The owner of this company is a major scam artist, I paid his other shop Finger Lakes Harley to put a big bore kit in my 2007 ultra and the very first day I got it back a cylinder went, they wanted me to leave in in an area that wasn't secure just for them to pick it up the next morning instead of coming and getting it right then, well that was my first time I had another three times back to fix this issue and it was never fix mitt of fact I paid them to put parts in my bike because they said that was the issue and it wasn't, needless to say I took is somewhere else, then I had a major wake up call, these idiots put a 103 stick Harley parts instead of the 107 high performance parts I paid for, I tried several times to have them do the right thing and just pay the bill where I had it fixed right but the only thing they wanted to do is pay for the 107 parts not the labor, these idiots expected me to bring it back a fifth time. so be aware of they are scum and very very good at stealing your money, I've tried to get a lawyer but I can't find one to take my case, it's fraud, plus finding out that the runout on my crank was 15k and destroyed two oil pumps but they want to blame me. read more

This is a complete sales to service dealership. They have an outstanding facility that includes a large showroom of motorcycles, retail accessories and clothing. They sponsor several events during the riding season and are the host for our local HOG group. The service shop is a complete service facility and have great mechanics. I don't normally write reviews for kind things folks do, but I guess I should start... my feelings for this location have been up/down over the last 25 years. At times they treat you like a king ( when buying a new/used bike... other times when stopping by to buy parts in a hurry, they seemed annoyed you are doing your own work and not coming in for service. In essence, punished because half the fin of owning a Harley (for me) is working on it. I will get to the point.... recently, I had spine surgery, but at the same time, I am restoring an old 1980 HD/FXB. I bought it as a total basket case. I bought new tires on line and set up an appointment to drop off the old restored wheels and have the new Metzler tires installed. I'm an old fart with fire in my belly. Seems wheels, engines, frames and transmission have gotten heavier over the years. I pulled the tires & wheels out of my trunk knowing this was stupid because of my recent surgery. A young guy working the service desk came right out and carried the wheels inside. He was kind and gracious and I truly appreciated it. Just a younger guy helping out this old fart. Later that day, I returned to pick up the newly mounted wheels and the same younger guy ( later learned his name is Daniel) was right there to carry the wheels back out and placed into the trunk. This was a simple, quick task, but folks don't normally do things like this... for me, I have spent my life working and riding bikes and lifting, towing, crashing, breaking down. After driving 2 hours to get there, I wasn't really that impressed. It is a big store; I realize that with all this virus stuff that everyone has to be careful but I have COPD and it's hard for me to breathe to begin with. Imagine my surprise walking in and seeing almost all of people in there without masks! Happy thinking I didn't have to wear one, I lowered mine and started shopping. Asked if I could try a top on and was told "You can try on anything you want if you put your mask on DEAR"!!! I DO NOT need someone half my age calling me dear, honey or whatever!! Needless to say, I didn't buy anything and certainly won't go there again. Not very friendly in there unless, I guess, you're spending money on a bike and not just on overpriced clothing. read more

