Her daily texts, videos and pictures of our babies while we were away helped us relax and enjoy ourselves, knowing the cats were in such good care. We came home to happy purrs from our well-cared for furry friends, and a home in good order. Thank you so much, Melinda! I highly recommend Furballs & Featherbabies and will definitely be looking to you for service again in the near future!

I initially was reluctant to have a stranger stay in our home, while we were away, but my 2 large dogs do not do well in a kennel and our pet sitter has moved on to college. Upon meeting MacKenzie I immediately knew it was going to work out well. She asked careful questions about the dog's schedules so that she could keep their regular routines. MacKenzie was absolutely terrific. She stayed in our home for a week and our dogs were completely at ease and relaxed on our return- this is very unusual as one of our guys has a lot of anxiety. I can't say enough about how pleased we were and would highly recommend MacKenzie to anyone looking for in home pet service. Her service is excellent and her prices are more than reasonable for such high quality care and attention.

I got out of the car, brought Rusty with me, and all I had to do was see the smile on Lizz'a face when she saw Rusty and I. Everything melted away. She took Rusty and I in the back where he smelled EVERYTHING. Lizz could tell I was relieved of any tenacious nerves that I had. We stayed in the back yard and her husband brought out their dog, Zajka. She was so great to my Rusty! I've never ever felt more comfortable and connected with dog people before. The inside of the home is clean as well! Rusty still smelled out the whole place. (He's a Bloodhound) He had a look of peace on his face. I couldn't be happier. After talking for what seemed to be 2 hours of laughing and fun, I would absolutely suggest Home Away From Home. Not only for my Rusty, but for your fur child, too!!! Much love!!!
