If you're looking for a place to work out that promotes health & wellness you can find that anywhere. Here at Fit Print Orlando you also experience a sense of belonging and camaraderie in an environment that's actually fun, but don't be fooled there is some "hard werk" going on here. Music, laughter and hijinx accompany every visit. How many other gyms have you gone to where you're introduced to other gym members by name and encouraged to get to know them? It was a fluke that I started training with Kim and Josh. My trainer at the time quit and asked them if they would take me on through the end of my contract. Change is not easy for me, especially in an environment I am not too comfortable in to begin with! A gym-with lots of fit people who know what they're doing. I remember my first "getting to know you" conversation(s) with Kim. Man did she ask a lot of questions! What are your goals? Physical limitations? Concerns? What do you eat? How do you eat? What are your expectations? She asked about my work, my exercise habits - which were just starting, what I do for fun... just to name a few! Once we started working together it made sense why she wanted to know all of those things. It's not just about working out. It's not just about coming in and leaving an hour or so later all sweaty. It doesn't take long to realize this is not your average gym and they are not your typical trainers (coaches). Yes, they want you to succeed at getting stronger, being more fit, losing weight, being more flexible or more mobile or whatever you're looking to improve or change, but there are so many other factors that affect our results and they focus on that too! You actually schedule time with them outside of your training sessions to discuss how everything else is going. This is called a "snuggle" session and it's your time with your coach to discuss how things are going with your workouts, your nutrition, how you feel about your monthly goals, quarterly and annual goals... that you set together, or other things you want to focus on or discuss or have questions about. Since I've been working with Kim and Josh I'm not only stronger but I feel so much better and have more energy and I am more flexible and mobile. In the beginning I started working with a trainer because I wouldn't/couldn't do it on my own and I dreaded going. Now it's become a habit and I look forward to getting a great workout in, whether it's a class or a personal training session or on my own time. I forget about everyday stresses, and laugh and have some fun while improving my health at the same time. It's a great mental reset! Stop in and check them out. They have great starter specials that give you an opportunity to try it all out and experience what "belonging" to a gym should feel like! The best thing that I never knew I needed! I have been to a lot of gyms in Orlando and hands down FiT PRINT has been the best gym and personal training experience to date. The location is very convenient to work and home. I love the flexibility of my personal training sessions and open gym time, whether it is in person or virtual sessions. The gym atmosphere is very open and fun (e.g. work hard/play hard atmosphere). Where else can you crack up laughing while doing lunges and squats?!?; this is from someone who hates working out!!! I am just starting my fitness journey again so I love how welcoming the gym feels. This is the first time that I have seen people at the gym ranging from ages 18 to 65+ at various fitness levels. More importantly, Josh and Kim truly designed a fitness program just for me. When I joined in August 2021, two of my fitness goals were to lose weight and build strength in my knees. I've lost weight and even more inches. I have more flexibility and have strengthened my knees to the point that I am going to start a running program again!! I never imagined that I would see results so quickly. Whether you are looking for a full-time gym or looking to supplement your existing exercise program, I highly recommend FiT PRINT! read more

I can't say that I've had a consistent, healthy relationship with nutrition+fitness in the past... but that all changed after joining Fit Print in 2021. I now look at fitness as something that's not only good for my physical -- it's especially important for my emotional and mental well-being. On days when I wasn't feeling the best, I would come to Fit Print and my entire mood would change. I always left a class feeling better than when I arrived. Josh and Kim have taught me that fitness is less about how I look and more about how I feel. That's the relationship I've developed with working out over time as a member of their gym -- your body is stronger than you think. When I'm not feeling the best mentally, emotionally or physically I turn to exercise versus my old habits of stress eating. I really could write a novel about Josh and Kim because they really don't know how much they've impacted me. I have seen how much they've changed others for the better as well. I love them and I am SO happy and extremely thankful I found them when I moved to Orlando. (I was struggling to find a gym to stick with in a new city!) I hope you will consider trying them out because you and your body will thank you later. #selfcare #ninja read more

