They have an open concept space where all the equipment is laid out and ready for you. You show up, they show you the work out and you're off and pumping. Today's full body was incredible. My legs will be crying tomorrow. You can feel a sense of community here which was a great refresh from the big box gym or my garage. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and a few of the trainers, all of which were great! Super energetic and genuine. If you like a community style gym with pumping music, challenging workouts with amazing coaches, check them out! They have one restroom, 2 shower rooms. Unlike other employees I've seen & experienced in this area, constantly on their phones (while taking care of multiple children) which is a major RED flag in my books... Dej was actively watching and playing with the kids. She deserves a raise, and perhaps to be the head of that department. The women's area is spacious and versatile, I do wish there would be more cleaning when it comes to the floors since they tend to be a bit dusty. The equipment up there doesn't get as much love (some are out of order) but hopefully that will be taken care of soon! He gives a great workout that challenges you while still being fun. If you're into water aerobics, I highly recommend trying his class. There's convenient off-street parking all around the facility, and plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby making it perfect for multi-day meets or out-of-town families. It can be a little tricky to find the pool for the first time since it's tucked away off the main road, so don't rely solely on a quick glance at your map. Once you're there, everything's easy to access. We only wish there was a bit more spectator seating. With big events like this, the stands fill up fast. Overall, it's a top-notch swim venue and a great experience for swimmers.
