I go once every 4-6 weeks to get his nails trimmed with the dremel ($10 about 5 minutes), and I just started going for bath time since I make a mess when I do it at home! The results from the bath ($40 includes nails and a cute bandana) were incredible!! Worf has never been so soft or smelled so nice! Photo for cuteness reference! The best part is that the bath took about 35 minutes with a blow dry. My old groomer had my dog from 10-2 and my dog would air dry in a kennel.

Pupville has been a godsend for my two fur babies. The facility is clean, well maintained and provides lots of toys, and obstacles to stimulate my active pups mind. They come home from daycare or boarding happy and tired. (A tired pup is a happy well exercised pup in my experience). The staff takes a vested interest in both my pups making sure they have the attention they both need. One of my pups (Annie) is a nervous pup who needs coaxing out of her shell and the staff is so patient and understanding with her. My other pup (Luna) was born for daycare and loves everyone and every dog she's ever met. Pupville meets both their needs provides me regular updates on how their day is going whether by Facebook posts, phone/text or conversations at pick up/drop off. Once a member of the pack, signing up for daycare/boarding/grooming is easy via an online portal. I highly recommend Pupville for all your daycare and boardng needs. We hope to be members of the pack for years to come.

I've been taking my pets to Countryside for about 6 months now and I have been extremely happy with…read morethe treatment. Yes, CVH is pricey. But they have top rated vets working there and they go the extra mile for a sick pet. Case in point: my 5 year old cat became deathly ill last year with internal bleeding and diarrhea. I went through two vets before CVH who diagnosed him as having giardia (which made no sense since he's an indoor cat) and digestive issues. All the while he just kept getting sicker to the point where he was hooked up to IVs for a while. As a last resort before deciding whether to put him down, I brought him to Countryside where they did a biopsy and sent his slides to Cornell (!) for detailed analysis. They were able to conclude that he had gotten into and eaten something toxic and we were finally able to treat him. Guess what? Jazz survived and is back to his old, healthy self. I'm sticking with Countryside.

So, I was not too thrilled to pay $35 instead. That being said, the owner, Cheryl was wonderful and gave us excellent customer service. Our dog has a lot of fur and she waved the $5 fee for that. Although, like I said before $35 for a self dog wash is a lot of money. Most places only charge $20-25. So, to then try to charge fees on top of that seems excessive. The pros though are that there are little massagers you can use on your pet while you dry them after their wash. The washing station is in a separate room than the drying station, which is different from other self dog washes and one could view this as a perk. A personal loofah and cotton swabs were also provided for our dog during the process. The owner let us take our time during washing and drying. We never felt rushed at all and our dog was adored the entire time and felt safe. I'm not sure I'll be back because of the cost, but I would recommend coming here if you live in the area!