Over the years, I have struggled with consistency and discipline when it came to my fitness. Between juggling a full-time (plus) work schedule, school and a personal life, I was unable to prioritize my own personal well being. Josh and Kim helped me change that. Josh and Kim embody something much bigger than what we think of when we hear the words, "personal trainer." They are life coaches, mentors, therapist, fitness junkies, goal seekers, friends, family... All wrapped into one! Since working with them, I've lost a substantial amount of fat, but more importantly I feel physically and mentally better. My anxiety attacks are at bay and irregularities with my overall health are now right side up. I've accomplished a few obstacle courses (with my FiT PRiNT family), tons of challenges, and runs of more than 2 miles without stopping (huge milestone for me). They've helped me understand that this is a life long journey and to stay true to myself and enjoy the ride (regardless of the ups and downs). If you are looking for a team to help you hit the goals that you have struggled with or if you are just looking to take it to the next level... FiT PRiNT is it! They are 5 PLUS stars for me!!!! :-) read more

I've never been able to consistently stick to a workout plan until I joined FiT PRiNT. The support from Josh and Kim makes me feel comfortable to try new things and ask plenty of questions. They provide great feedback about my form and help push me just the right amount. I'm shocked at how quickly I've gotten stronger. It's been several months and I look forward to each workout. The classes are exciting and the personal training is highly tailored to my goals and areas where I need to focus. Josh or Kim also meet with me periodically to set goals, check in about how workouts are going, and talk about nutritional strategies outside of the gym. These sessions are unique and really help me make sure the hard work in the gym isn't derailed by my habits outside of the gym. The atmosphere in the gym is upbeat, friendly, and inclusive. It doesn't feel like other gyms in the best way possible - I always feel welcome here. If you've been on the fence about trying a gym, I would highly recommend FiT PRiNT. I started with the free class to see what it was like and I wish I had joined sooner. read more

FiT PRiNT owned and operated by Josh and Kim is an excellent personal training program. The emphasis is on personal. When you are working with Josh and Kim, either one on one or semi private, you are their only focus. You are not there just to workout, you are there to be the best you can be with individuals focused on your success (maybe sometimes more than you). They will work with you to determine your goals and direct you on a path to get there. Very in tune with your capabilities they will find a path to get you there one step at a time, one success at a time and maybe one jump on a box at a time. Along the way you also have a great motivator and cheerleader. More than once I have said "I can't do that," only to happily be proven wrong because their knowledge and confidence in what I could achieve. The positive energy is infectious and you can see it in every one of their clients. Maybe a fitness review should say you'll be big, you'll be strong, you'll be tough. Okay, if that is what you want, they will get you there. But you will get there with a partner in that goal. read more

I know there's a lot of people out there who really want to start prioritizing their health and doing the things they need to do to get themselves in shape. Nobody knows more than me that it can be a daunting process. Over the last four years, I put on 100 pounds. I went from 200, all the way to 301.2 pounds. I joined FitPrint in early January and I literally can't say enough about the results I've seen so far. I'm down 45 pounds in 2.5 months, and that is in no small part due to the level of support and commitment I've received from the staff. Josh and Kim are actively invested in their clients success. They never turn down an opportunity to help. I can't tell you how much nicer it is to be able to ask a real human being a question instead of googling it. If you're on the fence at all about getting a personal trainer or doing something other than going to planet fitness, I can't tell you enough how much I recommend FitPrint. read more

I had a friend who was going to FitPrint for almost 2 years before I gave it a try. He kept telling me it could change my life but I wasn't ready. I was watching my friend and felt like it might help me but I was still unsure. One day my friend told me that I could try a class for free. I was nervous and not sure what to expect but went anyway. We were running late and almost didn't go but Josh was expecting us and said come anyway. Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. I felt at home and after the class decided it was time to make the leap. I have been going for an about 2 months now and couldn't be happier with my progress and the friendships that have begun. I feel more confident about hitting my goals that I have for myself. With the help and guidance of Josh and Kim and everyone at the gym I am finally feeling better about myself. Take the leap do it for you and come have some fun sweaty times with us. read more

Fit Print is family... One of my dearest posts their fitness journey. I watched their videos and inspirational posts with joy. Then they invited me to come by Fit Print (this was one of many times they tried) I walked in to the warmest group of people. Each with a common goal of reaching their individual fitness goals. Being hyper focused on numbers and because I'm a "woman of a certain age ", I was looking for the lbs to drop. Sensai Josh saw me get caught up in the scale and helped me to change my mindset. "It's body composition for you" he said. When he asked what I wanted I said I want to be a bad@$$ fit for any age Momma/Grand Ma Bear! He said "Let's do it!" and I am on my way. Thank you to Josh, Kim and all the staff for making this 50+, former dancer feel like she can dance again! I'm still giving side eye when you up the reps though... read more

