Focusing on providing quality coffee service should be priority one and scheduling play dates with the cats should be secondary. Basement spent a lot of money on getting the cat lounge looking great in Victorian however, the coffee serving area needs a lot of work. My biggest suggestion is focus on raising your game for your coffee business. Have some pastries that are not stale and you run out of quickly. If you do go here and you want to visit the animals ensure you schedule an appointment online in advance or you cannot go in. This is $20 per person.
