I have added years to my life and changed my entire attitude about myself and my capabilities and it is all because of my Trainer Tristan Reaves, my fellow gym mates and the abundance of positivity and encouragement that I receive every time I walk through the door. There is no pressure or judgement. They will welcome you regardless of what shape your in and they will make you feel soooo good about being there and doing what you have to do. Please just do it. I am so much better than I was even last week. Look for me there and tell me I am not wrong! Classes and equipment are state of art, you will be in and out in an hour. They will improve your flexibility, strength, range of motion, balance, cardio and mentality. You will see all ages here getting better every day.

I really enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the steam room after a nice workout and they also provide towels which is really great and have a nice locker room to store your items.

Cons: as founding members we thought we would be taken care of during price hikes. Dead wrong. We never got to see things promised like a protein shake shop, founding members wall, etc. Another con was the lap pool. Not heated and always too many kids to do anything. Upstairs half the time had too many classes, so you didn't really get to use the equipment anyway. Spa/rox extra, nothing good included in the price that you're paying which is just over a two hundred a month now for 2 people. We really didn't want to leave but it is clear that groups, groups of younger guys in crocs/socs, kids at the lap pool It seems they want to lure new meat in instead of taking care of the members that signed up prior to their opening. Not a single callback or communication from them since canceling.

The gym is ran (at least in my experience) by triathlete Kerry who loves to meet and talk fitness, wellness, and weight loss with any and every person who walks in the door. My docked star is because outside of the deals/specials I simply can't afford it and I really believe healthy lifestyle and living should be more affordable (so maybe that's my own personal bias).

The workout is intense, but there is always a trainer there to help and push you. Everyone is so kind and will get down on the floor with you and encourage you to keep going!
