Dej was actively watching and playing with the kids. She deserves a raise, and perhaps to be the head of that department. The women's area is spacious and versatile, I do wish there would be more cleaning when it comes to the floors since they tend to be a bit dusty. The equipment up there doesn't get as much love (some are out of order) but hopefully that will be taken care of soon! Overall this a great gym, spacious locker room with plenty of showers, stalls, and nice sauna room!

This PF is in good shape and all of the equipment was working. At 8:00 on a Tuesday, it was mostly empty. Locker room was tidy and the shower worked well. Plenty of space in the changing stall attached to the shower to hang up my stuff and with no one else getting a shower, hot water was great. Overall a good workout. Flabbergasted I said "NO" so he then stated " then im not scanning you in" I was actually mind blown and some come on guy do your job as I was Hoping he was kidding to which he responded " FUCK YOU bro" I said fuck me? Confused he said yeah fuck you. Each location is clean, with well-maintained equipment, and nice pools. I attend water aerobics five days a week, but unfortunately, no single location offers it every day. This particular location stands out as the best so far, mainly because of the water fitness instructor, Carlos. His classes are by far the most effective. He gives a great workout that challenges you while still being fun. If you're into water aerobics, I highly recommend trying his class. The only con so far is there isn't a steam room at this location.

Some endemic problems just go unnoticed until a moment occurs when such issues are revealed. Two issues, one old an unresolved, and one new have resulted in this downgrade. The old problem is unresponsive management. I have had a constant compliant about informing gym users to USE provided sanitary wipes after they use equipment. I was told in January (it's now nearing the end of May) that new signs were in the works. To date: nada. A gym up in Ocoee had a health contagion spread for reasons like this. The new problem is that management simply avoids the customers. Just this morning, a woman with developmental disabilities got he phone thrown at the door. A professional trainer - a man who is quite competent and caring - witnessed the event and took it upon himself to help sort this matter out. As he was helping settle things down, a manager sat ten feet away, in an office, door closed. Harris Rosen, a fine and charitable man, would not have tolerated this at the place where he once swam and chatted with his customers. Poor management is endemic, but I'm disappointed that it happens in a place where the line staff is so good.

My daughter enjoyed competing in the 50-meter long course. The water temperature was spot-on and the pool itself was spotless. The whole complex is well maintained with clean restrooms and working drinking fountains. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping things organized and swimmer-friendly. There's convenient off-street parking all around the facility, and plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby making it perfect for multi-day meets or out-of-town families. It can be a little tricky to find the pool for the first time since it's tucked away off the main road, so don't rely solely on a quick glance at your map. Once you're there, everything's easy to access. We only wish there was a bit more spectator seating. With big events like this, the stands fill up fast. Overall, it's a top-notch swim venue and a great experience for swimmers.

The coach didn't care for us as much and they just gave us the instructions and left the room multiple times. I'm the type that needs to be watched over all the time to see if I'm doing everything right bc I'm still new to working out. Also, encouraging works on me too lol So it was really disappointing. Maybe I was just too blessed at the other studio ‍ Wish they didn't close that one down.
