I attempted to call them at 9 am. I was on hold for two hours with an automated before giving up and attempting to leave a voice mail. Doing so ended the call. I attempted to call multiple times between 11 and 5 pm. Each resulted the same. Not having anyone available to answer the phone the entire day is unacceptable. I am now going into the work week with no idea whether they'll look at my car, let alone the costs of repair or how long it will take. Genuinely any word from a human person would be an improvement. Cannot recommend this establishment.

MCs Towing sent me several bills totaling $1000 for storage for weeks, while they did not have possession of the car besides a tow. Completely fraudulent bill apart from a 10-mile tow. When I called to inquire on the huge bill, due to it being in police custody, I was treated horrendously, including being hung up on!!! I would never ever support a business where customers are treated in such a way.

Their policy is that installation is free with a purchase. Their associates are not too fond of that policy. I was given attitude for asking to have it installed after spending over $150 on a new battery. Not exactly a place I want to continue to support.
