They called early to see if I was able to start earlier than discussed and that was okay, but don't know if that could have been a problem if I wasn't there. My house was respected and they didn't leave any messes that I had to deal with so that's good. I would use them again & would recommend them for basic jobs. The price seemed reasonable. I didn't really expect to be asked to tip and that wasn't what I had expected in the quote but overall they deserved it. A hard working team that seemed to want me to be satisfied. Thanks!!

Martha and her company ASAP carpet & HVAC cleaning by my best friend who had used them for her own HVAC cleaning. We both have pets and allergies and I know she wouldn't give me a bad recommendation. Her experience was so positive, I knew I had to reach out. I don't think ASAP does carpet cleaning in the Columbus area, but they do come to Columbus for HVAC cleaning - yay!! Not only was Martha kind and prompt throughout the scheduling process, she thought of everything -- including looking at my house/street parking situation. I had never had HVAC cleaning before so I never thought about needing parking permits since they worked for probably 5 hours. I worked with the city and paid for the right-of-way parking we needed in advance. Her consideration helped us avoid a huge issue! We didn't have to wait too long for our appointment. They arrived on time, worked quickly and thoroughly. I knew our HVAC was dirty, but man the before/after photos they took were unreal! No wonder I couldn't keep the dust down! My favorite part - and this really sets them apart: they use a thyme-based disinfectant in the ducts that smells SO good! It doesn't last long, but everything smells fresh when they're finished. The difference it's made in our air quality is incredible. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had high hopes and ASAP knocked it out of the park. It's not the cheapest service, but the price is absolutely fair and competitive (several hundreds of dollars below a competitor quote). Support this local business and you will be so happy you did!!

We would definitely have them back for any other carpet cleaning needs.

We had Stanley Steamer do a rental house that had only had renters for 4 months. The carpet was…read morebrand new and was installed just before these people moved in. It had a pretty heavy traffic path in the living room. We called Stanley Steamer and paid them over $300. Unfortunately, they were paid that day so no way to hold the money. Afterwards, it looked so poor, two pet stains in the same room that weren't cleaned, I brought my 10 year old Hoover carpet shampooer and ran over the traffic area and pet stains. The first time I ran it, the water was really dirty so I assumed....ok, bad walking area. I refilled my shampooer and ran again and took a picture of the second time I shampooed the area. The water was filthy. We called Stanley Steamer to come back to make it right. The guy would not look at my residential shampooer, would not look at the water I had saved or pictures, and told me the dirt would move up the shaft of the carpet after it is steamed cleaned and that is why I was able to get that much dirt out of the carpet afterwards. They would not redo the carpets without charging us again. This review will not allow me to add pictures unfortunately. I will also post this review to their FB page and Google. Very poor business practices. We will never recommend them nor use them again.

After careful inspection, I've noticed that the seam is still quite visible, which is disappointing considering the amount I paid for the service. I value transparency and fairness, so I wanted to offer you the opportunity to rectify the situation. I believe open communication is key, and I hope we can find a resolution that satisfies both parties. Michael I don't think what I paid you for the job was fair and I can still see the seam really bad. I wanna give you the opportunity to just pay me back some of the money I paid you or I can file a civil claim if I have to buy I don't see how your first quote was $125 and you made me pay 4 times that amount when everything was said and done. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I told the cleaner that we had just moved into our home and was not aware of what stains consisted of in carpet. Cleaner emphasized the products used and vacuum quality. My husband used a simple hand drill with a brush attached and Jax Wax and carpet looks 100 times better. Not sure why an industrial cleaner was unable to do this, however I would not recommend.

Kamran was very responsive and very pleasant to talk with through the process. He gave me a rundown of what cleaning service he was providing and was able to fit me in within a few days, given my personal moving goals. He kept in contact with me and gave me a closer time frame and double checked with me prior to the appointment. I, unfortunately, wasn't able to physically meet Kamran but my parents were there to let him in and Kamran was kind enough to still keep me updated on the process. The space that needed cleaning were 2 bedrooms and a staircase. Essentially the entirety of the upstairs is carpeted except for the bathroom and Kamran cleaned all of the carpet, including the landing and closets. I, myself, didn't even think to mention that as spaces that needed cleaning so I was very thankful that he cleaned those. There was some unexpected difficulties given how far my building was from the parking lot but Kamran handled everything well and still got the job done quickly and efficiently. Honestly, working with Arya Carpet Cleaning and Kamran was a great experience and I highly recommend them if you're looking for any type of carpet or upholstry cleaning! I look forward to using their services again and hopefully meeting Kamran in person next time!
