I love how soft shiny and good smelling she is when I pick her up. But my favorite is the bows and puppy bandanas . It took me a long time to find a groomer my fur baby Rubin was comfortable with. He had extreme high anxiety, and I went through. Several groomers, even tried doing it at home myself, which turned into a total mess, which is how I found Lauren at her first place of employment, and I expected the same outcome for my for a baby. But to my surprise, he absolutely loved the staff, he was calm, relaxed, and no shaking. When I mentioned going to the groomer, he got excited and would wag his tail was completely excited on the car ride over after all these years. He is very attached to the staff I was in complete amazement They definitely have a magic touch over there and have gone above and beyond to help out in many situations. My little fur kid even has a mouth fetish won't let me near his mouth or the vet oh, but he will let Lauren play in his mouth and she was able to get many screenshots of his teeth for me. Lol. The staff over at Lauren's. Puptopia have a gift with animals. They have the patience of the saints and work very hard to do their best and take special care of your fur kids. My boy means the world to me and would not put him in just any hands and I trust them completely. Kind and patient. The first groomer in years able to successfully Dremel my dog's nails without trauma. Lauren was able to get me a last minute nail appointment for my dog and even did a little bit of trimming to fix up the terrible job I did clipping the wispy hair on my dogs feet. She listened attentively when I told her about my elderly dog's various issues with grooming and was very kind and gentle and going at my dog's own pace in order to get her comfortable. I won't be able to get a full grooming appointment for almost 2 months, and I can definitely see why - this woman is a professional with an empathetic touch who truly cares about the animals. read more

Words can't explain how much this place shocked me. I was expecting to be frowned upon for bringing to large breed 7 month old puppies in together. What I received was complete control of the situation and what I left with was 2 amazingly shiny happy puppies who smelled amazing. They where not showing any signs of dislike or distress. My Rottweiler is very very picky on who she kisses and she was not holding back on their staff which won me over as a loyal customer. Overall they are amazing and so aren't the prices. im glad Lauren's Puptopia has a yelp now, because they deserve all the great reviews! we absolutely love Lauren, she was our groomer for ages at another salon and we are so thrilled that shes in business again. in the in-between of her opening her business we tried a few other groomers, and none of them were anywhere near as good. for us, its Lauren or bust! if she hadn't opened her own place, our dog may never have had a haircut again XD we bring our old lady Sheeba in about evey 6 to 8 weeks for a full groom- bath, hair cut, nail trim, the whole shebang. she is *very* elderly, 18 coming up on 19, and can be tricky to groom since shes thick haired (border collie mix), anxious, and pretty wobbly. Lauren and her team always keep her comfortable and looking great, and take the time to make the special accommodations she needs. its really important to us that Sheeba has as stress free an experience as possible, and here we always feel safe knowing that theyre going to treat her with patience and kindness. we've never had a bad experience in all the years we've been seeing her, i cant recommend her enough! the prices are fair, they have plenty of parking, theres no stairs to manage (important with our wobbly pup), and the people are the best. read more

Extremely disappointed. I've been taking my dog here for years, as far back as For Dirty Paws, and have never had a problem up until now. A few days after my dog had been groomed at Lauren's Puptopia she came down with a cough and was very lethargic. I took her to the vet and was told she had kennel cough. She had been given the Bortedella vaccine previously but my vet said it doesn't protect them 100%. So I called the groomers just to simply notify them of my dogs condition so they would be aware for the safety of the other dogs. When I spoke with the girl at the front desk she said she would mention it to Lauren. She did so while I was on the phone and in the background I could hear Lauren yelling, very rudely and defensively, that there was "no way that dog got kennel cough from here" and "why am I calling to tell them now" and "she could have gotten it anywhere." Due to my dog's anxiety around other animals we stay away from dog parks, kennels, and other dogs. When I take her for a walk we stay away from other dogs on the trails. My vet said 100% she got it from Lauren's. I was not upset when I called Lauren initially because it happens and I understand that. Lauren was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention, because she got sick there things are definitely not clean. Gross. So due to the way I was spoken to and treated after being such a loyal customer for so many years, I will NEVER bring my dog back there again. Ever. read more
