I told the cleaner that we had just moved into our home and was not aware of what stains consisted of in carpet. Cleaner emphasized the products used and vacuum quality. After approx 45min of cleaning was told the carpet stains were lifted as far as they would go. Once carpet dries, stains on carpet looked worse than when initially cleaned. My husband used a simple hand drill with a brush attached and Jax Wax and carpet looks 100 times better. Not sure why an industrial cleaner was unable to do this, however I would not recommend.

The snow storm that shut down most of the city didn't stop him from coming, either. He came prepared for any situation he may have run across (including not having access to a hose spigot), and there was no extra charge for cleaning our berber carpet (as many other companies do)! We also had him clean some sofas that got dirty during our move. An added bonus- as their name hints, they are "eco-friendly," not using any harsh chemicals in the cleaning process.

I was desperate to have my upstairs cleaned after another company (international Cleaners) completely dropped the ball. With furniture being moved in tomorrow these guys were ready to do the job and do it right. The technician called before he showed up and was polite, and wore booties when he came inside. He viewed the area first and then got straight to work. He didn't fool around at all and was in and out in just over an hour. Love that! I will absolutely be using these guys again. Very pleased.

Martha and her company ASAP carpet & HVAC cleaning by my best friend who had used them for her own HVAC cleaning. We both have pets and allergies and I know she wouldn't give me a bad recommendation. Her experience was so positive, I knew I had to reach out. I don't think ASAP does carpet cleaning in the Columbus area, but they do come to Columbus for HVAC cleaning - yay!! Not only was Martha kind and prompt throughout the scheduling process, she thought of everything -- including looking at my house/street parking situation. I had never had HVAC cleaning before so I never thought about needing parking permits since they worked for probably 5 hours. I worked with the city and paid for the right-of-way parking we needed in advance. Her consideration helped us avoid a huge issue! We didn't have to wait too long for our appointment. They arrived on time, worked quickly and thoroughly. I knew our HVAC was dirty, but man the before/after photos they took were unreal! No wonder I couldn't keep the dust down! My favorite part - and this really sets them apart: they use a thyme-based disinfectant in the ducts that smells SO good! It doesn't last long, but everything smells fresh when they're finished. The difference it's made in our air quality is incredible. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had high hopes and ASAP knocked it out of the park. It's not the cheapest service, but the price is absolutely fair and competitive (several hundreds of dollars below a competitor quote). Support this local business and you will be so happy you did!!
