It's so heartwarming to see them in such a chill, loving environment. What I appreciated most, though, was the educational side of the experience. They really take the time to highlight FIV kittens--which is basically the cat equivalent to HIV--and explain how they can live totally normal, happy lives with just a few standard precautions. Cora even touched on the biases that exist, even among vets, so I loved that I left not only feeling fuzzy from cat cuddles but also a lot more informed. Whether you're looking to adopt a new best friend or just want to spend some quality time with some kitties, I highly, highly recommend checking this place out and supporting their mission! As for food, you can bring in anything you'd like and if you're there for their tail thumping thursdays, you can also order delivery to it. They cannot serve food due to local laws and guidelines.
