I started working out there with a personal trainer 18 months ago and later started taking group fitness classes and Pilates. I find all the instructors to be highly trained and skilled with a deep passion in understanding my individual needs and goals. With their guidance, I've been able to achieve my strength training goals. I get a lot of personal attention, excellent advice on nutrition and healthy habits and constant encouragement and motivation to keep me on track. There are a wide variety of group fitness classes that I enjoy taking. The instructors make the classes fun and exciting and I've made many great friends along the way. In particular, I enjoy the kettlebell class to keep my heart rate up as well as the yoga class to keep me calm and grounded. I'm glad that I found Zero Gravity Fitness and I would encourage anyone seeking personalized and hands on help in achieving their fitness goals to give them a try.

Everyone that struggles with fitness know how hard it can be to do it on their own. The hardest part for me was admitting I needed help. I had a good friend take me to Zero Gravity for a buddy workout. The next day I signed up. I realized this was the gym for me and this will be my final stand to take back my health. I needed help. Thanks to zero Gravity and my trainer Leo I've lost over 50 pounds. There's no shortage of support here from other members to other trainers. This is just a great gym with great people that will care about you. I don't normally write reviews but I hope this can help kick start someone's fitness at Zero Gravity. Hopefully this can help you like my friend did for me years ago.

It is a very nice and clean studio and the classes are small, usually around 5 or 6 people and no more than 8. The utilize both the tower and the mat. With the classes being small, the instructors can watch and make sure that you are doing all of the moves correctly. Although you are paying more than you would at a gym, it is completely worth it as the quality of instruction is that much better. You get a better deal if you buy the classes in packages. They have classes ranging from beginner to advanced at all times of the day. They also offer private, duet, and trio classes in which you can utilize the reformers. You can conveniently sign-up and pay for classes online. Pilates is a great way to increase core strength and flexibility. It is also a great way to switch up your routine from weights and cardio. I would definitely recommend the Pilates Loft to anyone who wants to give pilates a try :)

Patricia taught my class and let me tell you, these small incremental moves really do pack a punch. Days later my legs were still jello. She was so kind and was great a cueing. I love when an instructor isnt judgemental but is helpful and inspirational and she was all of those things. The women in class were nice. It seems like many of them have been going there snd are familiar with one another. After class a few women made it a point to talk to me and made me feel welcome. It gives off a very community driven location which is something we should all be looking for in a fitness studio.

They had an intro offer (at that time was 2 weeks unlimited for $49) with an additional $10 off if purchased that day, which is activated on the first day of use (whatever date you choose). Plus raffles! As of May 2025, their current promo is 1 month unlimited for $78. Officially became a member on July 2024. The Bar Method is the first and (so far) only place that has motivated me enough to stay consistent with a workout routine. Before choosing The Bar Method, my workout buddy and I had tried other Barre/Pilates places. What made me choose The Bar Method over the others to start: -the amazing promos and affordable pricing; have to be mindful with budgeting in this economy y'all (send me a message if you want a comparison chart LOL fr) -honest; transparency with pricing and information, unlike some others -flexibility; there is NO membership sign up fee, there is NO membership cancellation fee, there is NO minimum commitment, they allow membership freezing for up to 3 months (just let them know the month before) WITHOUT a freeze fee for 2 times a year, there is no penalty for class cancellation 2 HOURS before class starts (there IS a fee if you cancel after this window and/or if you no-show, but you can call before class to explain if there is an emergency and they are understanding in these cases), and you can come to class 10 minutes late max (DO NOT make a habit of this tho!! I only mention this because other places lock their doors as soon as class starts) -variety of class start times; 6am-5:45/7pm M-Th, 6am-12:15pm Fri, 8:15-10:30am Sat, 9:30-11:30am Sun as of May 2025 What made me stay: -"low impact, high reward"; this is in their website and it is true, you feel the burn/shakes/soreness without doing exaggerated movements and you WILL get a WHOLE BODY work out while they guide/direct you on proper form as well as emphasize strategies to ensure your joints/back are protected at all times -improved overall strength, balance, posture, and mental health; the Bar Method has truly become my happy place, plus my knees no longer crackle-pop while climbing up the stairs! -variety of classes; bar method, cardio, strength, bar flow (like yoga), then some include restore (stretching) and some combos (30/30) -ALL of the instructors, which includes the owner; they know your name by your first class and onwards, are genuinely nice, will challenge you in the best way possible, and celebrate YOU (such as class milestones/your birthday) -the community; you truly feel like a part of the Bar Method Family Fun bonuses: -happy hours -special member classes every so often; sometimes themed -monthly challenges and raffles; I love me sum free socks and goodies heehee TL;DR, I love the Bar Method and you will too. Give it a try!

The staff--especially Bianca, Nicole, and Natoya--are consistently friendly, approachable, and motivating, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, including the bathrooms and saunas. I also really appreciate the Hotworx app, which tracks workouts and calories burned. Each quarter, members can earn rewards based on their progress; for example, after burning 10,000 calories in Q4 of 2025, I received a complimentary t-shirt, which was a great and motivating perk. By combining consistent workouts at Hotworx with a low-carb diet, I've lost 15 pounds since October 2025. I'm very happy with my progress and look forward to continuing my membership and reaching even more of my fitness goals.

I tend to lean more introverted so the fact the only 3 people can even be in a sauna together is great! The classes I took was only me. There were a few other people in the facility, but everyone had their own sauna. I like the benefits of the infared sauna. The way I was sweating during the classes I took (cycling, rowing, pilates, barre) was insane but also impressive. The classes are taught via instructional videos and are timed. I also like that there is a small workout area with a bunch of equipment in the back to add a little extra to your workout if you wish. I loved the battle ropes and kettle bells so I did hang back and spend some quality time there. The facility isnt huge, but thats a plus. In each session I somehow have managed to never be in there with anyone else so again despite the size it was ever super crowded and you can go after hours so its great for people with uncommon schedules or night owls/early birds. They offer your first session free if you're curious about the class styles and want to sample before you commit.

A lot of people do say that it is way cheaper to buy your own reformer and do Pilates at home but you guys need to remember that it's not safe whatsoever and that your instructors are certified and doing pilates at home can results too many accidents, aside from that when you're in a studio you're more likely to get in a better workout considering the instructor is watching you so whenever you're doing something wrong for instance they'll correct you but when you're at home, you don't really know what you're doing or wouldn't know where you went wrong so your less likely to see results. as for the staff I think they're great. I've had a lot of issues and a lot of problems and whenever I needed help, the staff was right there to help me and always resolved my issue within the same day and I feel like a lot of people who leave bad reviews on this place, genuinely just don't like the price that it comes with and that's understandable but at the end of the day, I think it's worth it. I've made a lot of friends at this studio and the instructors and managers are one of the nicest people I've met within the fitness industry.
