I eventually had to call the police to ensure they understood they cannot park on anyone's front lawn and they can't throw their garbage wherever they please. A very pleasant and friendly worker showed up and got right to work. He used a hand blower to blow any leaves and debris from the gutters. There was one gutter that had shreds of roofing shingles inside the elbow. He removed the elbow, cleaned out the debris and hosed down the gutter to make sure water ran out with a good flow. He even replaced broken and rusted gutter screws. Great price, friendly service and quick response!

Because it was my job to decide on which company to use and go through the contracts I selected this company because of their guarantee and the services they offered. They cleaned the units from the top of the roof to the bottom. They cleaned the eaves over the front doors. Most buildings had algae on them some worse than the others. When I met Owen and Ryan I told them I would be their best friend or worst nightmare because I was the one to sign the contract so I expected great work. They were professional and worked so hard for two days to clean these two story buildings. They did an awesome job. When they were done they asked me if I was their best friend or worst enemy. While performing power washing contracted through our HOA, this…read morecompany damaged an exterior GFCI outlet, causing it to burn out and trip the circuit breaker, leaving part of our electrical system without power. Their crew also used our personal electricity and water without our permission, and we received no advance notice that the work was being performed that day. Even more concerning, the bleach/chlorine-based cleaning solution was drawn into our home through our running HVAC system, leaving a chemical odor throughout the house. When I reported the electrical damage, I was told I would need to hire and pay for an electrician myself. I requested a resolution and insurance information and have yet to receive a return call. Property damage can happen. What matters is how a company responds when it does. Unfortunately, the response and lack of follow-up have been the most disappointing part of this experience.
