I finally found my motorcycle totally untouched and removed it from their shop on the 1st of April 2014. At this point I have still not recieved my refund and am being forced to take them to small claims court just to get my money back. The shop owner has never apoligized once for this situation but instead has blamed his innocent employees and other mechanics. This shop is now located at 613 Wolf Street.

"Universal Sales" lives up to their name as the showroom has quite a variety of cycles for sale. Lots of Harleys but also some other bikes that all appeared in great condition (used).

I needed two motorcycle tires mounted on wheels. I called in advance to see how much it cost to…read moremount and balance. They told me 50 dollars a wheel. I went and dropped off the rims and new tires. A few hours later I received a call saying my wheels are ready, but it's a little more than she quoted me, because I needed tubes. The total was about 225. They don't actually balance the wheels. They use "ride-on" which is a liquid they put in the wheel that balances it. I question the lifespan of the Fluid they put in the wheel, plus they charged 28 dollars for that. It's very disappointing that I called in advance to see how much it would cost, and it was more than double. They didn't damage the wheels, but they were covered in the balancing liquid when I picked them up. They asked if I wanted to take my wheels with me and I said I don't need them. They charge 10 dollars to dispose of them. I wish they would have called me before they decided to install new tubes. it would have been nice if they told me the actual total when I called. I would have gone somewhere else. I don't think I'll go back.

Transmission fluid that looked like milk with strawberry Quik, not enough oil, though family was charged for an oil change along with an inspection, but no sticker given. Biggest surprise was there were washers placed in between the brake pads and calipers, almost like shims. Never heard of that being done. Explains why the brakes over heat, and no I don't ride the brakes. Final piece to this adventure I was told by family Hillside was not happy with what I paid for the Trike. They told my family they could have got twice that amount for the it. Guess they figured I take the trike back to them. I would seriously warn anyone think twice about letting them work on your bike. For me No Way , Not Now, Not ever.
