I contacted Lopez Tree Service after a relative suggested I give them a call. What a great job they…read moredid, will have them come out again in the Spring for Landscaping. I had 10 trees that hadn't been trimmed for a long time. The Lopez Crew brought the canopies up, took all the dead limbs out, dropped and spread mulch. 2 large branches had snapped, they cut out damaged limbs and looks like never happened. All the branches and leaves were cleaned up from the lawn and they even cleaned the street. Like I said, that did an outstanding job.

I told them I was traveling this weekend and can't pay bills after 6pm on a Friday while our of town without any pictures of proof that work Is completed. 3. My objection was to not being able to use a secured website and being forced to provide a credit card number to someone who is very hostile on the phone. 4. They demanded immediate payment with 3.5% debit card fee which doesn't leave me an option to pay by a check even though their invoice states 5 day grace period. Original review: The office staff was rude and unprofessional. The lady called me while I was out of town and immediately started arguing with me, demanding I pay them right away without any proof that the work was even done. They run everything like it's still 2005 -- they can't even send a simple link to pay with a credit card. They also charge a 3.5% fee for using a credit card, but that fee doesn't even show up on the receipt. Pretty scammy if you ask me.
