Travis told me they were so new we had to order it to get in line for them so he did. After a month or so the projector came in ahead of schedule. This upgrade was also for all the gaming I do in my theater room so this projector could do 4k 120HZ which was something my last projector could not do. Travis sent Rafeal over to install the projector and some fancy switch and we had to get new HDMI cables that could carry 4k 120 HZ. Well the switch would not do what was advertised they tried for a long time to get the switch to do the 120 but it would not. They came out a second time this time with Rafeal and Chris they worked a long time making calls and looking stuff up to figure out what the problem was. The kept me informed of the plan to fix it which involved putting a new board in my receiver and ditching the fancy switch. So the third time they came out again always on time if not a little early. They got it working in no time with the proper piece they needed. We cannot stress enough how pleasant it was working with Travis, Rafeal, and Chris. I strongly suggest using GHT it is a local owned company and they do amazing work if you are interested in High end stuff. I used to try and save money and use the big box places but they just do not have the skills nor the equipment that GHT can get a hold of. They are super knowledgeable you will not regret using them.

We had an issue with one zone having errors after my toddler was tampering with the motion sensor. One quick call later, their tech walked us through disabling the zone in minutes. I honestly can't say enough about how much better this experience has been than working with ADT or Ackerman!! With ADT, I'd still be on hold, getting transferred endlessly, only to be told a tech could come out a week later to try and upsell us a whole new system. Switch to Premier. They're truly the best- they really make home security simple, efficient, and stress-free.

Chris Anderson, the service manager at Premier Security, called me within 30 minutes of my leaving a message. He was sharp and had been in the business a long time. He recognized the problem immediately. I explained the problem to Chris and told him that I wanted a new alarm service, but it had to be someone who could fix our system. He was candid and said that his company services most everything but not our old Rollins IV. Even though he had nothing to gain from me since I couldn't be a customer, he understood my situation and said he'd make a few calls. I had been researching this problem but had hit a brick wall. Chris called me back in like 20 minutes! He had great info for me and told me who I could call for help. His lead was a good one. He never made disparaging comments about Akerman and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He couldn't sell me anything, but he helped me anyway, with nothing to gain but a "thank you."
