These guys were in and out on the shop floor to the office to pulling vehicles in and out. They have a tv in the waiting room they'll give you the remote to watch, it's a smart tv. The thing I personally liked and respect the most, while I was there I witnessed this: An older gentleman maybe in his 60s-70s had his truck towed there from breaking down on the road, not sure exactly what it was wasn't being too nosy. But the guy I believed to be the manager gave him lower prices on the parts and labors, also said they he would stay late that night to get his truck done and buy the man dinner if it got to be too late.
