This is the worse carpet cleaning I have ever received. I get my carpets cleaned every 6 months and I called this one on my way to work because I was in a hurry and I didn't google reviews, big mistake and I am deeply regretting it... One person came. He asked me what carpet cleaning I wanted (after quoting me $79 on the phone). Basic cleaning ($117) shampooing ($200) or deep cleaning with guarantee of stain remove ($400) for a two bedrooms. I went with the basic one... and it looked as good as it did after he left. He told me his vacuum couldn't get all the dog hair. He didn't vacuum the area around the foot of the furniture, so there is a 2 inch ring of debris around every leg of every piece of furniture. He didn't get the sides next to the wall, he basically went over only the 80% of the carpet that was easy to get to and ignored the sides. And words cant even describe how bad they were. I am literally getting another cleaner to come today to fix it, because it was so bad. read more
