I haven't had any problems with Perfecto's products or service before this, but my most recent experience has left me wondering why I went out of my way to support them. I purchased a clear, plastic hot tumbler last Thursday. Before I even got to use it, it fell out of my work bag and cracked in several places on the lid. I went back to Perfecto's yesterday and requested a replacement. (This tumbler has never been used and still has the sticker placed inside the lid by Perfecto's employees.) The cashier "politely" informed me that I would have to purchase another tumbler. When I inquired about store credit, they refused. Why would I want to pay full price for a second tumbler that is liable to break AGAIN before I get to use it? Ugh. I will not be supporting Perfecto's anymore. Their return policy is absolutely ridiculous and any big-name company would have at least done something for my defective product. read more

Really good breakfast sandwiches....if you just need a great, hit the spot, day after drinking sandwich there isn't one better than the sausage,egg and cheese on a french toast bagel. Nothing compares. Service is always very, very slow. I gambled twice and went inside because the drive thru was so long....bad idea both times. They have this weird "order drinks in one spot, order food in another spot, then back to the drinks spot to pay" system. Awful....and the drive-thru definitely gets priority over the "eat in" customers....I guess they assume we are not in as much of a rush. Do not stop here if you have somewhere to be... Coffee is a little watery for my liking...can't speak to those fancy flavored coffees (not my style), but the small regular hot coffee was nothing to write home about. Small regular iced was just that...VERY small (not like dunks, which provides a bigger cup to account for the space that the ice takes up). Muffins were a little bland and cookies were a tad "mushy"....borderline undercooked. Will stop there for a sandwich and occasional coffee...but won't go out of my way. Unfortunately I usually end up getting food at Perfectos and heading next door to Dunks for my coffee...oh well. read more

Absolute best place for breakfast sandwiches and fun coffee flavors on the north shore! This has been my go to spot after moving up to the north shore. I love how many fun coffee flavors they have, and that you can buy a bag of the flavored beans to brew at home (how cool?!). Huge fan of the breakfast sandwiches and i love how many options you have with them -- egg whites, regular eggs with yolk, bacon, sausage, turkey bacon, fresh veggie toppings, the possibilities are endless. Awesome selection of baked goods as well! The atmosphere is great -- super cleanly, well taken care of, and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your order. This was a great recommendation from a friend, she shared a real gem! The caramel macchiato was very good, and the lox on foccacia bagel was very tasty. Even the tomatoes were delicious. Service was very quick and friendly, and the café is clean and bright. read more

Bagels and coffee are good but it's a 50/50 chance my order will be right every single time! Just left there after ordering 3 bagels, "just sliced" um OK, that's pretty clear, right? Nope, all 3 were sliced and toasted? If this was a one off experience I would not be bothering with a review but as I noted, it's a pretty common experience to NOT receive your order AS ordered. If you don't know where it is, or aren't looking away from the road, you won't see the place which is smack-dab on the corner of a small strip mall. There is indoor seating for about 10 or so, and some outdoor al-fresco patio seating if inhaling automobile exhaust is your thing. Had a terrible experience today. After waiting 10 minutes since placing my order they told me they were out of the ingredient. I cancelled my order I waited for my husband. I love their flavored Ice Coffees. My favorite item on the menu is the Farmers Market bagel. I get it made with a French Toast bagel, egg, bacon, cheese and a side of Maple Syrup for dipping. Sooo good. read more

Ok so I tried the coffee/food here a few more times and I'm happy I did. There bagels are really good, turkey club wrap absolutely delicious, egg sandwiches are amazing and they have some pretty unique flavors of coffee. The guy that works the drive thru makes your coffee exactly the way you want it.That aside it is pricey I still stand by that. I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars since it is on the pricey side I can only pick up food/coffee here and there. read more

