But made me wait for the lights to come in almost two weeks to get them installed they kept telling to bring my truck in and they would install and then in the late evening they would tell me to pick up my truck that they did not have time to install. I finally got them installed after three tries, I was excited , they explained that there was a year warranty but 11 months later one of the lights burnt out. I went back and they said my warranty was up. I had to show them my receipt And finally they agreed to replace but now I cannot get them to install them. They told me to take my truck at 9am. I went back at twelve and explained that I needed my truck back before five , he said they were really busy but maybe Monday would work. I have been waiting a month for the lights to show up and now I have to wait again. Why tell someone to be at your location at 9am so you can not work on it. Makes no sense to me. I bought Led lights for my headlights and I had my stereo equipment installed. I have spent a good amount there. I do not understand what ever happened to customer service. I am tired of being nice , I just cannot do this anymore I will find some else. There is no communication, they say we will call and you never get a call back.

I had to have it towed to my mechanic where he found the alternator purchased from them was bad. Per my mechanic, that was my first mistake. He added that they had horrible customer service and they weren't going to like me telling them their part was bad. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! They did not want to give me a refund; stating that their policy is no refunds on parts that were already installed. How was I supposed to know it was bad before installing??? I had to argue with them and they stated they had to confirm their alternator was bad. They were supposed to contact me the next morning, but instead they avoided me. They eventually ended up refunding me my money and stated they had it tested and it was good. But my car worked perfectly fine with a new alternator from Tucson Alternator where they tested the old one and confirmed it was bad. They also charged me a 15% restocking fee.... for their BAD alternator!!! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, a week without my car, a tow fee of $130 and labor for my mechanic when it could've been fixed that same day in their parking lot if their part was good; they were the ones upset at me. Horrible experience. Highly recommend everywhere else except COST LESS!

Some warning lights came up on my car and I asked one of the employees to see if they could run their diagnostic machine to see if any codes came up. The initial employee was able to run the diagnostic code but was not very helpful in interpreting the results or next steps. Fortunately we asked the manager for help who quickly recommended a cheap remedy- an engine cleaner solution. And it worked! Very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend this location because of him.
