I had a great experience and will be bringing my pup back regularly! I did not know the previous owner, who I am sure was great, but so is the new owner! The appointment process was smooth, they fit me right in the following week rather than have to wait months, which is my issue with other groomers. I was greeted with a smile, as was my pup. The owner and assistant took great care in keeping him calm, which is not an easy task. I was able to take a look inside the boutique and it was tidy and professional looking. BEST grooming experience I've ever had and I have had cats my whole life!! My cat had the biggest knots I have ever seen on any of my cats. I brush him regularly, but for some reason this year the clumps got worse and bigger to the point where I could do nothing to get rid of them. I was referred to Jessica who booked an appointment for me within 3 days. She was so AMAZING!!! There isn't enough space for me to write about the great service she provided, the quick and efficient techniques used while shaving off all the matted fur & how amazing she was with my cat overall. He is normally crazy around strangers, and I didn't need to assist with holding him once while getting his Lioncut. I was honestly shocked and so pleasantly surprised ! I highly recommend you bring your pet to Jessica for any grooming needs. I know I will be going there from now, no question about it!!!! Do not go to Fluff and Buff!! If you have an appointment booked cancel it!!! Avoid this place! Sheryl was great, and we have been giving her business for years, but when we arrived for a grooming appointment with our dog, we were surprised and caught off guard to find out that the business had been sold. Sadly, we were very dissatisfied and will be taking our business elsewhere. Our appointment (made with Sheryl in December) was not on the books, and they could not find any notes on our dog or how he is cut, but they agreed to fit him in. We have a long-haired dog, and he received the most uneven, worst haircut ever. The uneven nature was so obvious that it's clear no one took a look at him after they finished the cut. His ears - one was cut at least 2 inches shorter than the other, which did not appear to have been cut. His tail was cut so short and in some bizarre, horrible shape, only 2 of his paws had nails trimmed and his long hair was ruined, with the hair on the lower half of his legs cut close to his skin. The hair on top of his back, which should drape, is now more like fuzz. The groomer was instructed to trim and clean him up, but not to take too much length off since we preferred his hair to be longer. They clearly had no idea what type of dog he was or how to cut his breed. Sheryl was 'kennel free', which we prefer since our dog is never crated. When we came to pick him up, we asked where he was and had another surprise. They opened a door to a room, and he was in one of the stacked kennels. The new owners purchased this business, made a significant operational change, but did not bother to disclose this to us. HORRIBLE! I tried to speak to the groomer about my dissatisfaction. She was rude and impersonal, referring to our pet as "your dog", rather than by name. In the end, I needed to take him elsewhere after paying $75, to try to get his hair evened out. It's going to take many months to get his hair to grow back and shaped properly. read more

New owner (tammy) horrible customer service. I booked online and they called to reschedule. Which is fine, but then the appointment comes around and it gets rescheduled again. Apparently they lost the Saturday groomer. So week days only, I asked to bring my dog in on a Monday apparently they are closed on Monday's too now. I tried to book on a Tuesday but got no answer. So It's Monday now and I call Tammy to confirm. She says shes fully booked on Tuesday however would be able to take me Saturday... which is weird because I was told they're closed Saturdays. So already I'm annoyed because the communication is all over the place and i'm getting wrong info. So I asked are you guys not closed Saturdays anymore? Tammy then says she works at 2 groomers and that she goes back and forth and that she has opening for Saturday if I wished to proceed. I then replied yes, if you can't do Tuesday then Saturday is fine. She says "is there a problem that I work at 2 groomers?" I then replied, no my issue is the communication. She quickly responded with "then I don't think we're the right fit for you" At this point I was over it and was shocked by the way she spoke to me. No business owner should talk to customers like this, esp when I have done nothing wrong! Save yourself the money and book elsewhere! read more

Cheryl and her staff make every effort to ensure their clients' pets are loved and cared for and she does an excellent job grooming them. I was so nervous about having anyone groom my dog. She's a mix, but has a typical German Shepherd double coat which made me even more nervous about letting any groomer near her. When our dog got too big for the tub, we knew it was finally time. Fluff & Buff was highly recommended to us and I'm so glad we decided to go! When we first walked in to Fluff & Buff, we were welcomed with smiling faces and wagging tails! The owner made us feel so relaxed and my nerves instantly vanished. I was asked so many questions about my dog, about her behaviors, if anything bothered her, anything and everything you could think of! It was such a nice feeling knowing my dog was going to be in the hands of someone who cared about her as much as I do. I was then given a tour, shown where my dog would be bathed, shown the products available to use (the owner even let me choose the products I wanted) and was walked thru the entire process. I truly loved the personal attention my pup received while she was there and she looked absolutely gorgeous when all was said and done! Her coat has never looked shinier!