Love this place for a quick bagel and drink! Usually go drive through and my order is rarely wrong. I will say, they need a better speaker system since they always ask you to repeat your order. My favorite? A french toast bagel toasted with cream cheese. So yummy it's crazy! In the winter my favorite is a hot chocolate. My go-to place on a weekend morning. Great, flavorful bagel selection. I go with a sausage, egg, and cheese on a focaccia bagel. Eclipses the flavorless counterpart in sesame from dunks. Coffee is okay if not a bit over-flavored (I like mine a bit more subtle). Only gripe is that they need to work on cutting the sandwiches all the way through. I have been going to Perfectos alot the last couple of days and I was finally pleased that I have found a bagel spot that is actually good with good coffee. On today after the service that I received I won't be back. The owner, manager, whoever he is ( the man that rings up everything at the register) is JUST PLAIN RUDE!!!. This man has not shown any great service whatsoever and today was my last straw. So I usually like the Oreo iced coffee and I noticed that it was not on today's list of flavors so I asked him oh how is the Churros dough, what's in it? He says just cinnamon and sugar and before I can say anything else he quickly says small or large. So then I wanted to know about the peanut butter oreo flavor I said how it that one can you actually taste the peanut butter he quickly says yes while cutting me off before I can say anything else. He says small or large. In my head I'm thinking whoa maybe if you can give me a chance to pick the best flavor I can next tell you the size I want depending on how good he tells me it is. So I felt so rushed and just said small. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with strawberry jelly. He rung me up finished making both coffees I ordered and slammed them on the counter. Here's your coffees.  So after leaving and opening open my bag I noticed for the 2nd time now I have been given grape jelly. So now I proceed to call the store and tell him about my experience. I explained how he rushed me and didn't care to make sure I got what I wanted and also didn't give me the correct jelly once again. He says I'm not here to chit chat u asked a question and I gave u the answer. I told him I didn't ask you to chit chat with me I just wanted to know about the flavor that I was interested in and then I was basically rushed with him proceeding that I get to the point and say what size. The crazy part out of all of this is I was the only one standing in the line. So he continues to tell me that I was looking to chit chat and he's not going to do it because he has a lot of door dash orders he needed to get to. I said well I am a customer as well so you should  have the same respect for all customers. He then rudely says I gave you an answer and you were trying to chit chat like you are trying to do with me right now. He said if I lose you that's just one customer but the door dashes are more. He also said the reason you got grape jelly is because we stopped selling strawberry. That's such bad service because when I asked for it the last 2 times I could have been told we don't carry strawberry anymore but we do have grape, but no I guess that takes too much of his time to say that. What if I was somehow allergic to grape and I have been given that twice without any explanation. I cannot believe someone can run a business and treat customers the way he do and everyone underneath him in that establishment will probably follow his nasty demeanor. I said you should show better service. He tells me he knows what he's doing and been doing this for 30 years. 30 years? And this is how you treat customers? Very disgusting. I won't step another foot in that place. Please beware of this man when you visit this location. If it's your first time there he probably won't have the time to give you suggestions on the products or even tell you any best sellers or anything. It takes two seconds to talk to your customers but obviously not with him which is BAD FOR BUSINESS. Excellent staff working hard there. Food was of low quality. Smoothie hasn't seen a fruit - it's a slushie of ice mixed with some high fructose syrup. Not sure what was going on with the buffalo chicken wrap or panini. The chicken hadn't seen a chicken and was essentially the subway fake chicken cubes/slabs, covered with sauce and finished off with a slab of land o lakes american cheese. Bread was pretty good on the panini. I think probably best to stick with bagels when ordering here. Best part of my meal? Ice cold coke in a can. read more

I get coffee at Perfecto's frequently . I was in line to pay for my coffee . The customer in line behind me hit my car. We were all ok. We exchanged information while in line. There weren't any customers behind us. The woman at the drive through yelled out the window that we would have to move. When I pulled up to the window , I told her how rude she was. She never asked if we were ok or needed help. I them emailed the owner and he never got back to me. Let's remember that this is only coffee !!!! read more

I went in today and ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. Unfortunately when I got home and took out the sandwiches, it turned out I was given 3 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. I have had previous orders be wrong as well. Multiple times ordering a sandwich on a certain type of bagel and then receiving it on a different type of bagel. I love this place, it's pretty awesome. Everyone is always friendly. I'm a fan of crazy flavored coffees, and love that they have alot of different choices on a daily. I had one just today that was Hot Fudge Sundae, Iced Coffee, and yeah, it tasted like a hot fudge sundae! Yum! The sandwiches and wraps are yummy too, and the bagels, when I was eating bagels, are some of my favorites. Their varieties are the best. Love the Focaccia, French Toast and Jalapeno and Cheddar too. Every time I've come here the service has been mediocre at best. However, my most recent visit will certainly be my last. The girl working the drive thru was beyond rude and nearly spilt an entire large coffee all over my car with no apologies or even acknowledgement. Avoid this restaurant for lunch. Most of the Yelp reviews seem to be for the coffee which may be good. Today we ordered wraps and a salad for takeout. The wraps were described as containing "grilled chicken" and mixed greens. The chicken is the kind that comes pre-cooked in a bag from the supermarket and has a texture closer to jello than chicken. The mixed greens were not washed properly and were full of grit. My colleague ordered the Caesar salad and got a mixed green salad, the same dirty greens that were in the wraps. I have been a fan of Perfecto's for some time now. There are several locations, but I am closest to, and most prefer the Peabody one. The draw here is that the quality of the baked goods is of a much higher caliber than those of Dunkin' Donuts. Their foccacia bagel is outstanding, and putting anything on it (butter, cream cheese, egg and cheese, chicken etc.), only makes it better. I've sampled their cookies on several occasions and have always been pleased. Another big draw here is the coffee. It comes in adventurous flavors such as Creme Brulee, Egg Nog, Mudslide, Chocolate Raspberry, Butter Cookie,and Snickerdoodle. Believe it or not, the coffees actually taste like their name says they will. Anyone who's tried flavored coffee in the past will know how exciting that is. The place is located in West Peabody and is a favorite of local Soccer Moms and Soccer Dads, so the staff is always extremely tolerant. The prices are a little steep if you're used to Dunkin, but they're no more expensive than Starbucks. I love this place and have many a time, gone out of my way to stop here. read more

My favorite coffee on the north shore! The flavors change often and the iced coffees are brewed no chemicals or fake tasting syrups! I absolutely love it here and haven't found a single flavor that was disappointing. I've never tried the food but I must say it looks delicious as well!
