tutelage. I say all that to finally say, if you have not been, I definitely recommend giving this studio a go! You won't regret it! Peace & Love. Namaste.

The space is clean, beautifully designed, and has a calming energy that immediately puts you at ease. The instructors here are truly exceptional--not only deeply knowledgeable, but also supportive, approachable, and passionate about what they do. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an advanced practice, they meet you exactly where you are. Every class feels intentional, well-paced, and physically and mentally rewarding. What really sets Warrior One apart is their variety of classes and commitment to both strength and mindfulness. From powerful flows that challenge the body to slower, meditative sessions that calm the mind, there's something for everyone. They also offer great workshops and community events that make the studio feel more like a second home than just a place to practice. If you're looking for a space to grow, connect, and feel truly supported on and off the mat, Warrior One Yoga is it. I feel stronger, more grounded, and more at peace every time I leave.

I love the beautiful paintings and murals on the walls, and I loved that there are no mirrors in the studios which really helps you focus on yourself. They create a loving, positive vibe without competition or pretentiousness. All of the instructors I took class with were wonderful. Perfect studio for beginners and more seasoned yogis alike!

5 Stars for a unique yoga studio run collectively by teachers who volunteer their services to…read morecreate a special community of yogis! I was so excited to hear that Firefly Yoga would be coming back to Downtown Orlando. They used to have a studio next to The Sanctum, then opened their second studio in Ocoee, and eventually focussed solely on the Ocoee studio for a few years. When I heard they were returning, I was blown away by their new model. A passionate group of yoga instructors banded together to create The Collective, where they volunteer to teach classes. With this model, the money they collect goes straight to rental of the space (and tea, if they ever make more than they need to keep the studio open). This means that the prices are some of the lowest in Orlando. The drop-in rate is $8 (WUT.) and unlimited yoga is $60/month (will increase to $70/month for new members starting in June '19). This is absurdly low and only makes sense because this is less of a business and more of a passion project to bring Firefly back to Orlando. Right now, the schedule is as follows (taken from their website): MONDAY 10am all-levels Flow | 7pm all-levels Flow TUESDAY 6am Power | 6:30pm find a Firefly teacher at East End Market for an all-levels flow class that is donation-based WEDNESDAY 12pm all-levels Flow | 6:30pm Ashtanga-Inspired | 7:45pm YIN THURSDAY 5:30-7:30am Open Practice* | 4:30pm Ashtanga-Inspired | 6:30pm Ashtanga-Inspired FRIDAY 6:30pm all-levels Flow SATURDAY 11am Wild Card (teachers will rotate each week, so come for a surprise of personality and style!) I would always check their website because classes are occasionally canceled when COAL (the space within which Firefly is located) is booked for a special event. Parking is on-street and behind the building (plentiful), and the location is conveniently right across from Dandelion (TAKE ALL OF MY MONEYYYY). So excited to be a member and love the classes so far!

The location is accessible yet you could pass it if you are not looking at the signs, parking in the street is limited but I believe they have parking in the back. Classes cost are below the standard for yoga.

Recently I felt the need for yoga to help me process a hard time and saw that there was an Ashtanga primary series class that morning. When you park, just be aware the entrance is in the back of the building. Keep walking and you'll find it! Neil led the class and welcomed us newcomers with kindness and open arms. He was very informative about the style of class and made the series fun as we were sweating our way through the first half of the primary series. I hadn't practiced in a while, but immediately felt comfortable in the space and among the other yogis. I definitely look forward to returning for more Ashtanga classes (Friday mornings) and maybe some self led practice when I feel confident enough!
