I was so impressed! They helped me alter any exercises that I wasn't ready for so I could start on my skill level (I gave them the heads up I was new), and took the time to answer any questions and show me how to do something when I wasn't sure. They also took any injuries or concerns I had seriously and helped me confidently enter back into the work out mode. I have since tried the belly, buns and guns class and took my first few yoga classes! If you're either skilled or entering as a newbie like me, this is the right place! They have an open concept space where all the equipment is laid out and ready for you. You show up, they show you the work out and you're off and pumping. Today's full body was incredible. My legs will be crying tomorrow. You can feel a sense of community here which was a great refresh from the big box gym or my garage. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and a few of the trainers, all of which were great! Super energetic and genuine. If you like a community style gym with pumping music, challenging workouts with amazing coaches, check them out! They have one restroom, 2 shower rooms. I really enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the steam room after a nice workout and they also provide towels which is really great and have a nice locker room to store your items.

I have been casually crossfitting and olympic weightlifting for a number of years, some at official…read moreboxes, some at regular gyms. I decided to check out Uncanny and was pleasantly surprised at how much I have learned from Coach Vinny in the short amount of time I have been there. He actually coaches throughout the wod and offers cues and corrections in a way that I am able to understand quickly. He is very observant of minor details which makes a world of a difference. The gym is fairly large compared to other boxes in the area. There is no A/C, which, I should deduct a star for, but since that is the classic "crossfit/warehouse" way, I wont LOL. I leave the gym drenched in sweat, sore the next day, and with better technique and direction. I am glad I checked this place out! My only recommendation would be to reduce the amount of Gator gear around the gym because its a bit nausating. Go Noles :-)

I am slowly getting back into consistently working out... and the trainers have been super patient with me and have given such useful tips and tricks. The gym atmosphere is also very warm and inviting. Everyone seems to be very supportive of one another and continuously pushes each other to reach their fullest potential in the most supportive way possible.
