Moose and Ta were amazing! They steam cleaned our carpets, dining room chairs, and accent chair,…read moreand I can honestly say this was the best carpet cleaning experience we've ever had. They removed tough, old stains that had been in our carpet for years, stains that multiple other companies couldn't get out. They literally saved our accent chair from being tossed to the curb, and somehow managed to bring our six upholstered dining chairs back to life, each one had 20+ stains thanks to years of kids' craft projects. I didn't think it was possible, but they made them look amazing! We can't recommend Moose and Ta enough! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! As business owners ourselves, we'd hire them in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work guys and Happy Holidays!

First of all it took 5 calls or transfers to a different person to schedule an appointment in our…read morearea. We called the direct #... should be easy. Secondly, they booked us an appointment for the next day, 9-12, then called at 8am on the day,(after we moved everything, vacuumed, etc.), & asked if they could come the next day same time. No reason given or apology. They finally showed up a little before 12pm; let me say the boys were very pleasant....They didn't move things like we were told, they were loaded up/gone in 20 minutes for 3 rooms/stairs, the carpet was soaking wet & they didn't even clean the whole width of the stairs. Even though the boys were friendly & pleasant, I would NOT recommend this branch. (Canal Winchester, Ohio). Unprofessional & rushed.

I just moved. I had Sears come out to clean my Air ducks as well as clean the carpets. The air…read moreduct gentleman seem to do a good job he was nice and he left. When the carpets cleaners came however it was two men. I had my two small children plus I was watching my Friend's daughter. One of the guys went into my sleeping babies room which was not a room he was supposed to clean or go in, woke up my baby. I can't begin to tell you how uncomfortable that makes me feel. Stole money off of my dresser. They only did one pass over my carpets. Even in high traffic area. Even though I made mention of the area multiple times. They did not offer me a walk-through I was in the middle of making lunch for the kids when they were done so I didn't think about it. As soon as they left I looked... and it was still dirty. I rubbed it with a paper towel and a paper towel came out brown. When I called to complain they said they don't give refunds. And I should've done a walk-through. I told him I was uncomfortable with the same gentleman coming out to fix and redo. They sent another man out. Who at first acknowledge that they were area that were dirty. Then backtracked on what he said. And said they were just high traffic areas. Tried to tell me my house was just "shadowy". Said he had to go call his supervisor. Went to his truck and drove away. The supervisor called me and told me he said it was just shadowy and that they wouldn't be coming out to fix it. The customer service person and the second person just try to make me sound like I was crazy. If it was possible to give them negative stars I would. The worst experience I ever had. Please steer clear, do not have them come out. I should have checked their yelp reviews before hiring them. Absolutely awful!!!

PLEASE READ!! I'm…read moregoing to make this review different from my others. The reason? I'm reviewing two departments of the Sears company today, both of whom are involved in the carpet cleaning service I received, though I almost canceled. THE CALL CENTER: -1 Stars When I first booked my services with Sears I called the number I had found online which was answered by a call center. The woman took down the services I wanted and informed me she could schedule my carpet cleaning for Monday of the following week. It was Thursday when I spoke to her. Monday came and went and I did not hear from anyone regarding the appointment. It was later in the week (I think Wednesday) they called and presented the days they had available to schedule me. I assume the woman who I first spoke with did not know exactly what she was talking about. I wrote it off as a misunderstanding and proceeded with the appointment for Saturday of that week. I did not receive a time of arrival during this call. The day before my appointment I was called by another rep at Sears. She told me she had the time of my service. *****That time was between the hours of 12 noon and 2:00 PM. Ok, fine. Today I waited for them to show and at 2:45 pm decided to call. I got the call center and the rep asked for my name and number (I figured to look at my account). But he had no answers as to why they were late and said he would email the office assigned to service me, and who had their calls set to "forward" (to the call center I had reached, of course). He said he would get back to me. 3:45 came and I called again, getting another rep at the same call center. After asking for my info (I thought to look up my account--again) He didn't have any answers for me either, so I asked to speak to a manager. Do you know what he said? ... "I do have a manager, but I've never met him." I told him, "then who do I talk to? Can I call the Sears location to find out what's going on or are they not a physical location, like inside Sears?" He said "no. They have an office but it's not an actual retail location. When you call them it forwards to us." he doesn't know who his manager is...I can't call the location that's servicing me because it is forwarded to these guys who know nothing...and I hadn't heard a word from the actual technicians yet who were supposed to clean my carpets. The call center had no info on my technicians and couldn't contact them directly. I asked the rep to make a note for his mysterious manager and ask the wizard of Oz to call me. I also told them to cancel my order because their customer service was completely unacceptable. Just as I was hanging up the techs called. HERE IS THE 2ND HALF OF MY REVIEW: The technicians: 5 stars I answered and proceeded to ask them all of the same questions I had been asking the service center. The technician was very nice and respectable, and they told me my appointment had NOT been scheduled between 12 noon - 2 PM, but between 1 o'clock and 4 o'clock, which is why they had not showed up yet and didn't call until now. At that point I wondered why the call center asked for my name and phone number each time if they did not look up my account. Because if they had, they would have seen the conflict of information and informed me, which wasn't the case. The tech said he appreciated the feedback and liked to hear what customers had to say. He asked me to forward my Input to the call center. Ha-ha. Maybe the wizard will call me, though I'm not holding my breath. Anyway, The rep said they get their orders every day and follow them, and that was all he knew. He apologized again and said he would still be happy to come if I wanted him to. ********this guy's customer service and sincerity was the ONLY reason I let them clean my carpets today. Once they came they offered me a free sanitizer for my troubles and did a great job. There were two men and they were both hard working, professional people. Technicians get 5 stars. Call center gets -1. Sears, get your crap together. Your call centers are embarrassing. Good thing your technicians were super nice and did a good job. But sadly I don't think I'll ever call you again to clean my carpets.