Ive been training with Kim and Josh for a while now and Im excited for their new journey and how inspiring and dedicated they are in helping people. They helped me in many ways inside and out of the gym. For me its become a lifestyle change. Not only are they knowledgeable in the gym but they are very motivating and teach you the skills to be successful with or without them. They have given me so much support when it comes to my physical health but also my mental health as well. I have complained so many times about certain exercises and wanted to give up and they always stuck by my side and never gave up on me when i would want to. If you're looking for trainers who are truly passionate about helping, caring for you and making that lifestyle change you're looking for, then Kim and Josh at Fit Print is definitely the place you want to be at. read more

I worked with Josh back in 2017. I was out of shape and new to fitness. He taught me so much about fitness in a way that makes sense. He broke down all the steps needed to reach my goals. I was blown away by the results during the coaching sessions. I had reached 9.8% body fat. Josh and Kim are not like other trainers. They are the most understanding duo that do not treat you like just another client. They will specifically fit exercises with your goals and not overwhelm you at all. They are very a friendly, funny, smart and a heart warming team that will deliver results in a way that keeps you motivated and keeps the atmosphere fun and enjoyable for everyone. You are treated as family. I am very glad they created Fit Print. read more

Took me forever to get to this point where I feel good in a bathing suit. I weighed 186 pounds at my heaviest after I gave birth to my son and I honestly hated how I looked and felt about myself. I hated how big I got and I hated looking in the mirror. So instead of complaining, I searched google and found this gym and never looked back! This gym is amazing! Kim and Josh are amazing people who truly care about you and the goals you have for yourself. They never gave up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself. As I continue to make gains, I grew to love myself again. I lost 21lbs and counting! I'm still chunky but I feel better and can look in the mirror again and not look away. Thank you so much Kim and Josh . read more

Where do I begin? When I decided to reclaim my life, it seemed like such a daunting task. I didn't know where to start. After a quick conversation, more like venting, with Josh and Kim they helped me realize that no matter where I choose to start, if I don't take a step forward I'll continue to be stuck. They invited me to try out a group class back in December of 2020 and let me tell y'all...I never realized just how much I enjoyed moving my body until I was surrounded by the sexiest group of ninjas while being led by Kim and Josh. Being a part of the FitPrint family has honestly changed my life for the better. You'll never know where you'll go until you take that first step. read more

Kim & Josh are very unique fitness trainers to say the least.. I understood their potential as trainers a year or so ago when I entered their 6-week weightless loss challenge.. Having moved to Orlando for work, I was in search of a new gym. I came across FitPrint on IG and was immediately impressed with their content. It was so inspiring and engaging. You could feel the community Josh and Kim created through the screen. After months of basically cyber-stalking them, I decided to give them a try. I can honestly say I loved every minute of it. Working with these two is, of course, challenging but overall so rewarding! From day one, you feel like you're part of a team. Kim and Josh are funny, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and push you further than you think you can go. Support is always on hand! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. read more

My only regret with this place is not starting sooner! I was working out, but not consistently and felt like I didn't know what I was doing...so I took the jump and joined FitPrint for personal training. I liked the idea of having someone holding me accountable and keeping me on track, and the best part about FitPrint is they cater your training to your specific needs and they constantly check in on you. Just 8 weeks here and I'm seeing so much more progress than when I tried 6 months of working out on my own. So if you're intimidated by the gym or just feel like you need that accountability, stop looking and start here, I promise you it's worth it! read more

Whether for a New Year's resolution, an upcoming special occasion or any occasion which has you considering joining a gym, FiT PRiNT is an ideal choice. As I embarked on my journey, I visited many local establishments in search of a good personal trainer. Finding only disinterested cookie cutter approaches, until I met with the FiT PRiNT owners Kim & Josh. At first I was cautiously optimistic that they could help me achieve my goal. Now, a month into my journey, I'm more confident then ever that I will succeed. If you're considering embarking on your own journey, I highly recommend their support. read more

I have been to a lot of gyms and tried a lot of workout programs and not one has had me as motivated, committed, and satisfied as Fit Print. Josh and Kim are not just personal trainers. They are your coach, your nutritionist, your therapist, and your friend. They take an interest in your health and wellness inside and outside of their gym. I don't even want to tell people how amazing because I want to keep them all to myself but alas, people who work as hard as these two deserve to be known to the world. You have to try this gym out. You will not regret it. read more
