Coffee here is deeeelish. I had some kind of beach bum, island something or other iced coffee, strawberry french vanilla. So good :) I keep trying for the Banana mudslide iced coffee and it's always sold out! I guess it must be good! read more

Not all the flavors are available for coffee. Iced coffee is subpar anyways. Waited 15 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese on a not so busy Saturday afternoon. Also had another bagel that was barely toasted and lacked warmth and flavor. I don't understand the hype about this place. read more

This place may offer the best breakfast sandwich ever. Mind you, I am not saying the best breakfast ever - for that I reserve the select few diners I list among my faves. But the veggie omelet on an everything bagel is a melted, toasty conglomeration of goodnes not to be found in your regular breakfast sandwich joint. Yes, it takes a bit of time to get your order. But unless you're scrambling to make a train or running really late, I's say Perfecto's is worth it! read more

I have been going to Perfectos for years and have always been treated very well and the coffee and food are great. In fact would drive out of my way to stop over. However lately the coffee has been very watered down tasting so I'm not sure what has changed. The last four or five have been this way and I'm disappointed. There isn't anywhere around that has all these tasty flavours without the syrup. I have a lot of friends that frequent here that agree that it hasn't been the same. Why is it that a place that has good business CANNOT keep good help? I write this review out of sheer frustration for what I see on a daily basis. When good people leave....you get to wait much longer for a simple order as you are constantly waiting for the new person to learn the ropes...hence no easy in and out! Although it was crowded when we arrived mid morning for breakfast the service was very good. I had the farmers' breakfast - a French toast bagel with egg, cheese, bacon, and sausage with a container of maple syrup. My wife had an everything bagel with bacon and scallion cream cheese. My friend introduced me to this little gem about a month ago.. now we kind of make it a point to go there whenever we hang out! I have actually only had the coffee there but it is fabulous! They have great flavors and even though I get it with Skim & splenda it's still good! The only reason I take a 15 minute drive is for the jalapeño cheddar bagel. This is practically the only thing I continue to order because it's soo good! I've tried other bagels from here and they've all been good. As for the coffee, recently it's been hit or miss, but one flavor I wished they would keep on the menu daily is the French toast flavor, my gosh it's delicious! Pretty good food, nice size for a good price. It's a small place where you order on one end and pay on the other. It's pretty busy but there is a good reason for that. The bang for you buck is great for busy people on the go. You can get tons of coffee to go and there are also baked goods such as cookies, ect. read more

Best Coffee in Peabody. I am a regular and have been coming here for years. Huge variety of coffee flavors, brewed into the bean so it is not flavored with sugary syrups, and the flavors are constantly rotating so there is always something new to try! My personal favorite bagel is the Jalapeno Cheddar. If something is wrong, they will fix it for you - just ask! read more

Love this place! I have been coming here since I was in highschool which was over 7 years ago!! They have the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches and the servers are always so polite! The owner is also great! Very personable and always says hi! The muffins here are also amazing! I love that they have such a great flavor selection for there iced coffee! Highly unsanitary. The teenaged boys at the register never washed their hands between handling money and making drinks. The ice machine was left wide open right next to the drive through window, with the ice scoop left in the ice, after the ice scoop had been left under the iced coffee machine. I would never trust the food at this place based on how the employees treat basic food safety. read more

Let me start off my stating this: Who in their right minds would enjoy or benefit from having espresso/coffee grinds at the bottom of their hot/iced drink? This ran through my mind after I received my iced caramel macchiato that I had ordered. When the employee expedited the beverage to me, I noticed that she had already shaken the drink... I know for a fact that Macchiatos are more expensive and more handcrafted because of the fact that it's a layered beverage, so when i first saw my drink I was confused because Macchiatos (hot or iced) are supposed to be layered. I eventually got over it and started to swirl my drink a little more to distribute the caramel sauce when suddenly, I saw little black specs floating around in my drink.. I then looked at the bottom of the drink and you know what I saw? a giant PUDDLE OF ESPRESSO GRINDS!! not only are they a health hazard but they're also distasteful and improper in every sense. I then proceeded to request that the employee remake my drink (I have recording evidence of the conversation) because of both the grinds and the fact that it wasn't layered. She said that she personally likes her macchiatos layered too but Perfecto's policy is to shake their macchiatos (which isn't entirely true because I know several employees that don't shake them), and that she'll clean the machine quickly and remake the drink. After remaking it I still noticed a large amount of grinds at the bottom of my drink, and she simply just blamed the machine... how unacceptable!! no refund, no sympathy, just espresso grinds (Which my friend also had in his iced Latte and probably other customers)... last time i'll ever set foot in that Perfectos! read more

Mmmm ice coffee. I'm not a big fan of flavored coffees, but my love of anything pumpkin flavored often wins out. I like that they flavor the beans rather than putting syrup in the coffee so in the end you end up with flavored coffee that isn't sickeningly sweet. Also, you can drink it black - the Dunkins coffee from next door taste more like coffee flavored water if you try it black. They definitely compete with Dunks when it comes to coffee sizes. After living on the west coast and getting used to much smaller sizes, I ordered a large ice coffee after a redeye flight. Pretty sure I got a quart of coffee. I will stick to mediums from now on. read more

Perfectos has the best selection of coffee flavors on the north shore (only place i've seen more is Mary Lou's!). I get all my ground coffee here. They have an amazing holiday special, 2 lbs of coffee for around $11. One pound is usually $10 or so. I have not personally tried any of the food due to a food allergy but I have friends who go nuts over their BLT wraps and BLT bagels. My only complaint is that they do not offer every flavor for ice/hot coffee to go but have menu of available coffees everyday. Sometimes I'm craving a certain flavor but they won't have it! Favorites: snickerdoodle, mocha mint, cinnamon sticky bun. I frequent this location as well as Tewksbury. Staff is super friendly at both. read more

Peanut butter oreo is amazing! A must have every morning on my way to work. One suggestion I have is there are times when someone else brews the oils/coffees -- keep whoever you have making it consistently because there are some occasions when you can taste the "difference". Perfecto's has excellent coffee and bagels. The cream cheese is probably the best that I have ever had. Although, the service can be slow at times. The drive thru line can take quite awhile but other than that I would recommend. read more

Service and food is always good. But lately it has been to hot inside to sit and enjoy my food. If it is to hot for the patrons I could only imagine how the poor workers felt having to deal with the heat every day. I don't think I will be coming back until the AC is working. read more

Went to this establishment twice and both times were very disappointed. The tables were filthy the staff pretends not to understand English rude messed up both orders when we mentioned the order was not right the sandwich maker started to argue that the consumer placed the order wrong.. The sandwich was only to be served on one type of bread (keep in mind this is a sandwich/bagel place) Ordered a Reuben asked mustard came dripping with russian dressing crumbs of meat just a bread and dressing sandwich .. Could not eat as we asked for mustard and was reprimanded by the sandwich staff that we ordered with Russian dressing as that is what is comes with.. We asked for another sandwich had to wait 20 mins for a bread cheese and even less meat than the first sandwich .. Just left it there.. Did not anticipate we would have to be abused and yelled at about the order. Round one we sent our son out to purchase a dozen of bagels and the wonderful staff toasted all of them!! Who toasts an order of bagels?? We did not ask to a dozen of toasted bagel.. Needless to say we will never go again. read more

Went back this weekend, had an iced Americano which had a very stange and watered down taste. They serve barista style drinks but not the right machine , ingredients or staff to make them. The pumpkin muffin was good . The best choice here are the muffins. bagels and drip coffees. read more