Struck a deal over the phone on a Road Glide Special on 10-27-2020. Was very specific to make sure there was no damage to bike from people sitting on bike while on showroom floor. I was assured that their special bikes were not sat on. The salesman told me he checked the bike thoroughly and the bike had no damage at all. Told salesman that I would be picking bike up the next day. On 10-28-2020 at 9:00 AM I was contacted by another salesman who advised that he would be handling my deal. I told him I was enroute and would arrive around noon. Drove 4.5 hours on 10-28-2020 to pick up bike arriving at 12:15 PM. Upon entering showroom observed the bike and found slight scratches and scuffs to saddlebag lids, rear fender and tank, very obvious that the bike wasn't even cleaned and detailed. I told the salesman I wasn't taking the bike. He went into the managers office. At this point the sales manager, Bill Long came out of his office. Myself and the salesman pointed out the slight imperfections. Bill Long than explained that his bikes aren't put in a bubble and they all have some damage from sitting on the showroom floor. I explained that I wasn't spending $30,000 for a damaged bike that wasn't even detailed. His reply was " I'm glad your not taking the bike this is the worst deal I have ever made." He then walked back into his office. Myself and the salesman were quite amazed by the comments I was just told. I told the salesman I wanted my $500 deposit back and was leaving. A few minutes later I was escorted to Bill Long's office. He asked if I would allow his detail guy attempt to correct the conditions on the bike before he refunds my deposit. He told me I wasn't suppose to pick the bike up until 4 PM and they didn't have a chance to prep the bike properly .I told him that I was contacted at 9AM and told the salesman I was enroute with an eta of noon. I told him I was told by the salesman on 10-27-2020 that the bike was never sat on while on the showroom floor and his reply was well he lied to you. I agreed to have the detailer make an attempt. An hour and a half later I returned to find the bike back in the delivery area. I along with the salesman checked out the bike to find the scuffs and scratches were taken care of but the rest of the bike was still not detailed. At this point Bill Long came out of his office with his lunch in his hand. He was told by myself and the salesman that I was going ahead with the deal. He acknowledged these comments and continued walking with his lunch in hand, without a comment or concern about the condition of the bike. I then paid for the bike, was taken around the dealership and went on my way. After driving the 4.5 hours with the bike on a trailer, the bike was totally dead when I took it off the trailer at home. On 10-29-2020 I texted the salesman to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from Bill Long and he agreed it was very uncomfortable. I told him about the battery issue and he told me it was his fault as he forgot to put the bike in trailer mode. He said to charge it for 12 hours on trickle. I explained to him it was on trickle from the time I got home at 7 PM and is still dead 16 hours on charge. It took 36 hours for the battery to show green on the charger. I have made a vast amount of new bike purchases in the last 20 years with 95% of them being Harley Davidson and I have never experienced the kind of treatment I received from any employee like the treatment I got from Bill Long. Left a negative google review about my visit not getting into any details and the owners response was "Very sorry I hope someday we can make it up to you." Well its 5 days and nobody has even checked to see if my battery issue has been fixed. I texted my salesman to let him know the battery is now showing green. This review has no reflection on Jeremy my salesman he was GREAT, he should be the general manager in my opinion ! read more

Going to the place was fine, found the bike I wanted. Agreed to trade in my bike for a specific price. Their person in charge of trade ins looked at it, priced it, agreed to it. I put a deposit down on a bike. Few days later when I returned with the check and the bike to trade in and was told "We can't do the deal". Overall piss poor experience. read more

Service department is rude and terrible! Took the bike in to have the radio fixed and a 1000 mile service on it. They didn't actually fix the radio. We were on a road trip so stopped at a shop in Illinois who looked at it and said not only was it not hooked up but the cable was bad and they never updated the radio. They also checked and said they had barely even done any of the 1000 mile service. The bike is only a month old and brand new from this shop! The service person yelled at us when we told no. I just went in there an hour ago and bought a battery. The person was preoccupied gave me the wrong price on seat and battery. He had to take a very important phone call turned me over to someone else. Its my own fault but I didn't look at my receipt. I asked how much the battery was and he said $93. I said ok. Last year I went to the service counter and asked to order a pig tail plug for a tour pack (trunk) for my 05 Electra Standard. I had done my research so I had a good idea what I wanted. The service guy said it couldn't be done... he had to piece together one together. I stood there over a hour while he put together something and told me I had to hard wire into my auxiliary switch. as in remover my gas tank and all, I asked why wont the pig tail work under the seat? he called my bike a Yugo. wouldn't work. he had over a 100 bucks in parts. I looked at him, said just order the pigtail for 54 bucks please, I will take my chances. hour and half.. got the pigtail in a couple of days went home plugged right in! hes rude as hell, Now today... I live an hour away, I called to get a Badlander seat for my bike. Talked to them. yep no problem got one right here. Said good because I live over an hour away, be right up, gave my name the whole 9 yards. got in the service,, stood there for 10 minutes. granted I was the only costumer while they urged over 72 dollars. Finally after that was done he came over. I told him who I was he said oh they seat, yep... after a few minutes he said he'd order it. I said I specifically asked if you had one. nope we don't! I will never step foot in that store again. my Yugo Harley and I will be glad to spend our money else where. I have bought and spent a ton of money in there. id give a negative star if I could.
