Thank you Pete! Got…read moreinto a lil accident and had damage to drivers side. GEICO reccomended this auto shop as it was close to me. They made a great first impression. They were busy but on top of it. Everyone wore white button ups with name tags. The guy at the front desk was nice for check-in. It seems like Pete already knew my car situation, as if he checked my file before hand. I really appreciate that detail because it saved time and he already had an awareness. He also took the time to walk around the car and assess unrelated damages, which I think is very smart so the auto shop is not liable for pre-existing conditions. When I dropped it off, I asked Pete "what if I think the color is off "and Pete looked shocked and a little offended ha ha ha. Pete said "the color will be perfect. The car will be perfect. We don't do shit work." He is clearly prideful in his work. They told me it would take like two weeks. I called in the middle of the second week to check in and they happily gave me an update a few days later they called for me to pick it up. My car looks perfect! It's like brand new. I figured they would repair it, but I didn't think it would be so perfect. attached pictures of the before and after. Thank you, Pete and Ziggy!

We had some auto body work done here. It was a LONG process (don't think it was their fault though,…read moreand more so the insurance company). The work that was done seems thorough, aesthetically it looks GREAT and the car parts that were replaced are functioning once again. They also have a warranty policy on parts which I believe is 6 months. Not sure what's standard. When picking up our vehicle they told us about other maintenance we needed to get done (as requested by my partner when the car was dropped off). Lady at the front desk claimed she called us about it but we got no calls or messages about it. Would've been better to get it all done at the same time and I would have preferred that option since our car was at the shop for 2+ weeks. The salesperson/administrative personnel didn't have the best communication style. She seemed too busy to answer questions thoroughly though the place really wasn't busy. The office itself is outdated, very 80s, maybe 70s. My only gripe is the extra charges you get if you pay with a credit card. Not sure if it's standard practice but the place we usually get our maintenance done doesn't charge extra for using a card. We were quoted about $340 for a job if we paid cash but almost $390 if we paid with card. That's a big difference in this economy.

Update: got the car back, these guys really don't know what they are doing. Interior covered in…read moreoverspray, all my carbon fiber trim feels like sandpaper, water damage on door panels, paint work was crap. Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.
