My new fitness obsession is these easy to fit into your schedule 30 minutes HIIT classes. Class schedule is focused on either early morning, mid morning or after work hours with classes beginning about 5-10 minutes after the last one ends. The gym is ran (at least in my experience) by triathlete Kerry who loves to meet and talk fitness, wellness, and weight loss with any and every person who walks in the door. Try it out with Groupon or during different specials to see if it's a fit. My docked star is because outside of the deals/specials I simply can't afford it and I really believe healthy lifestyle and living should be more affordable (so maybe that's my own personal bias). read more

This is by far the most effective workout for your time! It's not one of those bootcamps where they yell at you like you're under some kind of punishment. The trainers are super uplifting. If you are doing an exercise wrong they will come by and help you in a totally nice way. If you can't do an exercise they will offer you one that is more your speed. During your first meeting they take your measurements and go over what you should be eating and how many workouts/what type of workouts you should do to reach your personal goals. They have a measurement week once a month to keep everyone accountable, but you can set up a meeting any time if you feel you need some extra guidance. Like some other people I saw here, I was a runner when I first started bootcamp and I thought it would be easy for me but IT KICKED MY BUTT and got me into way better shape than running alone could. I would suggest taking advantage of their monthly challenges - they are super motivating and you can win cash and prizes. Take advantage of their nutrition help while you are there too! They also do charity events for the community sometimes which I think is awesome! They'll have bootcamps some days where anyone can come work out for the day and all proceeds go to charity. They do groupons and other deals a lot so keep your eye out for those! read more

Loved this place! I had to move to Lake Mary area so I couldn't go anymore. But it's just amazing, they had many, many classes, all throughout the morning and evening. And each class is only 30 minutes, 30 minutes of hard work in a day, that's all you need! Just awesome!!! I came across Fit Body Boot Camp on groupon and decided to give it a shot. I love boot camp/circuit training style exercise so this seemed to right up my ally. It was such a great experience! Before starting they have you complete a short fitness assessment to show the correct way to do some of the common moves you would do during a session and they also explain how everything works. They make you feel very comfortable from the very beginning and this place is truly for people of all fitness levels. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The trainers are as well. They will offer modifications whenever necessary and correct your form to ensure that you are being safe and getting an effective work out. They also push you to exceed your limits and get you out of your comfort zone. My favorite trainer there is Stephan. He's great and you can't be help feeding off of the amazing energy he gives off. All sessions are 30 minutes and they make sure you're going moving the ENTIRE time, no real breaks unless you need to take one personally. It's intense, but great . They also offer assistance with nutrition planning to help you stay on track in that area. I'm no longer a member; however, I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to challenge themselves and get in shape. Don't think about it, just show up and give it your best shot! read more

I've been coming here since May. My strength has increased so much. The instructors are a ton of fun and the exercises are always changing. Each day of the week is a different body area. Classes are the most worthwhile 30 minute workout. You don't stop moving, sweating, and burning. The instructors are great at learning your personal capabilities and pushing each person to their own new maximum. You want results? Here they are. This is the most worthy "gym" I have paid for. I've tried Orange Theory, Golds Gym, Planet Fitness, LA fitness, 24 hour fitness, and hot yoga at both Bikram Orlando (now closed down) and Full Circle Winter Park. My top favorites, in order, are FBBC, hot yoga, then Orange Theory. FBBC gains real results. They help with your mental strength when you want to give up. They are always open to questions and helping you get better. PERSONALIZED is the key word. Nutrition is a large part of what helps with results and they encourage it every class. They are also real and admit if they cheat and understand when we cheat, but when you get to class you feel like you don't want to cheat again because of the awesome feeling afterwards. Not to mention, increasing working out helps curb bad urges for sugary foods. I will say, mixing in some hot yoga on the weekend I think will help. Most days I feel sore and a deep stretching with deep breathing is the best way to "re-cooperate" after a long week of 10+he work days and then muscle toning. Some of the workouts include TRX ropes, squats, short sprints, bosu stabilization balls, medicine balls, box jumps, and tires. I feel like if you want a toned, lean, healthy body, this is the place to go. If you want something more competitive, then the next step would be something like Crossfit (which I have not tried because I don't want to get "big"). If you want a lot more cardio, a "frat house", and cool clean brand new equipment, go to Orange Theory. FBBC has thick squishy carpet flooring, comfortable for doing sit-ups and more. If a little smell of sweat bothers you, then I recommend getting over it because you aren't going to get the body you want by being a sissy. They vacuum the carpet every night, the staff and people working out here make an effort to keep the area cleaned, and the carpets are shampooed on the weekends. The big fans are usually blowing and the doors are opened to keep things aired out most of the time. The Orlando location is a lot more busy compared to the Lake Mary location. The trainers still try to keep track of everyone, but it is a little more difficult for them to remember names with such a big client list. They can remember faces easily though! Enjoy! read more

