From the very beginning I had a good vibe from Izzy. Izzy came out right away to provide us with an estimate. His estimate was very fair and his experience in the industry left us with the feeling he and his company were the right company to choose. Not only did they do a wonderful job, pulled permits, left each day leaving the place tidy but his estimate never changed and was the price he quoted. I never thought the process would be so easy and carefree. We couldn't be happier and strongly recommend Izzy and AGA Roofing Inc.

Cristian returned my call and scheduled an inspection very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I had a lot of questions and he was quick to respond and took the time to explain everything to me, including the permit process. He also explained the overall process, timeline and hours he and the crew would be on the roof working. There were a lot of chipped and cracked tiles that needed to be replaced. He found replacement tiles that were a perfect match. All tiles had to be removed to replace the paper, and when the tiles were reset, they were straight and looked consistent across the whole roof. At the end of each day they took the time to clean up around the entire house and even used magnets to pick up any nails. They were also careful not to damage any of the landscaping around the house. Cristian was present for both inspections from the City inspector and completed the roof and patio cover according to the timeline. The overall cost did not change from the estimate, and there wasn't any hidden costs. A contract was created and signed which included a warranty. Over the past two years, there have been several heavy rain storms including high winds. Cristian called to check on the condition of the roof, and there have been no leaks or tiles out of place. AGA Roofing is a local Santa Clarita roofer, and I'm extremely happy with the job they did. I received quotes from 5 different roofers and AGA was the most honest and transparent. If I ever move in the future and need a roofing job done, I will use AGA Roofing again. I highly recommend them.

Emilio responded the same day and said he could come by on Monday to take a look at the roof. He and Marcos arrived on time, assessed the issues, and offered a few options of the types of roof material and quality I could choose from. They explained how the existing roof had caused the wall damage and how they intend to fix it. I asked a lot of questions and they answered each one with patience and clarity. They arrived on Wednesday with three more crew members and worked throughout the day, finishing the whole task by Thursday. Everyone was respectful of our property and cleaned up so much that you wouldn't know we had roofing work done. Marcos also touched up other parts of our roof, like adding silicone to our skylight and more covering for our vents. I'm really glad I found these guys and that they were able to get started right away. Highly recommend!

Do not Trust this Company to do a "proper" Roofing job and do not trust the reviews that state…read moreotherwise. Contracted them to do a Complete Roof replacement of over $47,000.00 and it turned out to be a nightmare. They tried to cut corners on the installation, they used materials different from what was specified on their Contract. They did NOT pay their suppliers for the Materials, though they received funds that were specifically assigned to be used for materials ($26K) They did not have ANY inspections done on the work they performed. They pulled a "permit" but did not have ANY City Inspections and refuse to have any inspections on their work. The Company Owner, Thomas Wayne Melvin stated that he would just simply "Void" the City Permit and that no inspections would be done instead of having the proper inspections on the work they did. They did real sloppy work and cut corners instead of doing a proper installation from the get go. They caused damages to vaulted ceiling by not using the proper nails, They damaged our driveway and attempted to clean it up without saying anything and caused more damage to the driveway itself. They painted roof vents and other vents and the paint was flaking off within 72 hours. They did NOT follow the Manufacturer's installation guidelines though their contract stated they would. See the attached pictures of the work they do. It is not correct and I had other Licensed Roofing Companies inspect their work and all agreed that the work was not properly done. Company Owner, Thomas Wayne Melvin. I found him to be extremely unreasonable to deal with, very rude, aggressive, foul mothed and unwilling to comply with CSLB and Local Laws. Besides all that he took a $26K payment on a $47K job and did not pay and is unwilling to pay for supplies as noted on his invoicing that those funds would be used to pay for the Materials. Their Company Sales Person and "Project Manager" Robert is a very nice guy and he tried to do the best he could with the tools, materials, instructions and workers that he was given by the owner of the Company. Unfortunately the work was not done properly. The attached pictures were all taken within 1 week of the completion of the work. The pictures will speak for themselves.

From the outset, everything felt effortless and professional. Shane and Dylan were outstanding -- polished, knowledgeable, and quietly confident in their work. They arrived punctually, treated the home with great respect, and carried themselves with a level of professionalism that immediately inspires trust. They even offered to wear booties without hesitation, which I deeply appreciated in a condo setting. This was not a simple installation, given the high-end nature of the Toto fixture and the complexities of a high-rise environment, yet they handled everything with complete ease. The work was performed with precision and care, and the result is flawless. Everything functions perfectly, and the bathroom was left immaculate, as though they had never been there. What stood out most was the calm efficiency and refinement of the entire experience. There was no disruption, no mess, and no uncertainty -- just seamless execution and true craftsmanship from beginning to end. Whitaker Plumbing exemplifies what true professional service should feel like. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I recommend them with complete confidence for any plumbing needs, especially where quality and attention to detail truly matter.
