The workouts are different every day and are one hour long. The coaches are very knowledgeable and attentive. The location is what attracted me first since I live nearby and it is convenient for me. The prices are relatively the same as other crossfit gyms in Orlando. They offer morning classes as early as 6am Monday to Friday and have afternoon and evening classes. They offer yoga a couple times a week and have an olympic weight lifting class also which helps you understand the movements and technique. There is a free class offered on Saturday mornings for new people. Saturday there are two morning classes and closed on Sundays. The great thing about this place is that you can be totally out of shape or an elite athlete and you can do whatever the workout is. All of the workouts are scaled to whatever your capabilities are so do not let your level of fitness stop you from giving it a try.
