This review is long overdue. Last summer my son went to this Jiffy Lube location for an oil change…read more They told him both front and rear brake pads needed to be replaced immediately for safety. We were very concerned, so we called around to see if our trusted mechanic--or any local mechanic--could look at the car. No one could fit us in right away, and since Jiffy Lube is open on weekends, we scheduled an appointment there and had the front brakes replaced. Luckily, we only did the front. When our mechanic finally inspected the car, they confirmed the rear brakes were in good condition, so it's very likely the front were fine too. The replacement was unnecessary. This was fraud. They performed and charged for work that didn't need to be done. If you care about honesty and safety, avoid this location and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs. Im very disappointed because we've given them business throughout the years for oil changes.