I am a runner.....I have done many races, run 4-5 days a week, and can knock out 10-12 miles like its nothing. My first day at Orlando Fit Body Boot Camp i wanted to throw up. I was looking for a way to add some strength training to my fitness regimen and this definitely fits the bill. I love how challenging the workouts are; it makes me want to work harder so that i get through all the reps without resting. This workout is what you make it and you will get out of it exactly what you put into it. I also love that the instructors are upbeat and encouraging...no coddling here. They are always walking around and making sure your form is correct so that you get the maximum results out of each move. Best part, I am in and out in 30 minutes. 100% recommend this place! I got a groupon special to try Orlando Fitbody out and I saw changes within 2 weeks of taking classes 4-5 days a week. Classes are only 30 minutes and your butt will be kicked! Do NOT miss Tuesday Leg Day! It is the best and you'll be crawling out of there...Their staff/trainers are awesome and motivating. I love boot camp! It's great how I can get an awesome total body workout with strength training and cardio in 30 minutes. The times are convenient and allow you to work out before or after work. Shannon, who is the trainer at night, is awesome! He makes the workout fun and also pushes you. I sometimes have to sit in my car for a bit to recover before I can drive. Definitely plan to leave dripping with sweat. You will see results within the first couple of weeks, I did! The owners, Kerry and Andrea, are really nice and friendly. If you told me two months ago that I would *voluntarily* be waking up at 5 or 6am, even on my days off, to work out and sweat, I would have laughed you out of the room! I am a beer drinking, pizza loving, bacon-grease using girl who started boot camp just five weeks ago. In that time I have gotten so addicted to boot camp that I am sad on the days I can't make time to go! Kerry and Andrea are fabulous at providing personalized, on-call support both physically and nutritionally and I am learning how to live without processed flours - and without my love handles! HA! The classes themselves are short, quick, and yes - even fun. We do a lot of laughing and although you ARE sore the next day, my joints and bones and surviving just fine. It's as low-impact as high-impact can get! I feel better, look better, eat better, and I can't wait to see what 5 months looks like, if 5 weeks is this great! read more

Wow! I have seen my body start to transform in just 3 short weeks! I am stronger then I have ever been before and my energy levels are up. Who knew a quick 30 minute exercise could be so effective. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who hasn't worked out in over a year (me) and was looking for something to keep me motivated, even to those that have never worked out or those that work out all the time. The classes are literally tailored to you individually because you can go as hard or as easy as you need to. The trainers are all great but Stefan is my favorite. The classes can be anywhere from 2-12 people so you get some individualized attention and motivation which I love and need. I will probably never go back to a normal gym again. Just do it! read more

I am one of those people that actually love to work out. Well, I like the feeling I get once I have worked out, but don't particularly like the drive there and constantly, talk myself out of why I shouldn't be going today. Could be anything from, oh look a drop of rain on my windscreen, maybe i should turn back and go home again in case I get caught in a Tsunami. You know the self talk you give as to why you should be doing something better than working out? But since I joined this bootcamp I don't get that feeling. (well maybe once a week if I can be honest ... ) I have already seen the physical results from attending in one month and have had comments on a change in my body. There is one thing about looking good in clothes, but we should all aim to look good naked too! That is my goal and it is working! So I drive there now and look forward to how it can change my body this week. The trainers are great with fun, high energy and positive reinforcement. Thinking about it, I would have never seen myself in a boot camp! First, I never liked PE in High School and second, I could never find the time to do anything. When I started in boot camp back in January of this year (2012), I met Kerry and Andrea and I was introduced to Orlando Fit Body Boot Camp. They were excellent and gave me an overview of the program they offer and an individualized plan to reach my goals. By the second day, they already remembered and called me by my name (which no gym remembers) and started helping me with my fitness goals. Nutrition is a big deal for them, so keep track of what you are eating and they will assist you in how to eat healthier (make sure to like sweet potatoes, lol). The classes are for a period of 30 minutes and you can stay for more classes if you want. Overall, they provide excellent service and they make you feel like you are part of the family. read more

I have belonged to a number of gyms in the Orlando area. I would try out pieces of equipment and classes, by there was no rhyme nor reason to my overall workout. Sometimes I was there an hour; sometimes three hours. Results were minimal. Then I tried Orlando Fit Body Boot Camp! Wow! What a difference! The workout is 30 minutes. It's intense. Each move you do is intentional and purposeful. There's no time wasted wondering what to do to reach a goal. The workouts, as well as diet and nutritional assistance are all included. And it's addictive! I hate missing a day! The trainers are great and the owners are friendly and accessible. It may be a little pricier than many gyms, but who can put a price on health (and a trim, fit body)?! read more

Today was my one week anniversary with OFBBC. Boy, am I sore! But I ain't mad at ya, Don! Within the last year or so, I had lost over 60lbs, but then I started a doctoral program this fall, and gained back some "freshman" LBS! So discouraging. :-( When I got the opportunity to try out OFBBC, I was scared to death because I was not sure what a boot camp would entail, and I have never been that disciplined about working out. My weight loss came more from dietary changes than actually getting to the gym. However, with my recent weight gain, I was feeling bad about my body, and I knew I needed to do something to get back on track. After my first workout with Don, I could tell this place was going to kick my butt, but it was not going to break my spirit in the process. I had fears that a boot camp would entail a trainer screaming at you and making you feel bad in order to get results. This is exactly the opposite of my OFBBC experience. Don is extremely motivating and even uses humor sometimes to make sure we don't give up. He is very conscientious about keeping an eye on the members of the class to make sure we don't hurt ourselves as well. He knows our names and shouts to the whole class to motivate us. "Good job, Jade, keep it up!" That feels really good, even when I feel like I want to fall on the floor. Like Dina said, I also have to recoup in the car after class, and sometimes I feel like doing an ugly cry. Mostly because I cannot believe what I just did! I am moving my body in ways I never imagined and have pain in muscles that have not been worked....probably ever. Also, like Joshua said, you definitely check your ego at the door. I never feel like anyone is looking down on me because I am new and cannot complete the exercises like some of the more seasoned members. Because the class is so jam packed with workout routines from start to finish, there is no time for that nonsense. I cannot say enough about how glad I am that I decided to come to OFBBC. read more
